I like it here. Neighbors are nice. Parking is difficult at times. All my maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner and the office staff was always nice and helpful. I like that it has a gate.

The staff was extremely informative and very friendly. However, I wasn't impressed with the property overall. The exterior of the apartments is a little dated. I really didn't like the fact that several of the amenities are under construction with no anticipated completion date.

The recent changes to the Maintenance staff has been a large improvement. For awhile repairs were taking a very long time to be addressed. But recently within 24-48 hours issues are fixed quickly and efficiently

We love it here cause it's save for kids to play outside. We are right across the street from all the stores, fast foods, restaurants, banks, an Walmart. I can honestly say it's a beautiful neighborhood.

The complex has definitely changed... and not for the better

I have lived at Ashley Park for a very long time. The first 4 years were great, the staff, both administrative and maintenance, were wonderful. The staffing has changed, maintenance barely speaks when seen out on the grounds but want full access to your home. The previous maintenance staff I knew by name and were amazing, the complex suffered a great loss when they lost James as part of the maintenance team. The noise has always been an issue, on Saturday nights, you would think I was in a night spot... the music is so loud, I can feel the floor and walls shake. Moving on, let's talk about upkeep. The breezeways are NASTY!!!! Spiderwebs everywhere! Items such as smelly smelly trash, old furniture, brooms, mops, are left out in the breezeways. Did I mention the bugs and spiderwebs; even at the clubhouse. I can barely pick up my packages because there are spiderwebs on the console to punch in my code.... The inside isn't much better, as I've stated, I've lived here a long time and no upgraded appliances has been offered or switched out. I have the same appliances from many many moons ago. I can't even tell you when my air filter has last been switched out; which use to be done annually. Sad. Yet, my rent goes up every year. 2022 rent prices for 1999 appliances and horrible upkeep. I'm too embarrassed to have friends come visit, because the breezeways have started to look very slummish. Oh, that and the smell of a certain substance hits the moment you walk in the breezeway... I think I've had enough, I'm definitely looking forward to my lease ending. I think it's time....

I like the community. It is very peaceful. Friendly support stuff who promptly takes care of any issues that we may face. The location of the community is specially awesome. Most of the things are at a walking distance.

My experience has not been a good one thus far. The amount of money I pay monthly is not worth it. The grounds aren't kept up. There's huge cob webs on the outsides of the apartments , the railings and the light fixtures. There's an ant ans mold problem in the window sills.

When we moved there were some things that needed to be fixed. In 2 days one guy from the maintaince team came and fixed everything that we have asked for. It was rather fast and helpful. Thanks Ashley Park and people that work here .

Large spacious units, garages available. Great parking and a great location in tony Briar Creek - you are 15- 20 mins from everywhere! Minutes from RDU but not in the flight paths of planes so no airport noise! Not energy efficient so electric bills are higher than they could be by a lot. appliances are very bottom of the line and have to completely die before replacement. Amenities: pool closed right after Labor Day despite hot weather through October ? hot tub isn't heated! Pointless. No cameras and vandalism & bad behavior ruined the gym & pool areas - they are closed as often as they are open.

Definitely not what it use to be four years ago. Too many management changes have led to a decline in well maintained grounds and amenities. Pool isn't open in mid June due to this, waiting on an inspector to check our pool. Buildings, windows and sidewalks need to be power washed, maintenance and office held accountable when "luxury" doesn't meet price hikes in rent.

Great community..limited parking. Gym is nice. Office is friendly and there's occasional food trucks. overall I'd rate this community an 8/10. The tow company can be hostile to residents and they rarely (never) tow in visitor spots. several abandoned cars sitting around the community with no response from office/tow company. other than that good community

Awful neighbors. Pool is never open on time. Maintenance takes longer than it should. Floor units flood often. No community events. Ventilation system allows all smells from every one else into your unit.

Overall, it has been a good experience. Tracie, the new assistant manager, is great. Always takes care of any issues that may arise. The only downside is if you have inconsiderate upstairs neighbors with kids who do not know how to control them and make them stop running through the apartment as if they were outside. They could not put them out due to Covid-19 restrictions.

It was good until it wasnt. The past few years the front office has been low staff due to lack of good workers and things around the apartment complex has taken a toll with no/little resolution. Just disappointed in the actions not taken.

A lot of turnover within staff Grounds need up keeping Takes awhile to get it stuff fixed The staff is amazing and keeps you up to date! A lot of young kids trashing areas around the community. Noise can be very loud at times.
