So far the experience is ok, community outer appearance is average compared to other luxury apartment complexes but still nice. The units are older but holding up well. Maintenance comes out in a timely fashion and I've only had to call once for something minimal. Very courteous staff & office management is definitely top tier.

Very nice but limited parking for residents to park where they live we have to sometimes park by the office and walk maybe giving residents parking space number's would be worth a try I love the overall experience living here though

The office staff isn't always nice and sometimes very rude. The maintenance crew likes to cut corners and halfway fix stuff. I have experienced roaches often in my apartment due to "the building being old" according to maintenance but in reality I believe I just have dirty neighbors. The parking is very scarce with very little parking options and I'm often looking for a parking spot after the hours of 3pm.

From the moment I arrived onto the property, I was very pleased, but once meeting Christopher, I knew this was exactly where I wanted to call home! I really like the upgraded features that will allow me and my family to feel safe.

It was nice at first now im not to sure.. it seems like they just rent to anyone now and the new people that move in do not care about others. Also things break down in the apartment and they take forever to replace or fix

A nice quiet community and it is convenient to a lot of businesses, restaurants and shopping venues. The amenities are great also. The staff is very nice, professional and good at maintaining the upkeep of the property.

Avoid at all costs
The grounds are well kept but that’s about it. We rented one of the townhouse. Upon entering on our move in date, we were welcomed by army of roaches. The appliances were greasy, everything was filthy and it took us months to disinfect everything. Spent hundreds of dollars on pest control because their pest control service was dodgy. There are black mold inside the garage which was noted during move in but never got resolved. Trash is constantly breaking, random people walking around the complex. Lots of sketchy people rent here as well. Walls are super thin, can hear every single conversation neighbor is having. There is no dedicated mail room and post office refuses to deliver to door step. Recently upgraded to smarthome which is laggy and now the AC is randomly stopping to cooperate. Staff is nice but too busy arranging food trucks, lemonade stands while the apartments inside is falling apart. Don’t fall into the trap, pay $100 more and move somewhere else better.

So far it's great except for the parking, it can be quiet difficult to find one at times. When we have a visitor, they rarely have any parking spaces available. This is most likely due to residents having multiple unregistered vehicles. It is frustrating.

Problems, Problems, and more Problems, Really wish i never moved here. tape holding up the ceiling , bathroom leaks, leaks, leaks, water damage smells like mold and water bugs and roaches are overwhelming

Beautiful complex, lots of families, and pet friendly. office staff has changed over maybe 3 times in the last 9 months, hopefully that will stabilize soon. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. apartments are updated with smart home locks and thermostats.

This is a beautiful community. The people are friendly and the area is safe quiet and most importantly, clean. Another thing I really like about this place is it is super close to the freeway. It takes no time to get wherever you gotta go in the city.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Greeted me as I came in and focused on a warming introduction into the community. Handled all concerns with my move in. I hope it is a consistent relationship where they maintain a high level of professionalism and effort through our my landlord/ tenant relationship here.

Overall great move in experience. The community is beautiful and quiet, and the location is awesome right off the parkway for those who travel to work. The office team is amazing and helpful with all your needs. The prices are affordable and community is safe. Spacious townhouse

Awesome office staff, beautiful grounds and landscaping, quiet and pet friendly. The maintenance team is very responsive with service requests. The office staff had the best customer service I've ever experienced within an apartment community.

I greatly enjoy living at colonial grand research park since 2007. I have a convenient work commute because it is near a major highway. The maintenance staff has been very responsive with maintenance issues.

So far I have been very satisfied with the apartment complex and my unit. The amenities offered from the complex are great for the price we are paying. I look forward to the next year of living here and I am glad I chose to live here.

Great area, neighbors mostly mind their own business. Apartments are nice but they have roaches, which I ------- hate. Also, the staff tend to just brush me off when I need them. While reason why I'm probably gonna move.

Friendly people, really nice environment, units Are cozy and modern at the same time, office staff very helpful and sweet. Really nice pool, just wishing the gym had more machines. The outside view is really beautiful and connected to nature very peaceful.

The rent increase is ridiculous. My rent has increased over $300 and I pay more than mortgage for a 2 bedroom. I have put in multiple maintenance requests for the same thing and hasn't been fixed yet and it's been a year.

Upon signing my lease I was told I could receive a parking space (for $35 mo.) then 3 weeks after continually following up with the office. I was told that they don't just make parking spaces even if I wanted to pay extra because it wasn't fair to other tenants if they weren't able to afford it. My first week (December 2021) there I had large cockroaches in my home it took maintenance a week to address. Now February 2022 I have mice in my home. And maintenance suggested that I purchase plug in gadgets to prevent mice and other rodents at my own expense. Pest control has not been to my home. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

Not a happy tenant . Work orders have not been taken care of at my apartment . Poor communication . You never know when you go out to take trash if you will be able to dump your trash . Dumpster is always overflowing

This apartment community is very well kept and has been since I moved here in 2018. Maintenance tickets are responded to either same day or the next. The office staff has always been welcoming and professional.
