Guys got in, took a look at the dishwasher. Realized what the issue was and educated me on it. Great service! They all work very hard to make sure everything is working properly. Hats off to The Whole team

The staff is very nice. The Apartments are nice but you can hear your neighbors quite clearly just walking around their apartment. Not very sound proof. Not too happy about that. Closet doors terrible.

This is a nice community. It's generally quiet and well-kept and has great neighbors and a friendly staff. Parts of the apartment are newly updated and other parts or more dated - but overall good for the price.

I really enjoy living in this complex, it's very quiet, peaceful and I feel safe. I'm not really worried when my children are outside playing because it's a really well put community, It's also very convenient for shopping and quick store runs.

I was looking at multiple places to live but this one caught my eye. I visited the apartment complex and it was amazing, and the staff were extremely nice and the paper work for my lease was so easy and it's an amazing place I love my apartment!

What I like about this community is the peace and quice that is through out the complex. I love how children have the freedom to play, and the community is focused on family's. I really like where we live.

I love my location. I like the complex. I could use more space, but I'm skeptical because the rent increases VERY often (annually) and it is hard to financially keep up. I've lived there 14 years and I like living there. I would appreciate some type of incentives for never being late with my rent in 14 years.

Great community excellent staff and knowledgeable maintenance crew...minor issues but overall I would recommend this complex to anybody searching for an apartment complex living experience. Matthews is a great area to live in

This community is great especially for people who own dogs. We dog lovers like to meet at the dog park and we have gotten to know each other well. We help babysit each other's dogs! We have never lost power even when Florence, Michael, and Diego came through.

Great quiet community in the heart of downtown Matthews. The location is amazing. The apartments are updated and maintenance is always there to help as soon as they can. Rent will increase a lot after 12 months so be prepared.

Quiet community. Homeschooling and restaurant.Also doctor office is convenient to my doctor office. Overall experience is good but could use some upgrades to the apartment units themselves such as carpet being replaced.

This community has been a great home for me and my wife. Very quite, safe, great managers and maintenance team. I have been more than satisfied with the almost two years I have lived here. The only issue I have had is when people block the roads to drop off their kids at the bus. However, the apartment managers do a good job of stopping this after a while. Everything else is great, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great location to access the city and shopping!

It is a nice place, comfortable apartments and good service from the leasing center. The parking has enough space for the cars and the neighbors are friendly. If you like a place where you can relax and be saved, this is perfect for you.

I haven't been here too long, but so far it's been great. Beautiful neighborhood, everyone is friendly, very clean. I love the fact that it's a pet friendly community and seems like everyone cleans up after their pets.

landscaping should be the same front to back. some buildings siding coming off been that way for some time now. shingles on some roofs past there all the buildings in the front have brand new roofs

Nice community, but a lot of apartments come with old bathrooms and kitchens. Good pool, and tennis court. Nice place for living. You need to improve your playground for kids, it's small and in not in descent condition.

I like it! But when is cold weather, no body takes care the windows and doors, the cold air enters into the apartment all the time, the fans at the fronts rooms doesn't works, so my bills of energy goes "a lot" up !

maa fee for cable in addition to my twc bill has caused me to need to move, I feel violated. The maintenance is great, grounds are maintained well, I feel safe. The Internet lounge, with printers have been convenient.

The Staff is great. My biggest complaint is not having a designated parking place. I have a bad knee and walking is very painful. Sometimes I have to park a good ways away and when carrying groceries, it is very painful. I wish they would designate one parking place for each apartment. I spoke to the staff about this, but they told me they couldn't accommodate my request

Quiet community with nice upgrades in the kitchen. Office staff was very efficient. I expressed the urgency of my situation and David worked expeditiously to get me an apartment asap. Communication between office and residents is great as well.
