This apartment complex is in a great location, close to shopping, the YMCA, green ways, restaurants, etc. There are little dog parks and areas for dogs, but the complex itself isn't very walkable. The layout is great for one bedrooms, and they are slowly renovating things, which I hope they continue. There isn't a microwave, just FYI. The management team is super friendly and helpful!

Unit was clean, pool area is well kept up. Maintenance seems to ensure trash area stay clean and not overflowing. only issue I came across was the electrical outlets don't hold any plugs, not a huge issue, just more of an annoyance

The community is so quiet and well maintained. I love the location and accessibility to stores and restaurants. The pool hours could be extended and more chairs put out. Allow the pool deck to be open year round even if the pool isn't open to allow an area to socialize.

We've had a mostly positive experience here. We could definitely see ourselves staying here for several lease terms. However, communication from the complex has room for improvement. Specifically the managers. Maintenance has always been very nice and professional, but it seems that they don't receive the information that they should from the office.

It's great! Residents are friendly and staff is accommodating. Parking is ample and the dog park is huge. Apartment is spacious with Cathedral ceilings and a fireplace! Nice closet sizes do there is room for my home office.

If you love paying way to much for terrible things.....then this is the apartment for YOU!!! SOOO many issues regarding black mold, break-ins, vandalism to vehicles (seen tires slashed and windows broken in cars multiple times) , absolutely NO security cameras on site so they will tell you there is nothing they can do, BUGS in the apartment, as well as trying to get things fixed in a timely manner. Complex has little to no concern when things go wrong. This is your sign to start looking at other places because I would never ever ever recommend this property to anyone. I mean, maybe my worst enemy but honestly probably not. And yes, this picture above was taken when we moved in AFTER the apartment was "Move-In Ready" .

I have had a great experience at this apartment complex so far. I have been living here for about 3 months now and there have only been a few small issue here and there, but what place doesn't. What makes MAA51 amazing is there maintenence crew and the apartment leasing staff. They care about all of their residents to the greatest ability.

Apartment complex is middle of the road, with minimal amenities compared to other complexes in the area. Less crime than several other local complexes, but there is room for improvement. Rent increases every year, with no increase in quality of the community. The only reason I haven't moved is that I don't have the money to upgrade or the resources to move easily.

Very pet friendly and kid friendly, staff at the front office is amazing always answering the phone is a very big help when need! Overall community is quite and very respected almost zero crime or drugs

I have had a pleasant experience. This was the first apartment I moved into alone and must say that I loved it. Everyone was friendly, I loved being able to walk to the gym given the time of Covid and leave in peace. I feel like there was a small bump with the water but very very little to the wonderful experience the apartment has given me. Again the only way I will leave is if I dont close on a home, because being here prepared me for the transition and I feel like I can take it on thanks to this place! The apartment complex behind had some loud people but still nothing to make reflect bad on this community.

I'm not sure what experience you want I think i said everything about the community in the beginning it's a nice place to live close to stores and hospitals plus our doctors offices I also think the office people are very nice when I turn in a work order they are very good at getting it done right away

Lay out of the apartment lis wonderful. However , apartment has very ,very thin ceilings and walls. Apartments are very dated and in need of repair.For the price you can find something more up to date and reasonable.

Been in the complex for a number of years. Some improvements have been made updating buildings. Great location near hospital, police, shopping, restaurants, groceries, highways. They are fairly responsive here.

Good community. Great management. Clean outside. Close to grocery and stores. Many places to walk around. Parking lot is very good. Maintenance and service is perfect. Highly recommended for people who likes village style community.

MAA Apartments are very peaceful and relaxing ! I enjoy my time with friends and we can even go play tennis and go swimming in the summer time! Everyone is so nice here and you can even go for a walk!

Everything has been great except being charged 75 bucks for pest control to spray for fleas. Dont even get pest control monthly and im charged for it. Get mad at people that dont pick after their dog poops.

So far I love my community. I would definitely recommend this community. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is kept up very well. The only complaint I have is some of the dog owners don't clean up behind their dogs.

Well kept up. Lots of tall trees and good landscaping. Maintenance is good and the office people are usually easy to work with. I've never experienced any noisy parties nearby or any suspicious behavior by other residents.

Shoddy workmanship, appliances broken, large slug and worm infestation. I have to move out early for health reasons, and I am being penalized severely for leaving before my lease is up. The only plus is the friendliness of the staff.

The leadership of the community seems to be lacking. When I moved in I was not given all needed welcome information such as ; pool hours, mail location, internet and television, and trash disposal. I had to figure all of this on my own. I had an issue with my washer the first week I was here and called the office about a maintenance request after waiting a week from submitting a request and the office said they would look into it and never called me back.
