Being a young, single female I feel really comfortable living here at Matthews Village. Even though this is the second apartment complex I have ever lived in, I really enjoy living here, and living safe. The staff are very friendly and at first I thought that living by myself would be hard, it has been very comfortable knowing that I am coming home to a safe community.

Quiet, pleasant, well-managed
Very enjoyable place to live. Lots of trees, good parking, well maintained. No noisy parties or loud tenants. Pets allowed. Friendly management. <br> <br>Only complaint is the cost of laundromat. I spent about $6.00 per week on laundry. There´s a cheaper laundromat in downtown Matthews.
