Have only been here for 4 days so far so good though. Having a lil issue with getting hot water to shower and a roach problem. Hopefully those will be taken care of soon, other than that I like the apartment and the community/staff. Looking forward to 14 months

The last year has been filled with crime that the rent offices won't tell you about...all so they can keep good ratings on these websites smh. I've found out about robberies and break ins from residents not management. They are not rude people I just don't think they are doing enough to keep us protected. Security who rides around for 15 mins or sits in front of the rent office is not acceptable. They finally placed lights on the buildings to brighten the areas up. The maintenance of the property has taken a hit as well. They use to pressure wash but have not done so over the year. Dead frogs and huge water bugs are on the rise. I really wish I had not renewed my lease. It's an ok place but for the price you can get a brand new place to stay.

When you show a apartment.. You should exactly what you are renting to someone.. Not a larger upscale version.. If I had seen how this apartment was designed. ( I would not have rented it for that rate) Decept bait and switch. My fault for trusting.. Most people don't look at blue prints. Just the type of apartment they are renting...

It has been ok living here. They are not offering an eighteen month lease this time. I would have preferred it to a twelve month lease. The garbage, recycle area leaves a lot to be desired very frequently. Also even though kids are suppose to be accompanied by an adult at the pool, many times I would tell the kids to leave until they could come back with the responsible adult.

When I first moved in this complex it was really nice. It has since gone down hill. The grounds are not kept clean nor is the laundry room and weight room. We no longer have true business center. We have two laptops in the front office that we can use only when the office is open. I pay almost a thousand dollars a month to live in this apartment complex and I can't even rent the club house for events anymore. I will never refer this complex to anyone and I will be moving at the end of my lease.

Although the community is very nice. The move in experience was not the best. Since I have lived in a MAA community prior to moving to Legacy Park, I had higher expectations. However, the staff failed to communicate with one another, which resulted in some wasted time.

As a military man I recieved orders and had to move. I signed a 30 day notice, paid my bill and went off to active duty. Without any prior notice from legacy park I was contacted by a creditor stating I had a balance due of $3280. Being overseas i wasnt aware of this for 5 months. Legacy park knew I would be out of contact and charged me Illegaly for 2 months rent, property damages, and abandonment of property. I am currently working with JAG to resolve this. Dont move here. Smiling faces at the door, evil grins on your way out.

Clean environment. Maintenance requests are addressed immediately. People at the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. All amenities are provided. I would like to recommend this apartment for friends. This community is a safe place to reside.

I have enjoyed being here the staff has always been helpful and respectful. My only concern is the price of the rent that continues to escalate every year I don't want to move but this increase is about to force me to leave. I really love it here.

We deal with disability issues. This apartment meets our needs. We like the folks who live here. The local shops, restaurants, and banks know us. The handicap parking is wide enough to load a wheelchair quickly. The deck is wide enough for a wheelchair .

It has been good overall. We have liked living here but during events such as snow and ice storms, the sidewalk for our apartment was never cleared and left in a dangerous condition. We love everything else about the apartment we are living in.

I JUST LOVE IT!I have no complaints. This is by far, the best Apartment/Home in Charlotte! I have lived in Charlotte, NC since May of 2007 and wish I had known then that Colonial Grand at Legacy Park existed then. But 5 addresses later - I AM FINALLY HERE! : )

Really enjoy the atmosphere here at the community. With so many new residence I was just wondering if Corporate ever thought of assigning one parking place to each apartment. My experience with management has been great throuout the years.

I have been here for a week and I really enjoy being here. The apartment itself is very nice and I have had great service from the management so far. I haven't heard a single noise from my neighbors. The walls must be very insulated! I recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worse Apartment community I have ever lived at, it is in need of some serious upgrades it would be a waste of money, as you will not get what you pay for. The rent increase each year and it do not compare well to other apartments in the area.

I really regret moving my family here. They switch companys on you, and people so it doesnt make you feel comfortable, they allow people in your home without calling. U first!!! The walls are so thin i can here my neighbors yelling. And fighting all the time. It was okay my first 8months here, they wont give u an alarm . They complain when u complain so its like whats the point of going to the rent office, they just started fixing. The place up bc they are having inspection, they dont care about the snakes or lizzards t Im worried somebody might get hurt. Nobody is never in the office,then they put people in there as if they know what there doing,.some many strangers come and go who knows who looking at your files, they always showing an apartment.,,, lies.. i really regret living here, my. Cabinets. Are falling apart , i dont recommend. Anyone to live here. Nobdoy

The apartments here are huge,and they are really friendly at the front office! I'm overall happy, it's only been 3 days but all is well. The amenities are great as well, the pool is closed but as soon as it opens I think the kids will be thrilled!

Since we arrived at this Apartment complex it has been a nice experience, everyone is nice and it's a very comfortable place with many things that you can do, from the pool to the movie theater as well as the gym. I would really recommend them to other people to come and live here.

Overall this is a nice community and the location is accessible to many different things. The community is very peaceful and a great place for people who have children. Rent is reasonable; however I do wish it were a little cheaper.

So far my experience have been good. However, when I moved into my unit it was so dusty and had to clean many places like the oven, windows, and bath tub and many other places. I was told that I have to clean the unit after I leave. I told the office I will return it to how it used to be but they told me to clean it.

been here for a while - service/maintenance requests were handled very nicely.. It was on Holiday, dialed for help and service request was handled very quickly.. very happy but Renew agreements are painful because of prices.. otherwise its nice place to live..

Been here for 14+ years and it is the best community I have ever lived in and I would tell any one that this is a wonderful place to live. It is convenient to shopping and entertainment in the area as well as close to 2 major highways the head east and north!
