We have experienced, since being here from 2015 All kinds of Issues that are often resolved by the staff in minimum time....The Willingness, and The Capable Maintenance have Always Functioned in a Friendly and Professional Manner which makes living here enjoyable...There has been a Recent change in the Office, However, we are confident that they will Continue in the same friendly, proficient, and Professional manner as their predecessors...We enjoy our home and have been since 2015....Rock Steady, And Stay Smooth....

This is a very quiet neighborhood. The amenities are well kept and the grounds are clean. Everyone in the leasing office was very welcoming and helpful. Rena really took her time with making sure I had all the information I needed to make moving in a smooth process.

This community was nice. I enjoy what they have to offer and the area around it. All my concerns were addressed and the storage space is everything I'm looking for. The property manager was amazing and sweet

The staff is friendly and helpful. My neighbors are wonderful. The community is peaceful and I love the amenities. I also enjoy the community events such as the food trucks and the pool party. I enjoy a sense of community.

It was a great experience however the price quoted is not available when you apply. The apartments are very nice but not 1800.00 for a 2 bd 2 bath. Prices are ridiculously high!!! I would definitely rent with them if they were more affordable.

Well, at first I had a terrible experience that I had never encountered before. I was given a apartment that I was never shown. The apartment that was shown to me and that I agreed upon was not the apartment. It was also infested with flies. It took me awhile to get rid of them. But after that it was smooth sailing.

Love it no complaints. Community is clean and staff is very friendly. So far so good and would definitely recommend this property to anyone in need of a great home. Nice pool movie theater and a playground for the kids.

My experience has been awesome. From the time I completed my application to move in they were welcoming and kept me up-to-date on the application process. I didn't have to wait or call for updates. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in and the residents in the community are very pleasant and friendly.

My experience residing here has been very unpleasant. Rent is too high for low quality service. The hallways are dirty and left with trash. Several apartments have torn blinds. I have never lived with bugs but the cockroaches and nets will take over like they pay rent. If you don't look down when you're walking outside you will step in dog poop. Let's not forget the fact that you will wake up to a murder scene!

I have only been in the MAA Legacy Park Apartments for less than a month. So far it's okay. No major complaints. No sure I'm a good candidate to provide a feedback due to the short timeframe I lived here.

Very quite! Hope I'm not speaking to fast. Neighbors seems to be very friendly. Great to see dogs on leashes and not continuely barking at everything they see!! No ones hanging out all time of night. Everyone seems to respect their neighbors I guess.

My experience at Legacy Park has been astounding. The community is very welcoming and staff cares about their residents well being. I love how i came across Legacy park. It feels like home. Definitely would recommend to anyone for a great place to live.

They were misleading and friendly as well. They know if they are approving you or not . It was a disaster . They lied and still denied me . I do not recommend I really wanted to live here . My kids school district too

Other than the rent being extremely expensive, and not being able to negotiate when it's time to renew my lease; my overall experience has been great. Staff members have great customer service, and are great at communicating and making sure everything is handled correctly when something needs to be taken care of inside the home.

I moved into a roach infestation. Since I've moved in I have been trying to get rid of them myself. I have to spend all this money just to live with roaches. The toilet water constantly runs. Which is going to lead to me paying more for my water.

Legacy Park has been my home for over 10 years and I really like living here. This is a very attractive community which a lot of amenities, nice pool and fitness room. It is close to my son's school, shopping stores and restaurants so the area is very convenient. Lastly, the office staff has always been readily available and happy to assist with any concern that I have.

I submitted a maintenance order online. They responded the very next day due to the leak was spreading. Maintenance Fixed the leak from neighboring apartment and dried up the water from my carpet. The mold was cleaned up as well.

Overall pleased to live at MAA. It is quiet for the most part. Occasionally you may hear someone ride through with loud music, but that is anywhere I suppose. Everyone at the leasing office has been more than helpful. All of the maintenance gentlemen I have dealt with have been very friendly as well!

The office staff and maintenance team are great! Community is pretty quiet for the most part. Parking can be hard to find at night. Community needs some upgrading within the homes themselves. Overall decent, for the price.
