It's a great community to live in! The leasing staff are attentive and efficient. The amenities are one of the best parts of living in Colonial Grand at Reasearch Park ! It's been the Best decision ever !

I recently moved in to Colonial Grand at Research Park. It is a great community with well lit areas which is great because as soon as the sun goes down, you can clearly see. The unit was very clean during move- in and it is a spacious place in general.

It's a nice place to live. The second floor is colder in the winter and during the summer it's to hot it's not an in between. But the staff is friendly and the kids love it just not in budget and not being able to downsize is the problem.

It's been great staying here the staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time I needed a repair or a concern the staff was on top of it within the first 24 hours and completed within the first 24 hours. When walking around all the staff knows me by name and acknowledging me every time. The staff has made my stay outstanding and I want to extend my stay here

It has been great. Quite, well maintained, really nice landscaping, nice floor plans, great patios (or sun rooms), and pet friendly. Only issue I've ever had has been the limited parking after 7:30 at night.

The manufactured lack of parking spaces this complex created while being in cahoots with towing companies is absolutely disgusting. My rent has increased over $100 since I moved here and now I have to pay for my own parking space? On top of the lack of service in my apartment? I will be leaving at the end of this lease.

We had a horror story from a previous apartment complex, and we came to Colonial Grand. In 2 hours, we checked out the apartment, filled out paperwork, and got the keys. It was the easiest move in ever!

Negative and disappointing. Maintenance requests remain unresolved for months. Office manager is rude and unconcerned about issues and consistently avoids resolving them. Icy roads are never treated although plenty of products are available.

Haven't had many problems at all. Had someone go through my car one night but other than that no problems with crime. The price was great for the square footage when we first came here but will probably be moving elsewhere when our lease ends.

Staff is great and their online services make paying easier and faster. The neighborhood is quiet and lots of people have dogs which are very friendly. The area is becoming larger, with newly built shopping centers and more stores are being built.

Pretty good, no complaints. Only thing I am continuously concerned with is the noise level after hours from neighbors. Everything else is fine. Property and all. Staff seems to take care and handle matters of residents timely

My experience with this complex is mixed. This is a noisy area that has gotten a little less over the past 6 months, but was unbearable during my first year here. My apartment is ok, but heating system is terrible only works on axillary. No break-in which is good, but my vehicle has been towed twice for once not having a tag in window and the other for the tag falling off of dash. On the other hand the grounds are kept up nicely and the pool is always available.

Overall a nice community with nice amenities. Great location if you work in Durham, Cary or Raleigh. Office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. Community is relatively quiet and peaceful.

I moved from Florida to here. From day one back in August, working with this team has really been a real pleasure and still is. I'm glad they chose me to live here. Very happy about allowing large dogs in the community. Most want small breeds.

I've live here for 4 years in apartments and townhouse. The amount of apartments that come with garages is a plus. Office status is great and maintenance gets the job done on the same day of request, most of the time.

I would say this place is okay overall but there's a lot of small things that are annoying. The counter space for the kitchen and bathrooms is less than ideal. As a male, I had to buy bathroom furniture to fit everything I needed to be easily accessible. I can sometimes hear my neighbors. Above me and to my side. Luckily I don't sleep at the same time as them so it isn't a huge issue. Some of the speed bump here were constructed without the cars in mind. Your car will go across it diagonally every time and so expect getting out of the complex to be bumpy. The one thing I appreciated was the maintenance staff. They were very helpful for the most part. ** Editing this for now since Sandy did get in touch with me about an issue that I had.

The office staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. Move-in was done with ease. Issues with unit were addressed in a timely manner. Neighbors are quiet. Parking is ample. This is a new experience for my family, and so far, it's been good.

Staff is very courteous & professional. I downsized from a house to a townhouse and love the fact that I still have an attached garage. Maintenace responds to request very quickly and are available 24/7 for emergencies. Overall, I'm pleased.

Everyone in the office is great. The maintenance staff is extremely prompt and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The rent is a little high, but the amenities make up for it I think. Love the pool and lounge area as well as the access to the gym.

Everything is pretty good i like the area its close to work and shopping, in a nice area not much traffic or construction.The clubhouse leasing office is beautiful and the pool is great. I like the workout room there is just enough machinesbin there for a good workout

Was excellent! Everyone was very helpful and friendly and provided all the information needed to make this transition from out of state as smooth as possible. I would have to say the best experience is when you have a great staff to make the experience so much more better and easier for your tenants
