Maintenance are understaffed. less qualified, external professionals were used, but they showed no commitment as they have their own apartments. Too l ate to respond to ain't services . Previous Manager was more friendly and caring. Garbage management became less neat while expensive on the community. Apartments and neighborhood is wonderful , I referred to many friends who joined here.Everything is wonderful . only management issue trying to make more only. Any Retaliation on my sincere and honest review is illegal .Just warning. This is a positive constructive critic not criticism , hoping to correct mistakes

The appearance and maintenance are satisfactory. However, the broken car glass poses a security concern that requires additional attention and playing additional $100 for garage due to this security problem. Furthermore, the children’s play area necessitates upgrading.

Service request can be resolved in short time based on the request raised by the resident. Like frequent usage of things should be resolved quickly. Security measures need to be added as so many car mirror breakages happening

This community is a great starter community for you and your family. I have found it to be easily accessible to entertainment for adults and for children. There are local schools for every level right across from the complex. There is also nearby daycares for younger children. The community itself has many families that love to utilize the playground as well as the street areas that are somewhat safer for their children to play. The office has many activities for families and adults who want to have fun but not go into the uptown area. To be honest once I knew I was 5 minutes from Walmart and Ikea that was it for me! So it has good shopping nearby as well as decent food options. Overall the location is not too city but not too country. I enjoy it! You will too!

This seems to be a great community, especially if you are of Indian descent. They seem very happy here. However, just be prepared for the pest problem and children constantly in the streets, riding bikes, and not aware of car safety.

Make sure your apartment isn’t infested with roaches! Look everywhere! Staff is friendly but too casual about the roaches as if they already knew this was an issue in this complex! I shouldn’t have to invest in my own bug sprays in an apartment that should not have this issue in the first place! Looks nice from outside and quick tour … it’s giving Joe’s apartment vibes

The floorplans are very unique and staff are very personable. I have been here for almost a year, though staff has changed, they all have made me feel they are there to help. I appreciate their honesty and comfort.

Support and maintenance is poor. I had a request raised for rain water come inside. But still it’s open and I’m suffering a lot while pain is can’t explain. We need to keep the containers and mugs to collect and washout.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone else because of the horrible experience my friends had when they were moving to Charlotte and I recommended Vinoy to them. They toured, filled an application, paid a deposit, and then got ghosted by Vinoy staff and did not get an apartment or a refund. They gave away the apartment they had paid for and would not answer questions as to why. Up until that point, I had a good experience living there and would’ve recommended it to other friends I had moving to the area but I decided not to because of how mine were treated.

Overall this is a good community with close proximity to hospitals, schools and shopping. Safety is a major concern as there have been numerous incidents of vehicle vandalism. Management needs to do more in terms of curtailing this nuisance. Having a random Patrol isn't useful.

It's a pretty good neighborhood. Quite a bit of space and silence, staff are chill and maintenance is too. Can't complain on much, manageable and peaceful with a decent amount amenities. There is some room for improvement on the company's behalf for how they operate on the residents favor which is the only downfall but otherwise it's pretty okay.

I just moved in couple of weeks back. Leasing staff was super helpful and friendly. apartment gym are kept incredibly clean. The community is very well kept and the maintenance team is super quick with resolving issues.

My experience since I moved here has been nothing but ----. I do not recommended this apartment complex to anyone. There are a few apartments way nicer that opened up down the road. I reckon applying to Elan at Research park before you even think about renting at Vinoy.

It has been a good experience. Few pointers, i would want to give. Rent should be reduced. Pest control should periodically happen for ants and cockroaches. Except this we would like to recommend this to outle friends and family.

The community is fairly quiet and close to a lot of landmark items within the north Charlotte community. Aside from that, there is a lot of new development within the area and you would get a better bang for your buck elsewhere. Decent community outside of unkept breezeways and stairs.

My experience with the Vinoy At Innovation Park from start to finish has been pretty good so far. The move in process is smooth and I was able to be apart of the community since. The community events here really give me the opportunity to meet our neighbors and I enjoy that.
