The Complex is Quiet and Clean. The staff is friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend this community to others. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and large windows. The amenities are great and I wont be considering moving for a while :)

I've really enjoyed for the most part being in the CG RTP Apt Community. The staff in the last couple of years has really helped to improve the living standards within the complex. I really feel that the vents and ducks need to be cleaned in order to minimize the black dust and tar on the furniture and carpet.

I enjoy living in the community. I do wish that the townhomes would be updated with new appliances & kitchen islands be added. I do wish the community would do more activities in the summer, i.e., pool party with music & food provided. As well I wish the mail services would be required to put a notice in the mailbox when they have left a package at the front office.

great complex and staff. would like if upgrades could be made since so long in apt complex such as carpet change or new paint. Overall very pleased but concern with rent increases and no upgrades that I benefit from. Staff is wonderful and attentive

The Office staff at Colonial Grand at Research Park has been wonderful from the 1st contact through to the move-in to the post-move-in follow up contact. My unit was clean and freshly painted. The staff has been very responsive to my requests. I am very happy with my new home.

Great community. The staff are professional and friendly in the office. They answer service requests in a timely manner. The size of the apartments are perfect with very nice layouts. The scenery in the neighborhood is great. I love the place!

Parking after 7 pm is not the best, but I love it otherwise. Pretty quiet neighborhood and I love the Food Trucks that come on Wednesday evenings. The Maintenance Staff and Office Staff are awesome to work with. They make you feel welcome. CG is a great place to LIVE!

Nice Apartments, close to all of RTP. Good staff, responsive to needs. Reasonable rates for long term leases (9 months or more), not so on month to month or leases less than 6 months. Would recommend to anyone needing housing near RTP with a limited budget.

I love the community it is very clean and peaceful. The office staff are always willing to assist in what ever way they can great place to call home. The apartment homes are spacious and nice enough room for the family. I come home everyday to a very peaceful neighborhood with very nice and friendly neighbors who are always willing to help. We have nice facilities on ground don't have to want for anything because they are available. Maintenance is great.

Prompt fast service. The service technician was very friendly and professional. He did the repairs that i requested. Left me a note to let the caulk dry 24hrs. Before I used the shower again. Replace my filter in the air conditioner and cleaned the drain also.

I've lived on this property for some time now and I have no complaints. Overall I feel as though the property always looks good and the office staff makes a point to offer some really great community related services/activities. I LOOOOOOOOOVE the Food Trucks that come out every week or so. I just think it's awesome and different and fun. I've never had any problems with professionalism with the office staff or maintenance staff for that matter. Kenya always greets me when I come into the office and she's always smiling. Hector is the best maintenance tech every!

I have enjoyed living in this community. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and manicured. My only bad experience is that my car has been broken into because I had to park in a remote location in the complex. It would be great if assigned parking was enforced.

Don't ever live around the pool at Colonial. It is the worst idea ever. Make sure you get to view the apartment before you move in. They kept making excuses that they were painting or minor maintenance was being done. Overall they leased us an apartment with a balcony facing directly into another units balcony. We were told that we would have pool view. Total scam and lies!!! I open my blinds to unit and see bags of trash on their balcony. That's not even the cherry on the topping. You would think that you at least get to park in front of your building but no. After 9 parking gets ridiculous. I have to park 3 or 4 buildings away sometimes just to park my car. They say that a tow company tows cars that don't have parking pass but that's a lie. I called them once and they told me they are not allowed to tow any cars unless illegally parked in fire zone or handicap parking. At the end of this I concluded they are just trying to sell you a garage. I should have started with this initially but what ever. They say cable is included in your rent but noo it is actually additional payment to your rent. You have to add rent+cable+every month bug spray+ sewer/trash+water bill every month which is high=150-200 more than what you inticipadted to pay. I can make a list of things I don't like like grocery store are to far, noise at the pool after 12 midnight, etc. I think as long as I close all the blinds, never move my car, and have a fridge full of food this place will be great but who lives like that. All I'm saying if you going to spend all this money to stay here make it worth it and don't trick people be honest.

Very satisfied office staff very professional. Appliances need to be updated. Centrally located between RDU Airport and Southpoint Mall. I think outsiders are using the pool. Maybe this pool should be monitored a little more Extermination fees useless

I am overall very pleased with my move in and my new apartment. My only complaint is that it seemed like my apartment was not ready for me on my move in date. There were multiple maintenance issues that had to be addresses and my washer and dryer were not in my apartment until a few days after my move in date.

This is a beautiful complex with accompanied amenities. My move in experience was not very pleasant but after being in contact with the office staff I can only hope that they remedy the issues that arose. I love the location which will be great for my commute. I love the layout of the unit and the 9 ft ceilings. It's too soon to go into detail about everything that CGRP has to offer but I will be sure to update my review as time passes. Be sure to inspect your apartment before signing your lease. You wouldn't buy a car without taking a look at it first. Just fyi...

So far we really like the location and the amenities. The staff has been really great. The apartment was clean when we moved in and had an updated kitchen. I like that the staff was able to accommodate our quick move. The pool is really nice and there are grills.

the service call was completed in a quick and timely fashion! We have never ever experienced any problems whatsoever. Every one we see stops to say hello or sometimes we have a little time to chat and we learn more about them. My wife met a woman who is a school teacher and they hit it off right away.
