This is a clean and quiet community with respecting people. The apartment is open and roomy. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The complex is located in a cenraised area, close to stores and a greenway.

Lived in Legacy Park for 2 years in a 1 BD unit and enjoyed my time while living there. Very quiet and had no issues with staff or my neighbors. Community is kid and dog friendly. Only recommend better notification/communication with tenants when packages are delivered to office and not to door. Sometimes I did not know I had a package sent to me and find out later it's been in the office for weeks. There used to be a packaging slip left in mailbox but those slips do not seem to be used anymore. Also trash can be an issue some times. Perhaps a change in type of dumpster being used so someone's big bag of trash does not block other tenants trash from being placed in the dumpster. Maybe a dumpster where trash can be dropped from the top inside of thrown in from the side because most of the time the dumpster is not full, the small side opening just gets blocked.

I've been living here since 2016 if I'm correct. But I've been treated very well. My maintenance request have been done in a very timely manner. Office staff exceptional and professional. Grounds clean

The Colonial Grand Legacy Park Community has proven to be a safe and quiet environment. I would definitely recommend a friend to stay here. I look forward to continuing my partnership with them. I'm very satisfied!

I look at but there were so many places to chose but Colonia grand legacy was more convenient plus we have friends who leave in this location and they recomended this place to us and we love it noise level is exelent

Dog waste clean up problem is not addressed. It has been getting worse every year since I moved in. Also leash bylaws are ignored by some. They just let the dog loose and wait by the steps & don't clean up after the dog. Though I religiously clean up after mine. Some don't and walking my dog around the complex is like walking in a mine field. There is literally dog waste every 10 feet, and sometime even closer. Do something! I would gladly pay 5-10 dollars more every month to hire someone to take care of this worsening problem exclusively! . I think ll tenants should also pay this.

The complex is neat, clean, and most ! I love the feeling of safety I have here. My young children can go outside and play and I don't have any concerns about them being out there without me. The staff is friendly as well. The only issue I have is parking. There are times where there isn't parking available...anywhere but that's only been a few occasions.

The leasing staff is supportive and will guides through the move-in process. Just need to locate the faults in the apartment but will be taken care of it immediately once a request is raised at the office. Will recommend to others!

I hope the security is increased for the community, otherwise this is best place to stay. located near to all local stores and best part of it is transportation we have busses availbale oposite to apartment.

It was a good experience until someone stole from me personal property. There is also the problem with the pool being closed early. Otherwise my experience here has been a good one and I desire to continue living here

Excellent and safe place to live. Community is good with peaceful neighbors. Maintenance requests are handled in timely manner. Community information are communicated well in advance. Ample parking space and home space

Hallways need to be more maintained. I sweep in front of my door but the stairs are a mess and I've told the office and nothing has been done to clean up the area. I feel like I bring the debris into my apartment. They should hire a grounds person

I don't like it here AT ALL. Office staff is rude! Trying to recover a package is like pulling teeth. Maintainence does nothing but leave notes on what they didn't do. I should have stayed at CV Chancellor Park because this isn't worth what I'm paying.

well-run, enough parking spaces, reasonable expense, amenities that I hope to use eventually (gym and movie theatre), close to my work, close to shops, responsive to imperfections within the apartment, remarkably quiet given how close the busy street is.

Wonderful place to live! Great community feel. Nice employees. Overall a safe neighborhood in a perfect location.Staff is cool and community is near to Wells Forgo and TIAA offices and other facilities.

No complains so far. Love the location and surrounding areas. Pool needs more maintenance. May be a shower area or restroom near the pool will help. Also, needs more control over illegal entries into the pool area.

I love living here. It's very quiet and clean. I couldn't ask for a better place. Maintenance comes quick and gets the job done with no mess left behind. The office staff is nice and very respectful. Even the gym is nice and clean. I have nothing but good things to say

Some bad experiences with maintenance and other issues. No proper response for planned maintenance or an outage in the community. No heads up to residents for the discomfort caused and very rude behaviour when enquirer about the discomfort caused.

I became a resident of Colonial Grand @ Legacy Apartments in 2016. It has been very pleasant to live near respectful neighbors. I have enjoyed the low-noise level. This community is very family oriented.

I like the community a lot. The maintenance crew is very prompt. The apartments are very well maintained. I don't like that the pool is always closed. I think the trash dumpster needs more attention (messy). Trying to dump trash is crazy because of the 3 big SUV always taking up parking space at the dumpster.

I love the contemporary feel to the community. The staff was nice and helpful. The layout of the unit is nice and the appliances are modern as well. The staff was helpful and had everything ready for me on move in day. The pool is amazing as well.
