Worst Community to stay. No safety at all. Maintenance staff is not helpful. Leasing Manager is not helpful as well. I won’t recommend my friends to stay here. Rent is too high and service is very poor.

It's good being in the community. I think security needs to be improved. I have seen instances of robbery of mails, things getting stolen from cars during night time. Play area also seems small considering the amount of kids in the community.

Staff is too good and polite. They are listening the concerns and they are very proactive. They always also conducting some activities in society like movies night and some others like snacks and juices father day mother day and so on.

The experience is very good since I moved in last month. Starting with move in and leasing process which was very smooth and having calm and neat atmosphere and all the amenities are very good. I highly recommend this

It has been just 20 days since we moved in here. The people at leasing office are so friendly and always ready to hear and help solve our problem. The maintenance team is also good in terms of timely and quality service, most of all they listen to our queries with patience. The location of this apartment is another plus, we have schools at walkable distance and close proximity of multiple stores like walmart, sams, IKEA etc and indian stores as Patel Brothers and Suvidha etc. Only con i feel is Train station is slightly far, we need to catch bus which is just outside the community.

Overall great experience, but the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly before move in. Washer wasn’t working and all the toilets are flushing very slowly and all the staff are amazing and helpful. They always maintain the cleanliness of the property

Nice stuff, easy to communicate, great area, tennis courts, nice pool, pretty good gym. Everything is clean and neat, almost perfect))) No noise or any disturbing things, good parking. Apartments nice and clean also.

Do not rent here. There are over 40 complaints with the attorney general for greystar. They fix nothing, but want that money asap. My place flood on day 1 and 10 months later not fixed, appliciance have rust on them, my refrigerator bottom is full of water and leaking, 2 weeks have passed, nothing.

The Vinoy is our home for the last two years very safe place and the neighbors are friendly.Thanks to everyone at the management team and the skilled maintenance staff.The surrounding are always clean, the roads are neatly cleaned and the landscaping is as well . The garbage dumpster is clean and ready for disposal .

Safety has been a concern since I moved in. No steps have been taken to improve safety and I have noticed unauthorized entry on many occasions. There hasn't been any communication regarding improving the safety of residents. Maintenance team is good and resolve issues on time. Overall, I would not recommend the community to my friends.

The most important part in a community is the people you meet in the office. I believe at The Vinoy At Innovation Park , it has a strong and great Staff . Supervisor Amanda goes well beyond to get things done, with her trusted assistant Kelsey who is so pleasant to talk to and any question she an Cassie is available to help and guide you thru any question i have has .So yes i dont know my neighbors but that's ok i am more interested in know if i have a question i can always call the office and get my answers . For advertising purposes a slight bigger exercising room would be nice with a couple of more universal machines it a big incentive for younger working group

So far the experience in this community is good but after the rent increase, I expecting the quality of service, responsiveness and maintenance will increase but nope, they are going down. If maintenance request is submitted then it takes more two weeks to complete. You have to either do it by yourself or suffer the inconvenience.

Beware! This apartment may look nice but don’t do it! Poor communication. Maintenance takes a month to complete water damage request and they have a roach/water bug problem. Pest control spray; no change. You have been warned.
