Overall our experience is good while staying in the community. Maintenance staff is helpful and efficient. There were few shooting incidents recently in the community which raises concern for security otherwise it was pleasant experience.

Good Community to leave.Pet friendly. Near to school . Many shops are near close to highway.This community have a very nice big swimming pool. Have a gym for exercise. There are many day cares near to this apartment.

I have had issues with certain neighbors adhering to the rules and regulations with being courteous to others living in the multi-family unit with noise levels and heavily smoking not only cigarettes but other substances as well inside the complex.

No good, my unit was infested with roaches and the unit was not painted previous to me moving in on my moving in day I provided the office staff a long list with lots of things and repairs that should off been completed before my moving day.

Maintenance request are fulfilled in a timely manner. They worked with residents that were laid off during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. The leasing agents are very nice and professional to talk to.

People drop trash all over the place and road and don't pick it up. No one cares how the place looks. There has been 2 shooting and an a couple robberies while I lived here. Deff not as good as other complexes.

Management has always been very polite and communicative, and my roommate and I have enjoyed the interactions we have had with team members. Our only complaint would be that paying for cable is required even if you do not/will not utilize that service.

They are prompt to react in our needs timely this is the best team I never seen, they way of working helps costumers to enjoy MAA services and living their apartments also maintenance teams are most of the time ready to solve in needs.

The apartment itself is in good condition, although we have had issues with roaches in the summer. The staff did react quickly to our complaint by coming to spray, and they offer sprays every Friday. Our apartment has carpeting in the eating area, which is a little weird, and no direct light in the living room. However, the layout is pretty awesome. We have two bedrooms and a study, and the apartment is very roomy with plenty of storage space. There is greenway access, which is very nice. The staff (office, maintenance) is wonderful and we haven't had issues getting problems addressed quickly. However, we will be moving due to safety concerns. There have been shootings and some issues with criminal activity, and there are often people playing loud music at night.

So far things are great. I moved here Aug, 2020. Any maintenance issues they came within one business day. They keep me updated via email of anything that's happening in the community. I love it so far.

It's not the best whatsoever but I love the location and I love the inside of my apartment. There has been many incidents of criminal activity. The neighbor above me is always loud night and day. There's never anywhere to park either.

We have wonderful Community. The office employees are friendly and always ready to respond to our concern. The increase of fees is to much for example connection fee pass from$20 to $70 and double water charge. For the same apartment, the new comers pay less than the old tenants

This has been a really nice complex to live in so far. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and correctly. We're close to the greenway which is convenient for walking our dogs. Overall I'm glad we moved here.

Good community, no trouble at all with the neighbors. Simple rent payment system on my cellphone app, and around consistent charges every month on the same or very next business day. All around decent time besides minor extermination needs trust are complimentary.

maintenance ppl are closing work requests without fixing important issues like leakage and microwave. I raised a number of requests which they close even without coming to the apartment and looking at. leave the fixing the issue alone

We moved here from Maryland and was unable to do an in person visit due to the Covid situation. TeQuilla was kind enough to take us on a virtual tour of the unit. We decided to make Colian Grand @ Legacy Park our home because they checked all of the boxes for us as far as what we were looking for in an apartment. We've been here now for a week, and we really our new home. It's quiet, clean, and close to everything. Don't believe all of the bad reviews that you may read as we did. We've found out that most of them are false.

So far, I absolutely love my new community!! I haven't had any issues so far and I pray that it stay this way for me and my family. Everything that we need is right here in our community and around our community! The location is great as far as my job is concerned and my daughter get to go to the high school of her dreams!!

Seen a lot of stuff that worker leaves a lot of leafs on the sidewalks and don't cover shoes whiles walking in Apartments and pet parents not clean up after there Dogs .Also need bring back and area for recycle and treated the grounds for flea and spiders and other two legs insecests.

Good value and space for the money. Good for couples, and young families. At night sometimes is loud In parking lots. Amenities are great and service in office is kind. Parking spaces are narrow, and it's causing scratches from other residents on doors of vehicle. Overall apartment is good.

Unfriendly management. They are more interested on collecting rents n fines than addressing tenants grievances. Also several issues with cleanliness and incidents in community. For parking enforcement they have outsourced to a different company and didn't provide proper instructions and they keep changing the rules often

My space was very clean when I moved in. The staff was prepared for my arrival and have been very easy to work with during the move-in process. Overall the complex is also very clean, visually appealing, and easy to navigate. The few maintenance issues I had were resolved in a very timely manner.

I moved this community last year and i saw leasing office staff is very good and kids playing area is good and its very near to Queen City school so overall my experience is good till now so recommended to others

I love that the restaurants shopping areas and other things in the community are nearby. But the environment around the apartment complex was a little different for me. I was speaking about some of the neighbors . If I could have moved to another apartment around my area I would have .

The staff is great so far as we are new tenants to this community. I have found them to be helpful and responsive to new tenants as well as their existing tenants. I hope to live out my leasing agreement with little to no issues with their service.
