It has been a good experience living here. No major problems, no major issues. A couple of times when I order packages came up missing but fortunately I was able to be refunded or package was reshaped.

General living conditions are adequate. Management is doing everything possible to stop tenants form leaving pet waste on and near walking areas. A good suggestion would be to install cameras at the waste disposal site to help alleviate improper and excess dumping that causes problems for regular pickups.

The actual community is great. However Bldg700 in the very back is not very well kept up. Also the trash is constantly piled up and on the grounds around the trash dumpster.. The staff is very nice and friendly...

Great location right near the free way and super close briar creek. Standard amenities for the area and the staff was really engaging and knowledgeable. One of the more bigger dog parks that I've seen.

I only been here one day. The office staff I have met so far appears to be nice. The sun room is a huge deal to me and I love it. The gym area needs to be cleaned. There is nothing else I can say about the community.

Nice staff and very knowledgeable about the community . Would like to see a finished 3 bedroom apartment with upgrades . Outside maintenance needs some attention. The pool was clean . The inside and outside windows could use some attention. Overall very welcoming and friendly staff that makes you feel good as soon as you walk through the door !

My experience here has been awesome. We knew that this community was nice and in the perfect location for us to be accessible to either direction. All the staff has been wonderful since day one. We love it here

It's a nice and quiet apartment. I like my neighbors and staff. It's near my job and everywhere I have to go. This is my first apartment in North Carolina. I like the fact it has a gym and laundry room in the building

They are very helpful. Knowledgeable about the leasing process. Always on time. Fixes all the issues one the first time out to my apartment. They are very efficient and reliable. They always clean up everything they worked on.

MAA Research Park is a great place to live, pet friendly. location not that far from both downtown Durham and Raleigh. the community itself is beautiful well kept. friendly neighbors. overall for me it is the perfect place great living and affordable!

The commute is closer to my job with the new 885 hwy and it's right in the middle of RTP area where you have many locations near by to shop and many more new ones to visit. You're a few minutes away from Raleigh, Morrisville, Cary, and Chapel Hill

It was very nice, amenities were nice. I like the keyless entry. I liked how spacious the apartment is. It felt safe, and as someone new to town, it felt like I could definitely make myself home there.

My experience with assistance property manager Ashley and leasing consultant Jess has been amazing. Both assisted me in getting the apartment I wanted and getting me situated during move-in. It was a really nice location and the staff really did take care of the issues here. Now it's not a high priority it seems like and I've had a broken dish washer for about 2 months with no update on when it's going to be fixed. It's no longer a safe neighborhood either. There are a lot of break ins and I've had many drunk neighbors move in and out who party all week and weekends. Many people throw food/trash on the ground and it's become unsafe for walking dogs.

The community is very quiet, and safe. Plenty of space for walking dogs. Very dog friendly of any breed. Nice park for the children. Plenty of parking space for residents. Area is safe for walking. Residents are friendly.

Tatiana, Chris, Ashley and Jessica are professional and I appreciate the little time I've had here so far. Even though I don't like the parking because I see people taking advantage of the spaces when we the tenants need them. Other than that, the place is nice, clean and well maintained.

The community is nice. For the most part the people are nice. However, you do have people that live above people and have no consideration for their neighbors what so ever and neither does the front office. Also, they don't respond to other request they just let it go hoping you will stop asking. Then you can't sit on your balcony because of the rodents that is in the weed bushes.

Property manager is unprofessional and unrustworthy.Management over promises and under provides. Poor Pet policy inforcement. Pet feces everywhere due to disrespectful pet owners.Garbage compactor persistently fails with hundreds of bags of garbage left outside compactor. Maintenance of units is the band aid approach, reactive never proactive.Unsafe pool policy. Nonresidents invade the pool area with threatening behavior.Management is self serving and not the neighborly approach that they clain to be the norm

I enjoy the serenity. The property is well maintained, and the people are friendly. The property is very dog friendly and pet owners maintain their dogs properly. I feel safe and appreciate the number of law enforcement tenants on site.

The first year I moved in was nice. I had no pest issues, I would see bugs every now and then. Until 2022 I started experiencing a roach problem that I have reported. Pest control has came, but they are not helpful and continue to tell me I do not have an infestation and they need proof. I have pictures and put in monthly work orders to fix the problem. They are living in the water heater, in my bathroom, under the tub, and in the dryers and washing machine. Yet no one is listening when I am telling them the sources. Also parking is horrible. You pay $1,000+ a month just to not be able to park in front of your own complex. It's exhausting and I am ready for my lease to be over.
