Overall the experience is pretty good.Leasing Office team members are helpful and effective. Not really satisfied with the maintenance team. Expect more co-operation from them.Place is pretty good. Nice and peaceful. Location is also good.

My experience living in this appartment complex has been far from acceptable. I've experienced terrible service from my leasing office, even when issues occurred on their end, several times. I've experienced neighbors that I have had to complain on several times with the office only for nothing to be done about my issues. It's caused me to get law enforcement involved to get any action. My car has been broken into twice, and hit-and-run in my parking lot. There are no security measures set in place for the tenants. My building is covered in dead/alive roaches, trash, cigarette butts, dirty diapers, and dog fecces. There is a severe bug, wasp, and spider infestation that no one is doing anything about. I had to call corporate several times. Most recently speaking with a representative by the name of Stephanie (property manager) who was very off putting, and impersonable. I plan this being the last year I staying here, for good reason of course.

Apartment was not properly finished when i moved in. Paint drops were there on the floor. Bathroom joints are not properly sealed. Carpet is not properly sets with floor(joints are open). Flush not working in bathroom. Need some one to inspect my apartment when I'm available.

I've asked for my carpet to be cleaned several times. Just different things that's was wrong that are getting fixed. But a little more communication would help. It's a great area to live but if you work all day please be able to communicate back and forth.

Good so far matinece could be faster i was home when matinece arrived but didn't hear them knocked and they entered anyways i didnt like that i feel they couldve left a note or contacted me by phone to make sure it was ok to enter

The experience is great. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The clubhouse is gorgeous along with the movie theater that seats about 20-25 people. The property is mins away from Concord Mills and Northlake mall.

I have lived at this community three times over the past 7 years. I personally have never had an issue. When I submit work orders they are completed in a timely manner and the office staff is always available to answer any questions.

I've only resided here for about 3 weeks now, but so far, so good. Things are fairly quiet, though recent events with the pool have demonstrated that some people can get a bit rowdy and take advantage of some of the liberties here. Wasn't a big deal to me, but clearly some have issues. The apartment itself is fine. A bit rough around the edges from previous tenants (animal clawing or biting on door frames, weird marks in the carpet, etc.), but nothing that's a deal breaker. Quite a few bugs and frogs around the complex but that's to be expected when the complex is near to wooded areas.

It been a great experience and I have met many nice neighbors in the community. My Garage has been a good addition because it is cheaper than a storage unit. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

The community itself is ok. Too expensive for what you get. I have the big water bugs that moves in with me during the warm months and for that itself I will be moving. The amenities are nice so I guess that is what I'm paying for.

Very nice community. The staff is great and maintenance is very responsive. The apartments are very spacious and lots of storage room. Very pet friendly community. Very nice poll area. I really like the fact that the grounds are secure.

Not a very good experience. Multiple issues that weren't addressed, very high rent for small place and not great condition of apartment. Community went downhill with parking being poor , more maintenance needs , shady neighbors and not good conditions.

Pretty decent place for the price pool area is nice and the people in the front office. Most people stay themselves. Only issue is cars get broken into frequently, but if your door is locked you should be fine.

My experience has been horrible! The staff doesn't care about the residents. Maintenance is rude. Apartments are not worth what you pay for. There is constant drug activity and random people pulling in to do their drugs. This place is a joke. I am out once my lease is up!

My experience with this community has been great thus far. The communication with the leasing specialist was wonderful everything was explained to me in detail leaving me with no questions. Moving into the complex was not difficult there was a couple of people arguing while I was moving into my apartment but other that no problems.

My experience is mostly good and possitive but, somebody stole goods from my vehicle once overnight. The bad thing is that people walk their dogs in the grassy areas but don't pick up their pets dropping

Staff is nice here. Maintenance Team respond quickly. Overall it is a quiet community. It's a family oriented community. Kids play outside here. Landscaping keeps the grounds clean and very well maintained.
