The management is worst. I had got my car renewal sticker and it was damaged. The management people has told to inspect all the cars for valid stickers, I got a warning sticker mentioned to correct the sticker. Immediately I called the leasing office and explained the situation and also explained that I will correct it once I receive it from DMV and it will take 1 week to reach. The associate who spoke with me forgot and they towed my car, and morning today morning I was shocked to see my car was missing. I went today and explained the leasing office manager she is rude and to hide their associate mistake she told we did not get any intimation. This was a ridiculous incident I have ever seen in any residential community. There was a previous manger Moises who was really good. Now the manger is so irresponsible and rude.

I love to stay in this community because of the neighborhood and the friendly support of my colleagues. Clean community with a tennis court is added plus. Have recommend this community to many of my friends and they have liked it so far. Only hardship is a bit of harsh communication with leasing office staffs where they have not been very accommodating for long term tenants as well.

Community is not very dog friendly... Only has one location in the neighborhood with station for dogs. A LARGE ------ community. This community has not been very friendly or welcoming. Apartment was clean upon move in. There are kids running around and playing in the streets until 10 pm. Not very quiet at all.

I wish the Manger and associates in the leasing office are more friendly and helpful. Recently there are a lot of happenings in the apartment like breaking of car windows and lots of people who was not living in the aprtment come and go swimming in around 10:30 pm and also coming in the aprtment and sitting in the stairs. Not a good experience.

Came to tour this community and was deciding between it and another few places in the area. I'm moving from out of town and don't know where I want to go yet. Kayla gave me a tour and was so nice and told me everything I needed to know about the community and everything near Vinoy. She even gave me lunch reccomendations to a place close by. And then back in the office everyone else was also so nice. I have not had that experience at an apartment complex before. I have not made a decision on where to live yet but am very impressed with The Vinoy and hope to make it home!

I have stayed only for a week now. I cannot say much but the overall experience has been poor. The have a rule they can show only 3 apts on a single day and they can only spend 35 min per visit. I drove for 70 miles for 2 weekends to see and finalize the apartment. Weekends, they have only one person attending to everybody who visits the rental office including the package delivery. The rent is high for the quality of the apartments. The stair railings are broken or rusted. Most of the units are not hardwood or upgraded. They show only the one which are not moving fast. The rental insurance is a pain, they ask so many things to be added to the rental insurance which the insurance company will not do it. I had to wait a week to get my Approval letter. The only document sign software docu- sign software will not work as designed. We had to sign multiple times to get it approved. Unless we sign all the documents we will not get the keys. I has to spend 2 hrs in the rental office to get the keys. The apartment is not technology ready. The internet cable connection works only in the living room. You cannot move your router to a different room to get wifi signal. You need to call the company to get it fixed for extra cost. Some of the rental office employees are rude especially the guy, they won't use their cart to drive along the complex instead make us walk. So keep this mind if you are looking for a unit in this complex.

One of the greatest apartments in the North side of Charlotte. Safety & Security is the prime aspect I considered along with the accessibility to all prime outlets and stores. Management is quite efficient to solve any issues in time and they deserve a great appreciation

I've been here since 2016 and I really do enjoy it here! The parties are really fun and the entire staff is so nice! I love how big the apartments are and the location is perfect for me. There is so much to do in the area. it was quite a good experience staying at vinoy. I am staying here for past 2 years. Vinoy maintenance staff is really helpful. They have fixed issues within 48hrs . Gym is also up-to-date. Its located near uptown within 10 miles.

Second floor has no carpeting in living room space and noise is horrible . . . Office personnel are GREAT and new Manager is doing an exemplary job . . . This years major water main break repair was completed in a very short time and the situation updates by staff were good
