I have lived here since last June. I have enjoyed living here. My dog also enjoys the dog park. It seems to be over all good community never had any problems with people for he most part. Only parking issues

Leasing office staff is wonderful, always responsive and informing for things happening all the way to an individual level with billing details. Had a minor delay with a service request but once it was brought up the issue was prioritized and fixed the next hour.

My car was broken into on my second night of being there. Obviously this is a trend based off of the reviews I read. There should be security cameras installed. It makes us feel like you all don't care

location of the community is perfect to get to downtown Durham, 85, 40 and Raleigh. Quiet area not located near a lot of volume makes living here enjoyable. Apartments having detached or attached garages is a huge plus.

It has been very challenging, the amenities very rarely work , the management is very unprofessional. The tub gets black rings around that look like mode .The commodes also get black and red rings that accumulate. The walls are paper thin . The building is been painted to look cheap and very unappealing.

location is not that great other than proximity to highway rent is extremely high for the area gas station is far restaurants far grocery store far. traffic is about to be stupid on the road leading up to the complex.

The staff have been really great to work with, and the maintenance staff always take care of any issues in a timely manner. I would reccomend Colonial Grand to friends and family. Only negative thing I could say is that I've seen other apartments in that price range, and the apartment could use a little updating.

Great area nice landscaping. Just needs more parking it's not enough spot for everyone. Also visitor parking there are only a few spots in front of each building. Makes it hard for anyone to come visit.

Good location. Easy access to most major highways. Apartments are well kept. At night it's well lit outside. Once a work order is put in,maintenance responds within a reasonable time frame. The complex is very quiet.

I have pictures of mold in my apartment and no one in the apartment office or corporate office will do anything I’ve been here for 6 months and this is the second time i think everyone should be aware of it and know that this is not a place to stay and be aware of MOLD

So far the experience has been ok. The community is well kept and clean. The noise level is great. Only concern is parking. The parking is terrible but I'll be ok. Other than that I have no complaints at all.

Experience was unsatisfactory from day 1. I called and sent multiple emails and received no response so I didn’t receive my lease to review until I happened to stop by the day before I was supposed to move on. Appliances aren’t in very good shape. There’s rust/wear in the sink and bathtub. Lots of noise (cars beeping, car alarms going off at all times in the night, dogs that bark constantly). I wouldn’t recommend to anyone not college-aged.

I do not know. Just move in 1 month. Great view from my apartment. Apartment did not clean the road lead to each apartment after snowing days, ice were faded by ?telf, so it is necessary to drive carefully in area.

I like living here just fine, there are only a few major complaints. I do believe it is overpriced though. It is not conveniently located because there are no nearby grocery stores, restaurants, or nightlife. It's probably a better neighborhood for families than it is singles.
