I have had nothing but a wonderful experience living here and love the way the upkeep of the property is kept. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly . It's always a pleasure working with Erin and Tequila they have never disappointed me under any circumstances.I can truly say that MAA at Legacy Parkis a wonderful place to live.

It's been a pleasant experience. Great quality for a great price. Staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. It's a safe environment and I feel very comfortable in my home. It's a quiet place .

Pretty peaceful and quiet. Dont nothing crazy be going on,the apartments are nice and they usually fix your problems pretty quick. Another plus is that there's tons of parking and tons of visitor parking. Most apartments only have like 5 visitor spots and they always full. But here at maa they are every where, you dont have to always worry about your guest getting towed.

Loving it and the creek far. Nice neighbors and dogs. I am extremely lucky to find this place. Fortunately, MAA allows transfers and it made my move so much easier and more cost-effective. I have recommended this place to my friends.

The place is fine, but the staff is hard to reach, and you can only pay for rent online even if you're trying to pay in cash. Also, you are OBLIGED to pay 80 bucks to use the portal that you HAVE TO use to pay your rent. You read it right, you can't pay in cash and to pay online you have yo pay the monthly fee of 80$

I like the community. I love that the greenway is right behind us to walk or ride bikes on. I haven't had any problems so far with security issues. Any problem I have had with the apartment so far the office has been very helpful and quick to respond to. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and they've been very helpful. Obviously neighbors are always hit and miss. The office lacks in a business center and the community could do with a better trash/recycling system. But overall I would renew my lease.

I have enjoyed my stay here it is very ....satisfying & pleasant .. the neighbors are friendly & the staff at the office are very helpful & kind .. there one thing I wish they could do for senior that live here .. I wish we could pay by income it would be great .. there are not enough apartments in charlotte for senior citizens .. Charlotte has grown so fast we can't afford the apartments they are building ..

One of the best community in University area walkable distance school.. shopping , gas are near by. Friendly staffs.. trail walk near by.. gym n pool are good. Immediate maintenance service .. pet friendly

No issues. Great administrative & maintenance teams. Maintenance always comes quick, does a thorough job & cleans up. I relocated here from MI & the staff was very supportive with my timing & preparation. Highly recommend.

I was warned by three different tenant to not live here but I gave it a change anyway. The apartments aren't properly cleaned prior to moving in. I have been experiencing mold in the apartment since Ive moved in here. The only thing the maintenance guys to is come spray a strong spray wipe off the area and leave. The solution does not help any because after the first two times Ive experienced a massive amount of mold that has been a burden on me and others in the home. The front office isn't trying to figure out a solution besides spraying a area and keep it moving. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

MAA Legacy Park is one of the beautiful places to live in Charlotte. The support and maintenance teams are extremely helpful. The place is very quiet and peaceful. It has been a wonderful experience so far.

I haven't had a bad experience. My unit building really just stays to ourselves. I travel a lot for work but rarely have issues . I never worry about my apartment when I'm not there . I mean I think the pest control could be better but that's my only complaint.

The MAAC is a Amazing & beautiful community ??. I would definitely tell anyone whose looking to live more relax after the pandemic to come to MAAC for a tour it 's a better and relaxing life for the family all year around.

My experience with Legacy Park has not been pleasant. The first year living in the community was okay- with the exception of the largest water bugs I have ever seen. The water bugs are a continuous problem. Neighbors in the building smoke weed on their balcony and people do. It clean up after their pets. The office staff WAS very friendly initially, however, there have been many different faces since me moving here. I will not be resigning my lease for another year. The apartments need updates- my carpet was never cleaned by the office even though I was told I would receive complimentary carpet cleaning. The fixtures are old and need updates. And parking is terrible- visitors consistently park in residents parking spots. There have been many instances of crime in the neighborhood.

My experience thus far has been very good, the staff are professional and the area is maintained very well. I have no complaints and I am happy with what I have so far. Neighbors are very friendly and parking isn't too crowded or compact not a super busy noise level which is also fairly beneficial.

I have no complaints.i wish i had fresh carpet when i moved in or less carpet but other then that it's been okay. I love the community it super safe and quiet. Goooooooodddddddddd jjjjjjjooooooobbbbbb !!!

Haven't been here long yet. But seems like a nice community. Pretty pool. Quiet. Nice neighborhood. I don't get that many days off to really enjoy my home yet..but so far so good great staff got my maintenance problem fixed

Just kinda disappointed in the leasing team. I also stated that there are people in my building that is allowing their dogs to poop where people clearly walk to get to their home and they never clean it up. Not sure which apartment they are in but they have 2 miniature dogs and they stay in building 8914.

I have enjoyed my stay here at Legacy Park. September will make one year since I have moved in, and I have no regrets. The neighborhood is quiet which I have not had any issues. I definitely would recommend this neighborhood.

Everyone is very helpful! I got a quick response on my approval. Erin walked me through everything. When I got to there to sign my lease and get keys everything was quick and ready for me to go. I would recommend anyone to move here!

The staff was AMAZING!!! I did everything virtually. Had no problems or mishaps. It was the quickest and easy move in process I've ever experienced. I was beyond satisfied with the service I received.

Overall, my experience living here has been pleasant. It is located one mile from I-85 access and maybe two miles from I-485. light rail service is 2 miles away. Lots of choices of restaurant and shopping.

It's So So. I Moved In During Covid 19. Did The Tour Online. Sign My Lease Online Aswell. Was Very Disappointed. Because The Apt I Signed For & Paid For Was Not The Same Apt. Not Even The Same Color. My Move In Date Was Then Changed Several Times. Very Inconveniencing.
