Fairly good. Have had a lot of issues in my new apt. Leaking dish washer. Leaking shower/ tub. No screen door on the patio door when I moved in. Door lock keeps jamming. Among other things that have been not working properly upon moving in.

I've been living here almost 4 years and I've had mold in my apartment since living here. Keep complaining to your management and corporate staff nothing is done. Apartment and appliances ARE OUT DATED

Great location that is an easy walk to downtown matthews as well as a quick drive to shops such as target, Michael's, Costco, Marshall's and countless restaurants! The community is quiet and dog friendly. Feels like you are in a lovely wooded neighborhood while still being central to shops and highways. Easy access to downtown Charlotte.

The problems started when I moved in. I was scheduled to move in at 11, and when I came to pick up the keys, I was unable to get my keys because they were still renovating. At 2 I was able to get my keys and officially move in, but I did my check with someone from the leasing office. There were holes in doors, the oven door fell off, the plumbing was broken, dishwasher did not work, cracks in the bathtub, and some paint was chipped off. Everything was minor or could be fixed, so I moved on. Within a month, the plumbing and dishwasher broke again, and then it was fixed, then it broke again. They were quick with repairs which was great. 9 months pass without anymore problems, so I re-up my lease. Once my new lease kicks in, I start getting ants coming from the plumbing, out of the bathtub and bathroom sink. No matter how often I clean or what I do, my bathroom gets more and more ants. I also began to have a spider problem. Again, no matter what I did, I get more and more spiders. This place was a good place to live when it was freshly renovated, but now it has become more of a hassle than what it is worth.

So far it's been a great experience. The leasing office staff is amaing. Plus the location near downtown Matthews and close proximity to uptown and stores is top tier. I would definitely recommend this community

They don't maintain the property well, and overcharge for a property they do not maintain. I feel like I live in the ------ while paying an increasing rate. Stairways alone show you how unmaintained the property is.

Steer Clear if your health depends on it . They are inconsiderate disgrace for human beings . They will lie. The maintenance non exist, they do not work with you at all they will have you homeless in your car . Trust me dont do it they must have paid for these reviews smh worse experience ever.

The community has suited our needs. The location is great. We are about a 20 minute drive from uptown Charlotte and walking distance to downtown Matthews. The staff has been helpful and the maintenance staff is amazing. The buildings are older but again, it has suited our needs.

Good, but I do not understand why they increasing rent payments every year for residents who rent permanently. They do not provide any renovation inside, everything so old!! They could keep the same price for people who renting several years and more!

It is a great place, we have enjoyed living here. Walking distance to downtown, quiet neighborhood, all of our neighbors are nice and friendly. When some issues arrives with the apartment, maintenance is quick to come and fix it. Office staff is awesome, (Romina). We enjoy the pool and my son likes the gym.

Rough beginning because the apt was not ready. I submitted 12 maintenance requests within the first week. That being said, they took care of each and every one. Lived happily thereafter for 2 years. Purchased a new home and moved out.

The community is quiet and the residents are kind. The community is very pet friendly, and maintenance consistently resolves issues in a timely manner. The apartments could be much more updated for the price, there are no frills or luxury finished or amenities. But overall it is a comfortable place to live.

The community itself is nice, people seem to be nice enough, may not listen to rules, but nice. Rent just keeps going up while nothing else changes, if there was somewhere cheaper to go we would probably have already moved.

I have been some what satisfied with responses to several complaints made especially about bags of garbage being left in areas other than the dumpster All complaints have been resolved satisfactorily .

Overall not bad could be better, Its not worth 1800 . I could see if there were new appliances but it is not . Not sure if i'm paying for name alone . Thats my biggest issue. Then they charge 3 times the rent when the workers probably dont even make that.

Great communication, seems like a great community as well. Shianne has been absolutely amazing during my move! Maintenance has even been very straightforward with everything. Great parking, however I think every community should have more than 1 dumpster

I always felt safe here even though my apartment backs up to the woods. Now with all the new people moving in nobody in my building cares to be friendly. I have to listen to the boom booms of their music and smell their "pot"

Beautiful grounds and the people that work in the office are friendly. Any issues that have come up have been resolved quickly. I renewed my lease to stay another year. My kids love it here. Overall I Would recommend.

This community has keyless entry which I love. Spacious living room and dining room. Pretty clean on the grounds. The office and maintenance people are very helpful at resolving issues in a timely manner

Very bad, unit was not cleaned or inspected before providing key to new resident to move. Fridge, dishwasher, stove and air did not and still not fix ok ver the past two weeks. Manager call and tried to make excuses.

Nice community of neighbors, convenient to surrounding businesses. Rent is a little on the high side. Property is nice to walk through and the little dog park is nice for allowing your dog to release excess energy.

I have just barely moved in, but I love living here already. It's quiet and lovely with trees and well-kept landscaping. The staff is very friendly and helpful, maintenance responds quickly to requests, and the community seems friendly. I am very happy to have found "home."

The move in process was very easy. All the fees were easy to pay online and the management staff was very helpful with any questions I had. Move in day went very smooth. The apartment was clean when I arrived and all the appliances seem to be in great working condition.
