Leasing office team is not friendly, they don’t give priority or respect to residents. The issues reported won’t resolve as expected, team will take so many days sometimes couple of weeks to resolve issues.

Management is not handling the things properly. Many people in this community faced a problem with this poor skill management. If we raise a complaint then they wanted everyone to move out of this community. Very rude. Lot of cockroaches issues and they fine a lot with no proper communication.

This complex has been shady. No one aside from the manager can help you with anything. You will get screwed in every aspect living here. Bugs every where, trash everywhere, you won’t be able to use the amenities paid for. You will have security patrol on speed dial and you will have to call the office about a problem every other day and it will NEVER be resolved.

The noise is quite high particularly the upper apartment people has kids and the people weight is higher than normal that walking sound itself like stomping. Seems the old wood is causing mold. There are many tiny air leaks which makes the home cold quickly.

The more communication and documentation that you are able to provide will help any issues. The old wood that you mentioned would not cause mold. If you are seeing any type of growth in your apartment, again please contact the office so that we can have our maintenance team assess and remedy the situation. That should be reported as quickly as possible. As far as tiny air leaks, we are working on completing major renovations that include flashing around the window to prevent any air leaks. NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE

absolute terrible management. Both ------- and ----- are racist. Clearly the company does not care about who they have in place to run the place. No customer services, zero passion for what they do, and the events should not even be classified as events. You can tell that nobody likes them because the crowds that used to show up for all the events, no longer comes. Corporate needs to wake up and take some action. There is a reason why all of the recent reviews are negative. It is because since ------- and ----- came back to this property, it has fallen so downhill. ----- has no clue what she is doing and because she does not know what she is doing, the residents are suffering for it. They want to charge you for every little thing when the property is crap to begin with. Mold and roach filled apartments. If that is what you are looking for, then go ahead and lease here. If you want a nice apartment that isn't ran by racist people, then run away and find somewhere else. Trust me, there is way better places than this place. Like I said, there is a reason why they have so many recent negative ratings and it is because of ------- and -----. STAY AWAY!

Security is zero don’t prefer this community at because recently I faced one of security incidents then I have reached the management but they simply says it is not our responsibility , they I have word of lease cancellation they told that there is documents which you have signed on the lease stating that if any security incidents that happen it is not the management responsible for that so that’s why they won’t cancel the lease and then I have asked for change the room they says need to stay at least 90 days and need to pay 750 dollars more even the base rent is less the current room . So I would not recommend at all for this community because if management is not responsible for security then why we need to choose the community

So far so good … still getting adjusted with the community. It’s Renovations that’s going on so appearances and quietness are at all time high due to this. Community needs more trash bins or valet trash. Also complex gym is really tiny not enough space for many ppl at a time

Thank you for the feedback on the size of the fitness center. Typically, yes, the fitness center is crowded during peak hours. Great. No problem so far. Close to bus stop, train station, stores etc. The apartment is lively with events and kids playing around. Never get bored in this community as there are always people around who are friendly and nice.

The first year at the Vinoy was enjoyable albeit major maintenance issues upon move in. Living here suffered in quality within the second year, and continued to decline due to a lack of cohesive communication between the Leasing Staff. The maintenance team tends to make inappropriate remarks and does not have a sense of urgency towards maintenance emergencies. There is virtually no communication on service request updates. Overall, living here can be lovely, so long as you don't have to interact with the office, which proves to be frustrating and ineffective unless repeated contact is made on your behalf.

Vinoy is a wonderful community to live in peacefully and happily with your family. The surroundings are clean, giving a homely and secure feeling. Pros: 1. Good Management team 2. Great service Maintenance team 3. Peaceful community with good amenities Cons: 1. 4 months rent to be paid during Lease break. 2. Though Maintenance team work quality is good but requests sometimes take more than 2 weeks if the queue is more and this is a problem when some issue has to be fixed immediately, say water clogged in sink or washroom bath tub. They work on first come first serve instead of Problem type and severity. 3. Maintenance staff could either follow a practice of remove shoes or use a cover to their shoes while entering the unit, because once they enter with shoes, we may have to clean the floor again for dirt.

Car breaking is, frequently happening. Not accepting Cctv footage is major concern for everyone. No gates and close to Signal and main road open to all. No cc camera's. Vinoy is giving indirect opportunity to do the robbery and theft. If we ask any thing management is saying call safely and precautions is 100% is missing. I don't understand why they dint accept even tenants install cc camera not accepting

I have been here for about 3 weeks now and I love my apartment. This is the 4th one I’ve been to in Charlotte and this one is my favorite so far. The layout provides plenty of space for me and my fur baby even has his own space. The property is clean and the residents here seem to even have tennis matches where plenty of spectators sat around to watch. Definitely recommend

So far it has been good. Society is close to my office, however there are no good schools nearby to the society for our kid. Also, few problem makers always roam in the society which makes us feel little nervous and insecure.

The way of communicating from maintenance team and management was very harsh and response was very slow and if any damage or issue from property building which is not responsible by tenants they are putting full charge of amount to tenents account which really not acceptable
