The rental staff was very detailed , patient and friendly. I was shown all the amenities within the community with a tour. Everything was explained very patiently with all questions answered. I was even told they strive for five motto which was the aim. I think they did a pretty darn job at it.

All has been great except for the noisy neighbors upstairs. It is great access to the interstate and the price for the unit I live in is great. The staff here has been exceptionally well. Parking is only an issue at night.

It's expensive and I don't think it's worth it the apartments constantly have problems even problems when you move in and they break in cars over here I hear what sounds like guns shots quite a lot it's also not safe to be outside after a certain time

I really like the community however the lighting at night need to be better .i think that will help with the safety .when I am outside building 1100 it is so dark outside .Also there is not enough visitor parking the same cars stay in the same spot

The community lacks communication with the residents and we have only been here 2 weeks. The overall look of the apartment & community is great. I just wish the leasing office reflected the same image as the community does.

Multiple car break-ins three months ago. More again last week. There have been shootings and armed robberies while I've been here too. Crime keeps happening but nothing changes. It's so poorly lit, no wonder there are so many break-ins. Apartments are nice, location is great, and staff is very friendly/efficient but I don't feel safe outside after dark. I've had to jump out of the way of cars so I didn't get hit (especially at the intersection with the other complex). Lots of liquor bottles and fast food littering the grounds that stays there for days. The dryer they provide keeps burning holes into my clothing and, while I believe in saving water, the washer doesn't even fill enough to cover my wash.

My experience in the Research Park community has been great....everyone is super friendly and apartments are nice. The staff is super helpful and concerned with the satisfaction of all their tenants. Proud to be here

I don't think enough consideration is given to family with kids. Issues with neighbors complain to the leasing office should be handled by listening to and from both sides and not judging from one side alone.

Nice community, I was surprised with the level of upkeep for the landscape. The staff is nice and the property is well kept. I wished we received two openers for the garage since we have two adults on the lease. The stairwells could be cleaned of the dirt and spider webs.

This is a good community. Easily some of the best value in the Durham/RTP area. You can leave west of Durham and pay 300 more per month for the exact same apartment. These are almost identical and also 10 minutes to downtown. The only downside is there is nothing really near the location in any direction until you drive for 5 to 10 minutes. The office staff are great and the company has always been responsive.

This community is safe and conducive to working professionals. The staff is friendly, inviting, and solutions-oriented. I'd recommend anyone live here. I am able to come and go whenever and never have to worry.

Bad experience so far. Constant stealing, shooting, and robbery. The community area is dirty and the staffs except Donald are very rude and unfriendly. I would never recommend this communitype to anyone.

I indeed appreciate the professional and courteous staff, especially the maintenance staff. They are quick and responsive to all maintenance needs. Although I've only interacted with one gentleman, I trust that he represents the entire team.

Very nice for the first few years. I moved here in 2011. Recently moved to a new apartment for the upgrades in Feb 2017 not a good experience on the transfer nor the condition of the apartment I moved into.This has been by far the worst year living here.The new apartment has more appliance issues than the last.I've been in the new unit for 6mths A/C went out for over a week, refrigerator faulty. Spoiling food twice. Bulbs blown, toliet running, Dishwasher faulty, bathroom sink leaks things started to go down hill. maintenance team very unprofessional.

I have only been here a short time, but what I have seen is the grounds ate well maintained and clean. The pool is great my son loves it. I have access to the gym any time I can't sleep. The staff is always helpful.

So far so good. My only major complaint is that the stairways going up to your apartment are FULL of insects and spiderwebs. Its so bad that you cannot use the handrails at all. I would appreciate if these areas were cleaned more regularly.

Nothing Special...Its ok...Don't feel staff is always as helpful as they can be, but they attempt at times. Still not happy that my car was hit and over 3000 damage was done but a generic email wasn't able to be sent out as a housekeeping if you happen to hit a car or you guest please notify the office but emails can be sent out about catching people not picking up dog poop etc..That doesn't cost people anything but this incident will cost me 1000 deductible.

I have only been at this apartment two weeks and have already heard about two crime reports reported (breaking into cars & armed robbery). I thought this was a descent community. Rent is too much to be having those type of issues.

Apartment is great, lots of open space and natural lighting. I love the bay windows. There have been some incidents involving the police: trespassing and car break ins, but the response by staff is always quick

I hate it. My neighbor is loud and I have complained at least 10x but nothing was done. I resorted to calling the police and was advised by management that they could prove me wrong as the neighbors denied it was them. Other neighbors smoke weed and their pit bull defacated on my front door. They also leave trash in the stairwell. There have been fights, break ins and disturbances at the pool but mgt. just sends out general emails/notices. My counters were never replaced as promised and now the trash compactor seems to have broken so the trash is in the first driveway. For all these reasons I am moving.

Above average community. The maintenance team responds fast to requests and always does a good job! I'd say the lease has a lot of restrictions and it's difficult to switch apartment within the community. Leasing office closes after 6pm, which makes it difficult to utilize the club house.

I like the community honestly. The people are nice and the staff is even better. The property stays very neat and clean. Maintenance team usually answers requests quickly and always do a great job. The leasing manager is a very great person and willing to do whatever she needs to do to help you. I love this community and would refer it to anyone.
