I have lived here since earlier this year and I love my apt. The staff are very helpful and the community is beautiful. The maintenance team are so professional and they complete the request with 24 hour period which is very good. So far it's been a good experience here.

Colonial Grand is a great place to live. The leasing office works very well with each resident and helps them through any situation. I love my new studio apartment and feel very much at home there. I do plan to continue living at this location.

This is a well kept community, very peaceful, staff friendly, and the office manager (Sandy) very easy to talk too just down to earth. The upgrades are awesome and we are working towards upgrading into one of those townhomes. We really like it here.

Everything is good except for the limited amount of parking spaces for residents.Other than that the entry way to my apartment needs to be painted and free of all cobwebs in the stair well. The second bedroom in my apartment needs a ceiling fan.

So far so good, everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is when approved online deposit said one thing, manager said fine print but I read the fine print it said nothing about deposit changing. Overall I'm very happy! SH

My move in was not good. It was actually the worst I ever experienced unfortunately. The apartment was dirty, the rug was dirty and the appliances were not hooked up and dirty. There were spiders and centipedes everywhere. It smelled terrible like dog piss. Not good at all.

The property manager, Sandra Boykins is fabulous. She is professional and caring for the residents. She and her team make a point to make you feel a part of a community and not a number on a lease. Neighbors are thoughtful and respectful of one another's personal space, privacy and belonginns; yet friendly and approachable, for the most part.

The residents that have dogs are not taken responsibility for their animals. They don't clean up after them and It's a lot of partying in my building. I work 12 hours a day and that is hard on you when residents don't respect their neighbors. After work a12hour shift I got home late only to wake up the next day on my day off to find that my car was towed from right in front of my building. So upset ! Why ask for my license plate number if your car is going to be towed ?

It has been such a great experience living here and all of the staff in the leasing office is awesome. Out of all the apartments I've lived in, this has been by far the best! Also, wherever I have submitted a maintenance request is has been completed within a 24 hour period.

I just moved here from New Jersey and the thought of a new city was scary. But everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. My apartment was in prestine condition and for the few things that needed attention they were able to take care of it right away.

The staff in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful. The property is cared for well & overall this is a great place to live. Only negatives are visitor parking & occasional trash in flowers/grass & building walkways & stairs need power washing.

This community has been beyond wonderful, from the neighbors to the staff. I can't tell you how professional, kind, and excellent living here was. No matter what troubles I had, I was helped immediately and treated with respect. Staff and neighbors helped me all day find my dog I recently adopted who escaped find his way home. They checked on me continuously to make sure everything was okay and we were safe. Emily Carter went out of her way to treat me more than a client, but as a friend. Any maintenance requests were responded to immediately, professionally, and I was never judged or made to feel uncomfortable. This was a beautiful location and all of the staff, every single one is a major asset to the team. They work as a team and you can tell they work great together from observing how they act around another. They love what they do and I'm sad to be moving away. I recommend this area to everyone. I have never been so satisfied, happy, safe, respected and cared for. Thank every one of you for making this part of my life wonderful. It warms my heart just talking about this place. You guys are the best !!

So far so good, I would make sure that your unit is able to have internet connected; mine was not, until I called 5 different companies and told them they needed to verify my address. That was the only stressful experience I have had. Good luck.

Good safe place to stay Everything and everyone is soooo nice I meet new people and family's all the time the gym n pool are so nice and Its quiet also The people at the office are amazingly nice and kind and I do anything to help you with your needs they go above and beyond I would recommend this place to anybody to live I love it here

We enjoy it here. Disappointed with the large rent increases every year. Otherwise everything is kept neat and tidy. Their response time is amazing. I love everything about the townhouse that we are in.

great experience no problem wish that retails stores were closer ie grocery and pharmacy need toilet to be mounted to floor properly able to get to interstate 40 and 147 wish playground was bigger for kids and more equipment business office for residents biggest disappointment

Very pleased thus far with everything the only thing I could think would be an improvement would be to have the carpets replaced if after they get cleaned and you have multiple stains. We moved in and I think there is only one room that did not have a stain. The cleaning could've been much better
