Nice family oriented neighborhood. Diverse population of residents as far as age and ethnicity. Pool is smaller and is often overcrowded, but it is the summer. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is very professional. Nice place to call home.

I am currently satisfied with the community as I am here from last 5 year and I have no complains so far. I am happy to live here, management staff, maintenance staff, everyone is really helpful and supportive too! I spent my last 5 years with this community and looking better future here.

I love it here at Colonial Grand at Legacy Park. I just signed my 2nd year lease and I would not have done that if I wasn't happy here. While there has been quite a bit of turnover in the staff here, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. So far my interactions with the current staff including office and maintenance has been outstanding.

I moved in a little under a week ago. So far my experience has been great. Apartment is very clean and so are common areas. Neighbors are extremely friendly and there is little noise! Staff is excellent! I had to move in in under 2 days to start my job and the staff was extremely helpful and made sure I was move in ready!

I have had a good and satisfied experience here at Legacy Park. Everyone is nice and helpful. It's not a nosie place to live. They have security at night. They have a lovely gym and theatre and WiFi too. I didn't know what to expect when I moved here but it's very nice and close to shopping and schools.

This community was very conveniently located to my job which is a great perk. Its a great location and they offered the best bang for my buck. Friendly staff and very quiet community. I would recommend this community to all of my friends and family.

Nice clean community. Management hosts multiple resident events all around the year. I just hope that management would be more proactive to long term renters. I wish there was atleast one sports facility and a car center. Overall, a nice place to live.

The fitness center is ------. They have four treadmills but only one is working. the staff is unprofessional. There is not business center. Neighbors are loud. Staff does not care about your complaints. dfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdsdfsdfsdfsdfsdsdfsd

While the staff strive towards efficiency, there still remains maintenance concerns like no garbage bags near pet trash receptacles, they are not diligent keep pet trash emptied. Breezeways need to be cleaned more regularly. I have expressed concerns with staff about a neighbor who keeps their trash outside their door and the staff doesn't seem to be able to correct this with the tenant.

I have been extremely happy in this complex for the two years that I have been here. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. Because I pick up packages from the office they know who I am and greet me with my name when I entered the office.

A nice community, especily for children,s safety. Specially office and maintenace people are very professional. Overall a good place to live. Commuting access available, freeway is within one mile.Car wash was available but removed.Grocery stores and restaurents are in neghbourhood.

ok when compare to cost and amenities and near access. the staffs are good and responsive at the time when even need and service calls are taken for any issue you report. it will be fixed ASAP to. this is good for budgeted people look for is reasonable cost.

The apartment complex is very convenient to shopping,entertainment,etc. The walls are thin and your neighbors can be heard in apartments wherein the bedrooms are built back to back..The office staff has changed three times since I've been here and all of them have been rude and unprofessional.

I have really enjoyed living here. It's quiet and the staff have always responded to me in a timely manner if I have any questions or concerns, especially the maintenance team which is the most important to me. I would honestly recommend this community to a family member or friend if they were looking for something nice, affordable and with pleasant on-site staff.

Colonial Grand at Legacy Park Apartments is a very nice community, but neighbors seem to be a little to noisy at times, but otherwise I love living out here. I don't like the fact that when I call to speak with someone in the office they never seem to pick the phone up. I always have to end up going to the office to speak with someone about a concern i have.

Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. The apartment itself has the extra room and storage that we needed. The patio gives us our privacy and makes it easier to entertain our family while leaving our door open to the patio. Just enough windows to allow the breeze to blow through the place!

The location is very good having all the necessity stores nearby. Ambience is good and the office staff were eager to help in our search of a new apartment. Apartments were spacious and clean and have a variety of options to choose from. It perfectly matched our requirement.

So far, everything is great! The area is very safe and family oriented. The amenities are great and I feel very safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Colonial Grande to my friends and family. I have yet to try to theatre but it looks awesome!

The office staff is very friendly, and very helpful. However, they're understaffed and there are problems that come with that. While the quality of service has been consistent, the availability of that service is an issue. Additionally, when we moved into our new apartment, it felt as though they had done a rush job. I shouldn't have to clean my own apartment the day I move in, yet I did. I called maintenance and had them take care of a few things, but there's only so much one guy can do in half an hour. The rest was up to us. We've only just moved in, so hopefully things get better, but so far I'm not impressed. Most issues I have would be solved by hiring more staff so they'd have the time and manpower to do a proper job. A small handful of people can't efficiently manage a complex this size.

So far I have had a very great experience. I have at least made contact with most of my neighbors and have had pleasant experiences with the office team. So far very happy that I chose this location to move to. Plus the convenient places to shop around the apartment and the proximity to campus made this a very ideal place for my situation.

In general, I am satisfied with my overall experience in 5 years. The main pain points are with the office staff regarding communication (inaccessibility) and the lease renewal processes. I find the quality of office staff inconsistent.

I've lived at Colonial Grand at Legacy Park for over 2 years. The property management's response to issues is less than stellar. Repeated issues with nuisance neighbors go unanswered (e.g. pot smoking / banging on your door, etc.). Also found that the maintenance staff enters your apartment without leaving notes or being announced. Only reason I knew was because they left tools in the apartment and also locked my balcony door.

Property is maintained well?Although you pay for it. The wonderful smell of curry wakes you up in the morning?.The Pool is opened approximately 50% of the summer?And I hope that you are not afraid of cockroaches, or skyrocketing rent if you choose to stay here over a year.
