neigbours is friendful mostly and kids lover community but I have trouble with my apart that makes me sick and allergic I just moved 10 days ago I am sick since that time and getting worse there mold problem in my apart

Community apartments needs to be updated. Better landscaping and maintenance of grounds needed. Need security cameras to prevent car break ins. Walls are thin. Apartment is drafty. Some neighbors need to be kicked out.

My experience has been great at the community. The staff in the leasing office are very professional and always there willing to find solutions to any problem. I love the community; it is a family feel and we feel safe to be in the community.

So far I moved in it's water bug in my bathroom my refrigerator makes a lot of noise just want a bug in the guest bathroom and I feel scared to sleep in my room the water that comes out the pipe has dirt literally dirt coming out of it very disappointed

The staff is very professional. The layout and size of the apartment home is great. The upkeep of the grounds are neat and clean. I will definitely recommend this community to anybody looking for a new home.

I have been living here for about four years now, so pretty much I like the atmosphere in this community, other wise I would of moved along time ago. From this point I'm enjoying my stay in this community.

The team at Legacy Park are very responsive and helpful. The community is kept clean, the amenities are great, and the neighbors are friendly. My service request was fulfilled promptly and professionally.

Quiet for the most , heard what appeared to be gunshots several times! Would love to have security gate! The office staff is nice and polite and really tries to help in any way!Landscaping is excellent, however I wish they clear walkway after snow!

Office personnel was courteous and advised me of many different options for apt styles and rates. I was very impressed with the model and my apt was clean and pristine as shown. The staff kept in touch with me during the entire process

I'm living here since last 8 months and found these apartments and community quite clean as well as close to all required/famous stores. Schools are also nearby to these apartments specially elementary school "Queen Stem" School. Overall our experience is very good and would recommend others too.

The staff are friendly and they respond quickly to service requests. The pool is a great place to hang-out and the access to the greenway is so convenient! Overall, great neighbors and great location for students and young professionals.

The people in my building 2309 do not take pride in the appearance. They leave trash articles throughout the breezeway and in the grassy areas around. I have to sweep outside my door to keep it clean. My neighbor's dog barks early in the morning around 6 am and wakes me up most mornings.

The apartment wasn't clean. Even though apartment manager came and clean it . Only been here two months and my apartment had issue every other week since I move in.y you would have thought they would please there resident by moving me in a more up keep clean apartment

It's been very nice overall at this community the staff is very nice . The grounds are keep nice and clean.I would certainly recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends . The location has many great shopping areas .

The leasing office staff is very friendly, and was willing to go out of their way to help me. They are very quick to respond to any questions, and provide valuable feedback. The community itself is very friendly and clean. The amenities are also very nice.

My wife and I are retired. The rent is expensive. However, We find the community quiet. The managements office staff are all polite. The maintenance staff go above and beyond when there is a request for maintenance work needed. We will try to stay depending on the increase of rent.

Only been here for a couple of months.So far so good, no complaints! Convenient location, quiet friendly neighborhood. I've had two maintenance requests and both were fixed within 24 hours. The community is well kept.

Nice calm area never had any problems with colonial and very reasonable prices I stayed in colonial grand before I moved back in and when I left I was upset that I did. Colonial grand will be the birth home of my Son!!

So far so good. I live the way they keep the breezeway clear from spider webs and trash. Apartment is great size and spacious. Love the amenities. Parking availability is great as well. Love the diversity of ppl in the community.

Rent keeps climbing up. I've lived at 2 units in this complex so far and not had a single lease renewal that stayed the the same amount as the year before. It has always went up. It frightens me to think what would happen if my pay doesn't increase at the rate which my rent does each year.

I love the location and the services offered. The swimming pool and exercise room is good. I have had problems with random break-ins to my car (6 times). The community has put up signs warning residents of that kind of trouble. The police who responded said that these kinds of crimes were happening all over Charlotte. I do see a security person who patrols the area at night. This is a good thing. The community is quiet and friendly. It is located near shopping areas, gyms, grocery stores, medical facilities and restaurants and gas stations.
