The vinoy apt is a nice community.All grocery stores are nearby. Community staff members are very supportive. Lots of greenery maintained with children's play area. Overall it is good community to live.

Started of a bit rocky, washing machine had to be replaced after 4 maintenance visits. Constant issues with internet and electricity in the area. Plumbing issues are constant. Beware they are car tow happy. Never resolved issues only offers transfer as solutions and you have to pay a transfer fee even if its the apartment manament teams responsibility or issue. Other residents state theyve seen roaches, rats, and snakes too often.

it is a great community and the staff is very friendly. the love pets here and all the ammenities are just an added bonus. i have been here for almost 2 years and it is very convient to shopping and restaurants as well.

My experience here thus far has not been the greatest. From the beginning I have had issues with the apartment. From noise to uncleanliness. The people walking in the STREET EVERY day. Doesnt make it a very nice place to call home

Been living here for about 4 years now. The high school across the street is full of atrocious kids that break into our cars, smoke and scream in the breezeways. The community needs to have some sort of patrol during the school year to keep that from happening. The apartments themselves are nice, but as someone who has lived here through 4 renewals, I dont have the latest appliances that keep being advertised on the website. The community overall is quiet, and mostly Indian with small children. The sidewalks arent used and instead people spread out all over the road. Be careful driving as well, as many people are newer drivers. I have seen 3 different guys teach their wives how to drive and I have marks all over my car to show how "Well" thats going. The gym is pretty standard but nice. However, most of the people that use it dont use deodorant and it smells like death in there. Also, it feels weird to be the only person wearing gym clothes while everyone else is running with jeans on and no deodorant lol

I feel as if I did not receive adequate correct information when I moved into the complex, most of the appliances are old and outdated, kitchen cabinets are also outdated. I was told there would be some renovations, none happened to my apartment. I would not recommend to any friend or foe

Overall the experience has been good so far. Everyone seems to stay to themselves which I like and the community seems to be very quiet. The staff in the leasing office was very helpful in getting us moved in and it’s been a good experience so far with everyone in the community. I hope it stays this way.

Vinoy community is really getting worst now , no maintenance and they are just proud of location and raising the rent for $200 to $250 , Tennis lights are not working for last 1 year but no response from the management , please make sure before get into lease , they may promise you amenities like Tennis court with light , it is of no use in weekdays , only you can see kids are playing with different games inside the tennis court

I love the neighborhood and location of this community. Overall a good feeling staying here. But noise is a very big issue. Not quiet at all. People don't have basic sense of Not strolling on the roads. Sidewalks are for vain in this community. Groups of people banter casually on roads. Apartment noise is another issue. Safety is totally out of question. Vinoy has all the potential to be one of the best places to live in this part of the city but sadly some factors are degrading things badly! Hope things get better.

Not safe, staff is not good, maintenance poor and high rent. New management is very very rude. They have also become rigid on lease transfer and renewal policies. Looking to end my lease here and shift somewhere else

This community is not at all a safe one. Recently one incident happened to the residents here. There is home school near to this community. Kids use to bunk the school and roam in the community some of the kids are dangerous too. They attacked people to pull the car keys at mid day time. These type of incidents happened many times. Though multiple incidents are reported to property management, they have not taken any serious action on that. There are no cameras in the property except at the leasing office. School kids use to make scratches on the car and some cars were broken as well.

Worst management till now they are so rude and posting unwanted charges and lease renewal is so high rates and maintenance will take a month to get complete ... worst rating from my side. All amenities CAR care area, swimming pool club house are almost non functional.

apartment is best in this area but security wise there are many loop holes as I have seen in last three years. there are not much entertainments. cost is high compared to other though it is not gated community. other than this all other things are good.

Security is always a concern here and we keep inform management about same but no actions taken.Staff keep changing so every time you visit yo see a new face and they are not well aware of policies and provide us incomplete or wrong information.

I am quite satisfied with the property management staff, and maintenance staff of this apartment complex Vinoy Innovation located in Charlotte on IBM Drive. They property manager and the entire team is very cooperative, friendly and responsive. They are courteous, and takes care of the repair work in a timely manner.

I was not satisfied with the appartment even 10%. Too much noise and disturtabance for 24/7 and we are not sleeping with peaciful mind. There is no control over the noise. Specifically with the renuated house, it is very bad experience.

Overall experience has been fine here. Parking is a problem when my neighbors have visitors or the building is full of tenants. It would be nice if the neighbors used the sidewalks and not walk in the middle of the parking lot with small children.
