The staff is always friendly, knowledgable and ready to assist. The community is neat. The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are well thought out. We are ecstatic moving to our new home at Colonial Grand and hope to call here home for years to come.

I have not actually moved in to my apartment yet. So far, all of my dealings with the staff in the leasing office have been very good, so I am excited to move in soon. The location is great and the apartment looked to be in very good condition (fairly new complex).

One of the nicest apartments I have lived in. I lived in a community they managed before I came here & loved it as well. The staff is super nice and they maintain their complex extremely well. I have recommended living here to others & will continue to do so.

The apartments are great the only thing bad about it is the PARKING. If you get off from work around 8 to 9pm. You will not find parking spaces available. So you will have to park far away and you will have to walk to get you your building. They tried to enforce towing to see if that helped since a lot of the cars parked don't have the proper decal to show that they even live there. The warning helped for about 3 days but since no towing was enforced it is back to normal.

All Staff is very friendly and good community. This is the best communities that I know in RTP area. Apartment manager and staff are very good, Maintenance request are done on the same day. My family enjoys this community.

The staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel that Sandra was took a real interest in my move in experience and also did a very thoughtful follow-up after I moved in.The atmosphere is very nice and I feel welcome by the staff and residents.

Awesome community to live in. Office staff are friendly, under great management. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors:). Rent is reasonable considering the area. I love it here, I lived here 5 years ago and when I moved nothing compared better than this place.

My first apt in over 20 years so picking a ground floor with 6 a/c units outside of the bedroom window was not wise. I found my apt to have an odor that was not corrected. The staff was great and polite - truly the best feature of the complex - they could not have been more courteous, pleasant or helpful. The apt was lacking (dirty carpet, infested with roaches for the first 2 weeks, a permanent odor that was offensive, random days of no hot water in the am, lacking in basic 2015 expectations by not having a microwave and the appliances are old, any use of the oven left the apt smelling of a burnt odor for days, and the noise level was ridiculous with kids running stairs and the a/c units - 6 of them, outside of the bedroom window)and therefore would not be an option in the future if a need arose.

It's been great so far, very quiet inside my apartment, no complaints. Minor maintenance issues, as one would expect at any apartment. The minor issues have been resolved , usually withing a day so I am pleased. I enjoy living here and am very glad that I decided on this complex.

My experience thus far has been great. It is a very quite family oriented community. Office staff is always pleasant. Grounds are kept really clean. Pool area is really nice. Maintenance is also prompt with fixing things. Need more visitor parking.

My experience at this community has been great! I love the staff and the community amenities. They are always helpful and make sure that my service requests are answered in a timely manner. Most are answered within the same day. I love that the community is always kept nicely manicured and clean.

Right now I am not as happy as I would like to be. I am upset that my neighbor pays less in rent. He had a garage included and paying $900 and I am paying $1174. Thats --------. There should be assigned parking. I should not have to park on the other side

My whole moving experience was really great overall , the young ladies at the apartment were really helpful Julissa and Kenya where on top of everything helping me to get all the information to them in a timely manner & was very nice while doing it.. the community is really nice very quiet so far so good!

I enjoy where I live; especially the garage. I do feel the rent is moderately high. I am never going to own this unit. This makes me feel discouraged to know that I am throwing money away on a rental. I love the three story townhome and all of the amenities of the complex; but I will look to purchase in the future. When the time comes to leave, I have to admit that I will miss my home here with Colonial Grand RTP.

My experience with the community has been a positive one! The staff is available to answer my questions however, at times staff may tend to ask too personal of questions to some of the residents. Overall everything is kept in an orderly manner.

Pretty Good thus far, i don't know why you need 200 characters. My only complaint is the noise the heater/air conditioner makes when turned on. I wish supermarkets were within walking distance but the proxcimity (some of us need spell check real bad!!!!!!)

okay so far. Kenya has been a great support when providing service. There needs to be a lot more security measures concerning passcodes, parking and cameras to protect residents. As well as updated systems to prevent every resident repeatedly visiting the office to retrieve packages, I'm assuming a lot of staff time is wasted going back and forth for each package that may or may not be there as well as that of the resident. Basically the aforementioned security and shipping process is outdated.

The apartment complex is quiet. The leasing office staff are very professional & respond promptly to requests. When I have had maintenance issues, they're usually handled the same day or next business day at the latest. I highly recommend

Well maintained. Safe. Excellent communication with staff. Maintenance requests are timely and quality work is provided. Pool is beautiful and car wash port is a great anemity. I have no negatives about the area so far. Very happy here. Cable included!

I have lived in this community for over three years. Everyone in the office seems professional and courteous. The grounds and property are well kept. My only concern is parking there should be at least two parking stickers given to tenants or two assigned parks for each unit..............................

The experience at this community has been good so far. The staff is nice and they are accommodating to your needs. They are also available seven days a week which makes them very accessible. They also have an emergency maintenance line which is great.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, which is what we like the most. The staff there is pretty cool, even though they are not always on the same page about what goes on. I think their transfer policy to another apartment is ridiculous. It should be no problem to transfer if you qualify and all the fees should not apply.

I have been completely satisfied with this community, my unit and the staff. Pet owners are responsible and clean-up promptly. It would be nice to gave a wagon or cart residents could share to move trash and recycling to the compactor and sorter.

The staff is just wonderful! I didn't ever want to live in Durham until I gave this complex a chance and came and looked at the apartments. I have two dogs, one very big, and their breed nor size gave us any issues with renting from here. Everyone around is very friendly and helpful. Plus the location is great!
