Wonderful so far! I love my house! I love the high ceilings and the bathrooms. The kitchen is smaller than what I'm use to but I love it as well. The stafffWas very friendly helpful knowledgeable and quick about the whole moving process. I love that cable Is included with the package.

We have been here a week so far, and it's been great! Nice and quiet! The staff in the office are great! The people are very friendly here and it is a great place to walk. Sidewalks all around, so it is very safe.

This is a nice community, very close to a lot of restaurants and gas stations. The lighting could be better and the noise from vehicles are very loud at times. If this was a gated area I think that would help a lot

I have lived here for 3 years and love the location of my apartment. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Durham, convenient to highway access, yet the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Property is maintained well both inside and out. Amenities of the complex include a pool, workout room, and laundry facilities.

It came in handy when relocating and the base price is decent for 3 bedrooms. The neighborhood does not feel as safe as it did earlier in the year and the break-ins seem to be increasing. Police live in the neighborhood but that doesn't matter.

It has been 3 months since I moved to this apartment. The are is clean and very quite ,staffs are friendly and helpful, the maintains team is the best .The only problem I have experienced was security issue! 2 times my package was stolen from my gate.

Office staff members are very friendly for the most part. Service requests are fixed very quickly (never been over 3 days response time) even though some issues require multiple service requests before it's fixed properly. Very nice apartments but walls are kind of thin. Neighbors are mostly friendly and not noisy at all. All in all, the value exceeds price in my opinion!

The apartment is beautiful. The grounds are well kept. I really appreciate the whistleblower program. Maintenance is QUICK! I love the care and attention to detail that the office staff took in getting my moved into my very first apartment. I am positive my dog and I will be happy here.

The team at the office has been amazing. They have worked just as hard to make sure everything was ready. But there has been issues with setting up the internet and getting the appliances installed. I appreciate the leasing office team working so hard and being so friendly. The community is beautiful and quite!

When I first moved into the community back in 2016 during undergrad it was the perfect location from work to school. Literally in the middle of everything which I loved the most. After management changed, I believe it was last year or the year before that things went down hill. I felt like after the switch the new mangment team treated you with no piece of respect. Especially Janet ?? ! She talks to you as if your her child and you owe her something. I personally know serval people who moved out of the complex because of her. And one person who did not move out there because of her attitude. I've called corporate and nothing has been done about it. I recently relocated to Cary NC because of the price. I was paying CG just as much as I am paying now for a newer & nicely modeled apartment. Pay close attention to your final bill they will try and over charge you. Note there is hardly any parking for residents. They make you pay an extra $25 a month to get a front row park let it's enough to go around. Oh and please don't let your tags on your car be expired. They will put a sticker on your car and have it towed. Like they work for the DMV or Durham Police Department. But if someone takes your package from your door they don't know nothing! Smh The community as a whole needs a upgrade. I wouldn't recommend no one stay out here unless you want a headache dealing with them.

The community has been above expectations offering many opportunities to engage with other residents and addressing issues quickly. The staff is responsive and attentive to any questions and service requests. Both the Apartments and townhomes are roomy and offer good value for the associated cost with internet /cable options included. I have enjoyed my stay here

Had a couple problems not going to lie. Had some problems with a leak when i first moved in and occasionally saw some bugs in my apartment. I have had some good experiences with staff sometimes. But the leak when i first moved in is what really got me. It took the leak to come from the ceiling for someone to actually take me seriously. I was told it was just "condensation"

Office staff is friendly and the move in process was seamless. However, my apartment was dirty upon move in and 10days later many items still are not fixed. This is a breed friendly community with East access to highways and RTP.

The office staff were patient and kind. They never made me or my 75 year old mother feel like we were a bother when asking questions. Maintenance was johnny on the spot when it came to fixing a small issue that we noticed 7 days after move-in.

I enjoy this community. I have been out here going on 5 years and been in the same apartment. My rent has increased dramatically. I would think they would try to help previous tenants. Maybe it will get better

Since the pandemic the management team has been less than helpful. My hours were reduced at work and I still tried manage all my bills as well as making sure the kids were okay with grocery and everything else. Although the I confirmed that I could pay rent by the 15th they still proceeded to file for eviction with only one month remaining in my lease. They are not helpful or understanding at all. Remind you rent has always been paid during my stay here.

It has been a somewhat rocky experience with not being able to get this fixed or fixed right. The price keeps increasing but it doesn't seem to be reflected in the appearance or amenities. The office staff isn't always pleasant.
