Office staff friendly and helpful, maintenance staff answers maintenance request quickly, close to 147 and I-40. Not too far from eating places like Bojangles, Wendys, KFC/Taco Bell. Not too far from Hwy 70

The experience has been ok.Alot of residents could take more pride in taking care of the look of the property.There are some fees that could be done without and more parking spaces for all.There needs to be more than one carting container for garbage and recycling.

Community is decent, apartment was kind of dirty. Dishwasher as crappy and didnt really work. Dryer was not clean and full of lint from previous owner. Hair and dirt in drawers and along mouldings. Outside stairs up had spider webs all over.

I had got a job in RTP and I wanted a good community to live in. I am original from Florida and I was unsure of what places would be safe to live in. When I looked online at Colonial Grand at Research Park all seemed to be ok. When I came to visit the apartment in June, I meet Dorie who by the way is an AMAZING leasing consultant who gave me a tour of the apartment unit and the entire complex. All my needs were met and I was ready to move into this apartment. She even rushed the renovators to allow my move in date to be what I had planned all along.

I have only been in the community for 1 week but it has been good so far. I have not had the opportunity to try the amenities such as the exercise facility. I hope to try things out soon and will provide feedback if asked.

Good friendly staff and clean community. I feel safe and comfortable. Well light and very close to my school. I can access the mall and stores and highway very quickly. The weight room is nice as well.

I've only been here for a month but so far I love this place. You get a bang for your buck and the community is great. Their is a plenty of dog friendly areas within the complex. I think everyone would love this place.

Place is clean and kept up to date. The staff is not that friendly. Maintenance sucks. I had put in a request to get my dishwasher fixed and it took them over a month to do it. #unhappy. But overall the community is great.

Everything been good so far. Just problems with parking, people parking in handicap spots be taken by ones that don't have a handicap decal. Also ant problems in the pool area and we need another dumpster area.

Overall it has not been a hassle living here. I have a young neighbor who plays loud music but after talking to them directly it is no longer happening at night. I asked the office to address it but there was no evidence they did. I also don't watch TV and the inability to opt out of the community cable bill is a bummer. But the apartment is big and everything works. Also my washing machine was pretty grimey when I moved in and the toilet has a superficial crack. But again everything works. It has been a fine place for me to land when I moved to the state sight unseen.

I just moved in the other day so I really don't have much to say. The apartment community so far is nice. It's pretty quiet and has nice amenities. It's also pretty close to different restaurants and shops.

I have just moved in and so far so good. My apartment has brand new appliances, counters, and cabinets. The staff is very pleasant and always available. I can say that they made my relocation from another state very easy! The community is very quiet, I'm on the third floor and I rarely hear a lot of noise. Parking is first come first serve and I haven't had a problem with having to park far. I would recommend to others.

.Good experience. very good apartments. Very clean condo. Perfect. the pool and very good. BBQ area throughout condo. very good I recommend it to everyone. the only thing I do not host here. are the parking lots. because they have no vacancy. now if boce you want you can pay for a vacancy. I did not like the idea the fair would be at least one place per apartment. and in case you want one more. Then I would agree to pay ..

The move in experience was very smooth. No problems on the day of move in. Since we have moved in we have had a hard time getting in contact with anyone from the main office. We have had a couple of small issues, (nothing major) so Ive sent a couple emails to the staff and havent heard anything back even though it has been a couple days.

It has been wonderful so far, the scenery is gorgeous! The pool noise is my biggest concern, some guests stay out there past the time and are sometimes extremely loud. One day I woke up at 3a to people laughing in the pool. Also the maintenance person was rude. My mother was at my apartment to spend the day with me after I got off work and of course I didn't not know the maintenance person was coming that day so I didn't warn my mother. My mom didn't know who it was so she didn't answer. I pulled up as soon as he got in his cart and was about to leave because my mom called me as soon as he came to tell me someone came by. And I asked him if he came by my door, and I tried to explain to him that my mom was there and didn't answer the door because I forgot to tell her about my maintenance request. He was so upset telling me it's too hot outside to be waiting and this and that, and was just giving me attitude, he then said do you want me to fix it or not I said yes and he came to fix it. The service was really quick but he was extremely rude. I wish I would've gotten his name to report him

I like living here, but it is very frustrating that there are cars left in visitor spots indefinitely. It's not even that people are coming and going, visitor spots are obviously used to just store run down and non-functioning cars. There are cars there that have never even been started or moved since I moved in 6 months ago. I'd love to have people over more, but guests usually have to park on the other side of the complex.

On move in day even though I had called and already paid everything I still had to wait because it was showing I still had a balance. When that was resolved I got the mailbox key which didn't work. And the apt was not in the condition that it should have been. Ex: the kitchen floors, maters bathroom

Nice community, love the fact that it's very diversed. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family members. Property manager is very kind and doesn't play if someone is mistreating the property (dog waste).

This has been an overall terrible experience. The office staff was incompetent and did take time to listen to issues or to help solve them. Took maintenance 4 tries to fix is in the apartment save your time go elsewhere.

Overall the community is nice. Management sucks! Issues are never addressed in a timely matter. Cars frequently get broken into. Pool is nice but a serious issue with outsiders coming and having parties when Management is gone with drugs, alcohol and loud music. If your apartment is on the first level, switch ASAP. It will sound like a herd of elephants over top of you everyday, very hard to sleep with all the noise. They have an onsite officer for issues that never returns call. For the money you pay this community is not worth the headache!!

Great community overall, including maintenance they are the best! Everyone here is nice and respectful including staff. Nice and spacious apartments. I haven't had a bad experience yet for the year I've been living here. I just signed a lease to stay another year
