It's a great company to live in very quite , kid friendly and animal friendly very affordable with great living space !! It's ben very good so far. The only thing I do not like is its park got sticks and dirt instead of foam or just a cleared area.

It's very nice. This complex Is near everything I need. Moved one and a half years ago from Apt c to Apt b. 1527 is in the back. Great area and very quiet. This new lawn company is much better than the one we had before.

I love it here ! Everyone is nice! I love the community here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Maintenance team always get my work order right away. And I am just so thankful for their hard work. Keep it up!

Just moved in and continue to experience problems with maintenance of the apartment. Refrigerator continues to leak, leaving a huge puddle on the kitchen floor. Had three maintenance requests in the my first month of leaving in the apartment and it is still not resolved.

This apartment community is a nice place to live and the property management are very helpful and accommodating, however, the apartments themselves are quite and old and seem to have alot of maintenance problems

The place is very nice and in a pretty good area. Matthews sure is a great place to live. In case of service requests, those where almost ever been resolved to 100% satisfaction. The only disadvantage at my appartment (1st level) is, that you alsways hear the wood cracking, when your neighbors on top are walking around.

The experience has been good so far. Staff is very friendly. Community is clean. There are good perks included in the rent. Cable bundle is good . They have a very nice pool and gym area. Pet friendly for all types of animals.

When I first visited the community, the model was very nice. I did not see my actual apartment until the day I moved in. It was dirty and smelled bad. I had to clean it my self before I could move in. When I told management, they just said sorry we thought it was cleaned. there are a lot of bugs and pests (ants, spiders roly polys) most current, everyone is looking forward to the pool being open, and I was told the other day that it will not even be open by memorial day

I like everything, but I don't agree why this year they raised the rent by $400 And everyone was raised by a different amount, it's not fair!!!We spoke with the manager, but unfortunately nothing was decided, and we have 4 children!!!

Not a bad place. However - if rent increases - I will be looking elsewhere. It's a nice place overall and definitely accomplishes what an apartment should. Staff is friendly and maintenance is very good.

It's been a good experience. I would like they clean more often the hallways and the stairs because it's been very dirty and full of spiderwebs. I also would like that the construction work they do, would be done in the afternoons or in a different time but in saturday or sunday mornings

Good location, in the center of the town of Matthews, 10 minutes walk to the center, within walking distance of pharmacies, shops, cafes and restaurants. On the territory of the complex, it's beautiful. The equipment is not new in the apartment, there is no microwave oven.

It's been a wonderful community for us. It is clean and quiet. Maintenance is done within 3 days. And, it is done correctly. I love that is has a washer and dryer?that was our deal breaker to move here. It is a great community!! I highly recommend it.

The experience has been nothing but great. Maintenance quickly resolved issues, office staff is very nice and accommodating. Very dog friendly and the residents are great. Only negative thing I can say is with new people moving in there's been more dogs off leash and the grass doesn't get cut enough so it's hard to pick up all dogs remains.

We have lived here for several years and the neighborhood is very peaceful. You can hear some traffic, but not overwhelmingly. The units are regular sized, all the same set up based on number of bedrooms you choose. We've had mostly great neighbors in our building. I say great in that they are not loud, respectful and personable people we've enjoyed. Maintenance team has always been responsive quickly, and not disruptive in any way. I do wish our landscaping was more consistent throughout the complex. And that we had recycling! I think the management company doesn't have this at any of their properties, so not sure that'll change.

The apartments are old BUT the area is great. Too expensive to be so old! Beautiful surroundings. Needs to provide apartment with fire extinguishers if can't put in sprinkler system. Maintenance is good!

Location can't be beat! With the town center and shopping within walking distance makes this place great! The staff are awesome as well. From the office to the maintenance people, everyone is very friendly and eager to make sure everything is just right as best they can.

Terrible. The front office is unprofessional and clearly are new to management. The grounds are not kept up and they rig anything that needs to be fixed. Used to be such a beautiful community years ago. Now, it's gone down hill.

The location is excellent and the units are a good size for the rates. Parking is adequate for the number of units. Quite a few of the complexes in the area do not have sufficient spaces so it can be a long walk.

I was told my apartment would be cleaned and freshly painted. I purchased two accent walls that were poorly painted. There were scuffs on the walls, webs at the top of the doors and ceilings and the dishwasher was filthy. It looked like the apartment was left in the exact same condition the prior resident left it in. Hair in cabinets painted over (gross). I addressed all my concerns to the assistant manager who also agreed the apartment was dirty. I was then told someone would come to clean my apartment, which they "did" while I was out and when I came back (big surprise) my concerns were not handled properly. Popcorn ceilings. The popcorn ceilings are cracking and there's also slight cracks in the walls. I also addressed that with the assistant manager and I was told " This is an old building" Pest control doesn't come unless you make a request so there are constantly bugs in the walk ways (roaches, spiders, etc) and I've had several roaches in my apartment. MAA 51 is advertised as a luxury apartment but it's not luxury by any means.

The community responds to complaints promptly. Maintenance does a good job and takes care of problems quickly. The community is quiet, and I feel safe here. It has a great location close to amenities, restaurants, and shopping.

The community is nice, I love that I'm near so many places but since I moved here in mid August I've already had to place two works orders. I don't care much for the that honestly. The first work order was done efficiently and quickly but with the second one there wasn't any communication between the temporary fix and then the actual fix of the problem. I don't like that. Aside from that, I am enjoying this complex!
