Don't move here! Drugs are rampant here! Our place smells of marijuana daily and my kids can't have sleepovers. My porch is littered with debris from above daily! Bugs galore. I have pennies painted into my baseboards! Maintenance team is phenomenal though! Disgusting.

I love this place very much. Quite and peaceful, fresh air, good neighborhood. All kinds of shops are presented here in walking distance. Payment for accommodation is acceptable. I may recommend this place to families with children.

We live here because my special needs son's has a wonderful team of therapists, teachers and people who care about his success. Location, location, location. You can't beat its location in terms of convenience to shops, restaurants, clinics and entertainment. The Buck stops there. The grounds and exterior and perfectly kept. The inside is bandaged and quickly repaired to just keep up long enough for the typical tenant to come and go. 2-3 years. The maintenance staff is severely overworked and I've seen at least 4-5 come and go in my 4 years here. David, the older one, knew his stuff, electrical, repair, cabinetry, etc. In our first apartment we moved in to a bathroom with missing tiles, grout lifting up with mold, an oven that looked like it had not been cleaned in years. In the fist 8 months we had a milipeed infestation, one toilet over flow, the 2nd toilet had leaky pipes, the dryer have out, the washer over flowed, eventually replaced, the carpet lifted in places and never settled again after using the dryer the dry where it flooded in the hallway. In the following years mold grew on the walls and ceiling and even on books in our master bedroom - which is attached to the bath. BTW the bathrooms do not have retractor vents or windows. The humidity is something you just deal with after a hot bath. We stay and moved into a different apartment because 1 - our sons NEEDS his services, and 2 - We truly can't afford much else. So here we begin with apartment 2. Upon getting our keys I noticed peeling paint in the bathtub near the faucet, amongst other things, scuffed walls, a poor paint job in the bathroom, loose shelving in the bathroom. A few fays in we niticed the ice maje doesnt work and the dryer takes sevwral cycles to dry a load of laundry. When I mention the peeling paint to the front office they said "we dint paint the bathrooms" Cut to over a week later, they are ripping out the walls of the bathroom because when they came to refinish the walls and tub - BECAUSE IT'S PEELING - they also notice the tile on the exterior wall his basically lifting off. They take if off to find SO MANY ANTS that I am currently waiting for the pest inspector to arrive and MAYBE they will be able to finish the job today.. . Is it their fault? No. Do I believe they rushed to move us when we still had a couple weeks to our lease in our old apartment - Absolutely.

I moved in and had a smell issue that seemed to be the carpet and the walls. I have since used candle and air fresheners so it isn't too bad but I wish it would have been removed prior to move in. Hopefully this won't affect my move out security deposit.

Quiet pretty clean. Most owners pick up after their dogs s few do not. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Could use new grills and need to find a way to control the carpenter bee situation in some areas which can be hard to do

This property is beautiful. There are many mature trees, and the landscaping is perfect. It is truly a park - like setting. The office team is fantastic, as well as the maintenance team. Both teams are very approachable, and always take care of their residents.

Very pleasant place to live. Clean, quiet enough, great location (good schools, good daycare options, grocery, dining, and shopping options, hospital and police stations nearby, drug store on the corner). Very cute downtown area within walking distance. This apartment complex is perfectly situated and I would recommend it to any of my friends. It will be hard to leave, if and when the time comes!

It's been good . It would be nice if the rent would stay the same on renewal. There are newer upgrade in other apartment at a rate comparable to mine. I may be renewing but have not been approached as of yet.

Quiet most of the time, rent is very high for older buildings and quality of upgrades. Some residents are loud at various times, bugs have been an issue and squirrels live in the rooftops. No microwave in my unit, tiny bathroom

It is a nice community great neighbors. The only improvements I see are monitoring the main drive for speed and loud music from the vehicles late at night. Painting inside the apartment could be improved.

I'm so glad to hear that someone feels and is dealing with the same experience. We have only been living here since June and we are beyond ready to move. The bugs are truly outrageous, the have knats,palmetto bugs, crickets, spiders. Work orders are put in and it takes maintenance 3 to 4 days to complete the orders. The landscaping is the worst, the pine needles look as though they haven't been changed since they were put down. For the amount of money they charge you would think they would take better care of their apartment homes. The trash compactor was out of commission for close to 4 months, hopefully now this new part they replaced will keep it working. If I knew then what I know now, I would've never moved here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE BEFORE READING - My family is so let down by our decision to sign a 12 month lease. If nothing else is true, any comment you read about the bugs are true. I am an honest person with great character. I would not lie to you or deter you from an opportunity maliciously. Move here if it's your ONLY option. You will deal with roaches - all kinds - large and small, in all seasons. You can't trust your food, dishes, cabinets. We keep our dishes in the dishwasher and all food thoroughly sealed. I've never lived like this before in my life. I did not have such immovable faith and a sense for optimism, I would be beside myself. I have PLENTY pictures to validate this truth. But to avoid being victimized, I will refrain from posting them until it is time for me to move. The bugs are just too much. And you do have to do your own pest control, despite paying the monthly fee. Whatever they are doing, is not enough. I could go on and on. Pool and amenities are fine - but you don't live at the pool and fitness center. You live in your unit. And the whole community is riddled with bugs.

It's been nice living here. The people are nice, and the office staff are helpful. I haven't had any real issues with the community. The pricing is a bit high for the size of the apartments, but it's a good community in a nice area of town.
