Thus far, I am enjoying my living experience at Vinoy. However, considering my unit is at the opposite end of the community, I would be more appreciative if there was garbage valet or a trash drop off closer to my unit.

Everything is good with the community. Highly recommend people to join the same with out any second thoughts. Residing for more than 3 years there is lots of attachments with the community. Looking forward to seeing more people to join the same and enjoy staying here.

It is a nice place to live. It is pretty quiet most of the time and you are able to say a short hello to people you pass. The apartments are nice and the staff is very helpful when needed. I think this is the best place I could have picked for my first apartment.

All the staff are nice professional and caring. They are willing to go out of their way to help residents when needed and quick to respond when needed. Lots of families with kids in the community in early evenings you will see lots of families with their kids around the playground area and in the grass playing. All the kids seem pretty well behaved and are not load or unattended.

No big complaints. Staff is generally very responsive to issues. Lots of parking available. Walking distance to Innovation Park and nearby schools but not much else as Charlotte is very car-dependent. Convenient to I-85. We've had about 1 cockroach per month despite never having issues anywhere else. So if that bothers you you'll need to set up traps or live somewhere else. Dishwasher is old and noisy and you get some noise coming through the windows from the outside at night. Overall I would recommend for sure if you live in Innovation Park because it is so convenient. The complex is nice and neighbors are very friendly.

I am here for 5 yrs and i love this apartment. Very conveniently located to Office, Schools, Restaurant. Maintenance team is good and all the request will be addressed in a day or two. I always recommend this place to my friends.

Very knowledgeable and welcoming leasing/maintenance staff! The best of both worlds: A quiet but friendly community with ample amenities in a secluded neighborhood that's only a 5-10 minute drive from multiple shopping centers and UNC Charlotte.

My experience living at the Vinoy for 13 months was horrible from beginning to the end. Immediately upon moving in on my first day there were loads of residents walking literally everywhere. Kids from ages 0-12 are either being pushed around in in strollers/being carried by parents or if they’re old enough to walk they’re running around every part of the complex. From running in and out of the building between the breezeways to running and playing kickball in the parking lot where cars are, it just never seemed to end. The residents are mainly Indian so they stay in the streets for hours at a time, blocking traffic, not watching their kids, I’ve just never seen anything like it and as you can imagine the kids make noise almost from sun up to sun down. There are always scooters and bikes left randomly throughout the complex and we have brought this to the attention of the front office numerous times only for them to tell us over and over that “there’s nothing we can do about it”. These people NEVER went outside with their rambunctious children. Brandon advised that it was a lease violation however down the line that seemed to have magically changed to “there’s nothing we can do”. I asked the residents nicely several times if they could be courteous and watch their kids but that only turned into the residents becoming “scared” and going to the front office to lie about the things I would say. And I mean they would literally round up and go in groups to complain about me speaking to them and that’s because they’re always in groups! It’s like living in a village opposed to an apartment complex. So of course 10 people vs 1 makes me looks bad. I was told previously by the office that we weren’t the only ones who had an issue with the noise but apparently they don’t care to fix the problem. The office, specifically MIRANDA, never contacted us to get our side when allegations were made. We were only met with warnings to not say anything to the residents or we would be evicted for violating a part of the lease that states residents shall not intimidate or threaten other residents which NEVER HAPPENED. How can you threaten me with an eviction for “violating the lease” when the residents CONSTANTLY violate the lease which states residents shall not impede traffic or block the roadways. I have a longer review on Google! Do not recommend!

Since de First day, i step a foot in to this Apartment, I had been having a Appliance Issue, and my work order on your Portal can back that. Anytime they fixe the issue the same problem will bounce back the next day, for example the Microwave more than 3 time still not fixed and last Friday 06/18/2021 it completely went out of service and i been waiting for it to be fixe for more than 5 days now living without a Microwave, and i understand that delay may happing sometime that's why i went the office to know what's going. But what's astonishing and baffling is the unforgettable welcome they reserved for me, when i walking to the office today 6/23/2021 to get a update about the work order that i submitted, since i have been calling and sending messages for over 5 days now with no response. What i rather got is quite surprising: a belligerent group of employees specially with one of the lady which has been pretty intriguing for me as of why she's been talking to me in very derogatory way since the first contact when i came in to pickup my keys, it's like she have known me in an other life. i have never faced so much adversity form a group of employee it like they were waiting for me. and what make it more confusion for me is that they were backing each speaking at the sometime not letting me ask any question, usually if there is altercation between two people, if there is any, someone in the group will try to calme the situation but that was not case for me today, instead they were throwing the general know phraseology like lower your voice, you're doing big gesture get out of the office, i really still can believe what happen today in that office. and this was my first time ever to go there for any reclamation, i guess it's going to be the last one. Still asking my self why they were so belligerent toward me '' Thinking is because last week i left a feedback about the repair service that provided to me and i was honest about it, the same issue started as son as the technicien left my apartment which still continuing as of Today". These People were not reacting to me being agressive or disrespectful, they were doing it for fun of it. I'm not trying to paint my self as a angel here but God knows they were on top of their game whatever game that was.

Community is great and part of this community since 2014, but current management is the worst and rudest I have seen. They are imposing various charges when you leave the apartment for normal wear and tear which comes with time.

Vinoy is a beautiful and peaceful community with great amenities such as Volley ball ,Tennis courts, Fitness center & Swimming pool! Staff and maintenance team is also courteous and help to resolve our concerns asap!

I have only negative things to say about this community. The fact that management allows kids from age 2-10 to run amuck and scream and sit on peoples cars is such a migraine. People who have ptsd get NO peace and quiet in their own home. And the parents pull the my child is innocent card even when office teams have witnessed their child being a complete Dennis the menace.

I like the are which is very beautiful and green. This is a peaceful area. School and stores are nearby and also the common highway too. Schools and bus stops are nearby. There is a big park nearby which is also great.
