The management will be sure to remind you constantly that you do not own your space. They make a variety of excuses to enter your apartment without your permission. The staff is generally lazy and rude. The neighborhood has a lovely slummy feel complete with loitering neighbors, loud music, dog waste on sidewalks...If you are a champion of environmental causes, you´ll be especially charmed by sprinklers that flood the streets and sidewalks, even during rainstorms. The location is in the middle of nowhere. Forget about quick grocery store runs unless you consider a 10-minute drive quick. If you are planning on a daily morning workout, be prepared to vary your workouts as equipment is often in disrepair. Sparkling pool? Yes, along with dirt, balls of hair, and bugs. If you are into soap operas, you will find them right outside of your apartment window, which will inevitably provide you with a view of spouses arguing and several police cars. Upon your submission of a work order, the maintenance crew will arrive promptly and leave promptly leaving the problem unresolved. ALWAYS, ALWAYS be sure to lock both deadbolts (yes, you get two) because the friendly maintenance crew will enter first, knock never. <br>Don´t even consider living here; buy a house in a more convenient location and avoid surprise visits from apartment staff.
