Easy access to food , clothing, PO, shops, eta & we love the spacious apt,the balcony, and all the extras (tennis, gym, basketball court, swimming pool, pool, etc.). It's a wonderful place and convenient to many restaurants.

Ashlee did an amazing job helping us move in. Any concerns or issues we had she was able to find a solution. Her honesty helped us make the right decision when finalizing our move. Upon moving in there was one very very small issue (I probably could have fixed myself) that maintenance took care of immediately!

The process of becoming an Ashley Park community member was very easy. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The staff made themselves available by phone and email. The pricing for the square footage beat the surrounding communities. I recommend this community.

Joceylen (I believe this is the young lady's name) was exceptional re our move- in day. She was very knowledgeable re explaining the community policies and events. Our apartment home was wonderful upon entry. The floor plan we chose is very expansive and full of natural light from the sunroom and skylight in the loft. I particularly liked and appreciated the card from the Ashley Park Team welcoming us and the household supplies (tissue, hand towels, pens, pads & an a rray of near by restaurants menus). We are pleased wiyh our experience.

I move here almost 6 yrs ago. The office staff has always bet Great! Fun community events which I haven't had at other apartments. But the Building needs updating. Noisy neighbors. Ive outgrown the apartment. No coat closet or linen closets.

Good just needed some maintenance done prior to new residence comes as it does trouble a lot after you moved and you face and you ahve to request thousand times for things to be fixed. I had new born she had fever becoz window was broken and no window liner.

Jocelyn was Outstanding!! very helpful, comforting and friendly. Old apartments, but good location. Close to RTP, Airport, schools, grocery stores . Maintenance need to do a good job. overall the experience has been satisfactory.

I love everything about this complex. Amazing staff in the front office and on the maintenance crew. When I needed to transfer to a smaller apartment, they made the process quick and simple. I've never lived in a complex like this before.

I like living here. Apartments are clean everything works. They office staff is awesome and helpful. Some apartments are including WiFi with the rent. That would be a useful amenity I haven't used the fitness center much. But I do plan to. And I wish the basketball court was 24 hours.

Office staff is great and always nice and helpful. Great location. Good size apartments. Community always clean. Problem with pests. Parking can be hard after certain times. Guests parking good distance from apartment. Overall apartment quality is good.

Overall I have enjoyed my time as a resident at this property. Other than a few things, I would recommend this location to other people. The area is convient to the surrounding area. Just wish snow plows would do a better job.

Ashley Park is a excellent professional living community. The property is very safe, well managed, the amenities are immense and the grounds are always professionally maintained, The pool, gym, and exercise room are first class. Come and enjoy the experience. Its a great community to live in.

THE WORST PROPERTY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Where to start??? Towing policy is absurd. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you'll need to pay an extra $250 for an extra decal just to park in non-visitors spots. MIND YOU, the only visitor's spots are near the main entrance of the property---very far from those who live in the back corner of the property. I chose not to buy an extra decal, and took my non-decaled car to the grocery store because it's an SUV and has more room. I was parked in a non-visitor's spot for less than an hour (to unload my groceries) and I was towed. Took $165 to get my car back. When I called the front office to discuss--the leasing agent was so rude to me and insinuated there was nothing she could do. She didn't even offer to have a manager contact me or anything. Piss poor customer service. Visitor parking is very limited--especially when there are cars posted up in spots for weeks at a time without movement. But I got towed for violating this policy for less than an hour......??? Not to mention this is a gated community, so why is there towing at all? Everyone on the property needs a gate code to enter. The residents are essentially the ones in the end paying for their poor security and policies. COCKROACHES. Literally everyday I'm killing at least one cockroach here. This is disgusting. I have OCD so my apartment is probably the cleanest in Raleigh---and I still have a roach problem here. It's become almost like a joke---like there's my other roommates..all 100000 of them. MAINTENANCE--- The maintenance team half-asses everything. When we first moved in, there were a ton of issues. It took them almost a month and a many calls later to get someone over to the apartment and they didn't even fix everything that I asked them too. It wouldn't surprise me if they tried to charge me with any of these issues when I try to move out. DOG POOP---- all over the property. No one cleans up after their animals. It's disgusting. Dog poop on sidewalks, in the middle of the parking lot, in the flower beds, all over. So disappointed in this property considering it's in Brier Creek. Management needs to do some serious face-lifts here, with the property and staff. Or just save them the hassle and burn it all to the ground.

I just moved in a week ago and couldn't be happier. Everyone has been so helpful and the apartment is clean and perfect for me. I rented a lofted 1 bedroom and it feels very spacious for a 1 bedroom, and I love the open floor plan. Stefani in the office is wonderful and made sure that everything was set for me to move in!

So far the community is great! The staff is excellent and the sense of security is wonderful. The only "negative" that I could think of would be the amount of visitor parking. I know that's crazy to say but there isn't much ar specific apartment building that aren't close to the office.

Great property and Jennifer in the office is great. Very attentive to needs. Parking is tight but with the parking passes it seems to be helping. It would be great to have addition visitor parking near Building 9.

Ashley Park Apartments is as close to Perfection as you can get in the triangle area. The apartments themselves are extra-large, have high ceilings, ceramic tile in bathroom entryway and kitchen, provide a washer and dryer, and have the best maintenance service. The grounds are very well kept with seasonal flowers and trees. And finally, the rent is as reasonable As It Gets for these amenities. You will not find a better apartment complex in the Triangle !

Great place to live. Quiet, beautiful landscape, close to shops, close to all major highways. My children love the amenities. A school bus picks the children up and drop them off at the same location for all of the children in the complex.

not good for the amount of money, comparable neighborhood apartments are very well maintained and homey. Too many pests, nice exterior but no quality equipment, apartments have too many holes to let bugs in and hard to sleep without fear of a bug. Chasing pests all the time and trying to plug all the holes we can find. Paper thin wall. came in because of the convenience to the shops.
