Apartment is at convenient location adjacent to 147 and has rooms that are a good size with washer and dryer inside the apartment and one car garage directly underneath the apartment connected to the lower level. There is lovely landscaping a pool and exercise room and many trees. It is a short drive to Brier Creek restaurants and downtown Durham and Cary and Raleigh.

Excellent staff and location; they are always friendly, professional, and courteous. The new renovations down to the gym is awesome, new equipment, 24 hour access, and a great pool. The community is close to major shopping centers & food.

Overall experience is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. But there is gum on my dryer machine (both inside and on the door), which is awful. The vinyl floor has a few tears also, and look not good in the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is cheap compared to other similar apartments, which is good.

The apartment maintenance crew, did a wonderful job at our apartment, they responsed fast to our needs and what we wanted done in the apartment, I couldn't be more pleased with customer service and character, that the maintenance crew showed us on that day!

My experience has bee great so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is extremely quick. I've only needed to put in 1 maintenance request since I've been here and they fixed the issue within 24 hours. Its also very quiet. Overall, I'd say this is a pretty great place to live. No complaints so far.

It had been a great experience starting from the tour of the facilities. The staff is so friendly and they don't pressure you into staying here. They make sure that you understand everything and they are more than able to answer any questions you may have. Very spacious unit, great apartment. I would recommend friends to live here for sure!

Since I moved in the community has been clean, safe and friendly. No problems what so ever very quiet and relaxing. The pool and gym are awesome and so is the luxury of having your own garage. If you have pets this is a pet friendly community with a dog run; just be sure to pick up after your pets to keep the community clean. I would recommend this cimmunity to anyone.

I recently moved in to CG at Research Park and the experience was handled smoothly and I have yet to have any major issues with anything- just small maintenance type things that will happen anywhere. The proximity to the dog park is part of what influenced me to adopt a dog recently, and while that in and of itself has been an experience (take that for what you will) the property is well suited to handle any dog owner. Only comment, and this may be because of where I have lived in the past, is that grocery stores are not very close and require either a trip on the highway or a decent drive through 'back roads' to get to.

Staff is nice. Extra "non-rent" charges are a little frustrating (be prepared to spend up to $100 more per month than your listed rent). Property is a little old, but well maintained, and maintenance is responsive. Nothing nearby except RTP, so be prepared to drive for essentials.

Travel Nurse review! I just moved out of my two bedroom apartment. It was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I have had no issues with management, they were all wonderful and always so helpful. It's very quiet during the day (good for my night shift) and quiet at night when I was off as well. Very clean around the property and the pool was gorgeous. My car did get broken into two weeks before I left :(

Make sure they will have your apartment ready on the move-in date. I reserved one and signed the lease in June, then 2 months later, 7days before my move-in date, I was told at first it would not be ready. Then a day later, they said it would be ready. 24 hours later, it wouldn't be ready again. An alternative room was offered but had someone check for me, it had a strange smoke smell. So It left me 3 days to find another property, I was moving from MA. WHO DOES THAT!!!!!! Had a major meltdown. Even though staff at the office seemed nice, it still didn't make any sense to me. Anyway, be cautious about the availability of your chosen apartment!

So far the move has been good. The community is fairly quiet. The apartment is in great condition and fairly spacious for a one-bedroom. Love having a sunroom. The kitchen could use more counter and cabinet space, but it's manageable for now.

I love the community thus far, everything is neat and done in order. Great customer service! The maintenance service came in and timely and orderly fashion, there was no mess left behind and my apartment was back cool again so I didn't have to wait in the heat.

Our move in process was unpleasant and unsatisfactory as our apartment was not ready on our scheduled date. It put us behind and wasted our time. Overall experience since we've moved in has been good. Staff is friendly, amenities are great, location is ideal, and apartment is great.

Overall not bad but would like to see more improvements inside instead of outside Price continues to rise every year and can't get NORMAL improvements,i.e. blinds, paint, flooring without price going higher. Staff is usually friendly.. have been a few that were not...pool area had been an ongoing issue as well with nonresidents abusing Maintenance team has been very good for the most part as well

This community used to have great management, but a few employees have left and things have changed. Cars on lot are constantly at risk of break ins and car parts to be stolen. The complex just spent money on repainting the outside of the buildings instead of providing more help with security. They send constant emails that it's "not their responsibility" and have promised more sheriffs to drive through (who have not).

I called the office about it being hot in my apartment. After I called someone got her in a timely manner. The guy informed us that we should keep the temperature closer to the 70-75 degree range & not leave it on 60. Since then it gets hot in my apartment but I don't think it's because of something he did. He did a good job.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful since day 1. I live in a one bedroom, its spacious and comfortable, newly renovated. I very much recommend. Everything you need is about 10-15 minutes away which is convenient. The outside is beautiful.

I like this apartment complex. I have been here 2 years and the experience was good. The noise level at the pool and resident parking would be my 2 biggest complaints. These 2 issues are currently being addressed and will hopefully rectify the issue.

Very beautiful community. The staff is excellent and very courteous. The noise level outside of the apartment is very concerning. Most of the neighbors are very courteous and respectful but there are a few who are really disruptive at night.

When I finally realized I could no longer live in my house due to medical issues, I spent six months driving around to so many apartments looking for one that I felt would be suitable for me. This is perfect for me as I am close to places I need to go.
