So far my experience has been well. My main concern is all the people and children who walk and do things in the road instead of on the sidewalk because sometimes it is dark outside. I also would like to see more upkeep with the rose bushes that need to be trimmed and the walkways thats should be cleaned from debris

I would have loved to give zero stars but Facebook doesn't allow to do so. This is one of the highly overrated and overpriced community with no security at all. They have lots of cockroaches & other insects which will come to your apartment. Kind request to everyone, "Please do not book an apartment in this community at all". Both Greystar management, the staff is greedy & very unprofessional. They don't treat you very well whether you are pretty new or living here for a long time. The leasing staff members are very dishonest & will not keep their words & they will make you pay more money by making false statements/commitments. I will not return back to this pathetic community ever and will never recommend it to anyone.

Overall I have good experience in vinoy community. Its good to see lot of greenery in the community. Spacious parking. It would be great if you can have some more playing space for kids. I see kids cycling on roads which is dangerous.

Average and mixed experience at Vinoy at Innovation park community apartments. Some of the stuff is quite old in the apartments and cannot be even renewed. Overall it is still good place to live and relax.

Great place and most of the staff are great ! Ive had no major problems that just turn me off ! They do seem more concerned than most leasing offices and I love that ! I enjoy living here so far. Keep up the great work

Great place to live, I love the convenience, but Ive already had someone break into my fiancés car. This place definitely needs cameras because that happened to me and Ive only been living here for 2 weeks.

Nearer to all communities. Very quite and peaceful. Immediate attention to service requests.Supportfull staff. With so much nearer communities it's all advantage for the families to spend time with. Overall it's good community.

Its real nice but sometimes is gets a bit noisy at nighttime when its time to go to sleep. The neighborhood is pretty calm and a lot of people walking at night. Just got to be careful going around corners.

The leasing agents made moving in, even in the time of a worldwide pandemic easy and as stress free as possible. The community is very active and friendly which creates a safe and fun atmosphere overall.

Excellent Apartment to stay, Convenient to Workspace, Health system, Groceries market, Uptown connectivity good via light rail, restaurants. Only one thing is its not gated community compared to surroundings. If it would have been converted into gated community it will be great. Location and neighborhood is safe.

I love my apartment. Great size for a reasonable price. Have some loud neighbors but it's not intentional. It's a hop to 85 and 485. The staff is very friendly. Great complex.Would definitely recommend to people.

Sometimes the management wasnt that supportive. Few times water issue. Need additional trash place, right now we have only one. And whenever we are extending the lease there is a huge increase of rent.

The rents are high in general and the staff in Vinoy leasing are not flexible in lease pricing and any issues and complaints to satisfy customer needs. But the neighborhood and schools are good and convenient

I have been resident since May 2019 and still being member of VInoy at Innovation. So far so good. I have never experienced any discomfort with respect to safety any other activities. I would definitely recommend vinoy to my friends

I have asked to do a work order since we have some fungus kind of mold on the wall.Vinoy management has done cleaning 2 times without giving proper information to was great inconvenience to us and ' we are not expecting this any more

I like the renovated apartments. However I would have gone for new lease and that would have been good. I went with lease transfer and the previous tenants have really damaged the apartment. I have to raise the service requests for all the issues.

It wont let me submit without saying anything. I am pleased with living at the Vinoy. I wish I felt safer but that is out of your control. And I wish people would pick up their dogs poop however that is also out of your control.

Good experience..but no printer ink available Printing is very hectic...gym is not big enough and pool doesn't get cleaned thoroughly.. We need gated security for strangers to not access the community... Cars get stolen,there is school across the community...kids come and smoke on the apartment stairs...

Excellent and location is good with good floor plans. Apartment is in a prime area and maintenance is great. I would continue to stay in this community provided I get a good rental rates. Staff is real good and the issues logged in are been addressed on time.

Safety condition not upto the grade level. Not a Gated community outsiders are coming to the apartments and using facilities. Worrying about safety. Construction is not good when we are walking sounds are coming.

The only thing I would complain about would be the ants in the apartment are the ants. Once you get an exterminator it is fine, however. Other than that the apartments are in a convenient area to go grocery shopping, the gym, if work is close by, and entertainment. Im happy with my experience so far.
