Unit floor are unlevel. Need updates toilet paper holder will not hold a normal size roll apartment is noisy. Wrong information given for size of available storage units. Trash compactor has not worked since we moved in over a month,

So far neiborhood is clean and quiet in respect to having kids around, and problems are tended to in a timely manner, office personal are attentive and respectfull. security seems to be good, Am happy with living conditions so far..

Staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable. Maintenance is relatively quick to reply. Neighbors are friendly. We had a couple of little problems upon move-in, but they took care of them pretty quickly. All in all, a good experience.

Great location near everything that Matthews has to offer. Best location in comparison to other complexes. Nice apartment and amenities. Love the gym, pool area with grills, and tennis court. Office staff are very nice and helpful!

So far so good I never rented before I didn't know what to expect the people are friendly most dog owners pick up after their pets they could empty the poop containers more frequently but otherwise o am happy so fat

I really liked the renovated apartment. It was also cost effective to have a cable package. The pool and tennis court are great amenities to have in a community. I also like the landscaping. It always looks neat and clean especially at the entrance.

It has been great! I am a single mom on my own for the first time and the leasing office worked with me and were very understanding. The maintenance crew works very quickly and efficiently. The area is very secure and safe. The community is close to everything and I have had no problems. I would recommend this community to anybody!

We are only planning on living in an apartment for two year while my husband goes to school. This is a bit of an adjustment for us. I have already put in two work orders for broken appliances and doors in our apartment. I'm waiting for them to be completed.

Is a good complex. We like is near from everything, like pharmacy, grocery, banks, schools, so many resraurant, is near from everything. The people live here is so friendly persons. If you have kids, here is so many kids your kids can play.

Great so far. No complaints. Everyone is friendly. Parking is convenient. Love that it's dog friendly. All the appliances seem up to date and the apartment was spotless when we moved in. Location is also great to shops and anything you may need.

complex was good until maac took over then it went down hill. quality of people moving in went from good to bad had to park two buildings away trash left under walkways people hanging around on steps all times of the day and night

Peaceful quiet community. I love the place I call home. Any problems i had with any appliance, maintenance was there as soon as possible to repair the issue and fix the problem. Other the minimized strength of the toilet flushing, everything else is perfect.

I was hesitant on renting an apartment until I came to CV of Matthews. They take pride in the upkeep of the community. The apartments are well kept as well as the grounds. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and address my concerns immediately. This is a park setting with flowers, playground, two grill areas, dog walking area and it is just lovely. The pool are is larger than some places and is very well maintained. There is no expense to keeping the tenants happy. The business center is very useful for me as well as the gym. I count the hours until I get home every day. "There is no place like home", as it was said in the Wizard of Oz. Great staff and fabulous place to live whether you are single or have a family.

It's a beautiful environment easy to get in touch with office and have any issues handled in a timely manner the only thing I have found living here is parking can be tough if you work at night it's convenient everything you need is nearby you can walk if needed overall I am very satisfied living here in this community

From the get go everyone at the complex has been so helpful. The people at this CV at Matthews work to make you happy and want nothing more than to provide the best customer service. Our apartment was perfect when we moved in and the leasing manager even came in on his day off to help us get settled. All of our maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours. They are awesome!

Colonial Village Matthews has a very positive, result driven, efficient staff that goes above and beyond to make CV Matthews a place that I like to call home. Their conscious effort to go above an beyond to connect with the community started in the Matthews property but has been extended in the efforts to help those in need form the recent Puerto Rico disaster relief. Making a home here has been easy and being a part of this family is transparent. I felt welcomed from day 1... Hats off to this very friendly and hospitable staff. CV Matthews keep doing what your doing, It just keeps getting better...

Very nice place to live. It is pet friendly and my neighbors are very nice. It's also close to downtown Matthews where all the shops and restaurants are. I would highly it recommend to friends and family.

Love this community! Team members are great and very accommodating. I really enjoy living here and my neighbors. The facilities are great and very accessible. I was able to move from one apartment to another with ease and it made my life so much easier!

I like it hear. It's close to everything. It's just expensive. I do wish that apartments came with microwaves alreAdy. I wish that parents were more present at the pool instead of letting teenagers and youth to go by themselves

Great community, excellent staff and apartment location. Great town and amenities. Huge dog park, neighbors are quiet, property is neat and clean. Apartment has been updated and well laid out. Lots of storage space.

Manager Debbie and David are professional and kind. They always have a bright smile and positive comment. Paul from maintenance is a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately new people moving into the facility do not act like humans at times Leaving good trash all over parking area, Fights outside frequently with Police Invovlement. Intitlement of Dog Owners not cleaning up after their pets. Staff is great clientele needs to change

Very quiet, nice convenient location, close to everything that I need. Clean, well-kept. Close to grocery store, department stores, downtown Matthews, restaurants, etc. In the middle of the elementary school and the middle school, so there are high traffic times.
