3.5 out of 5 for me. I've been here 2 years so far. Management has changed hands a few times in that time. Currently I have no issues except for maintenance not right the first time. In the first month I had issues with the toilet, washer and dryer, microwave, etc. maintenance staff are very very nice but, things don't get fixed the first time. They have messed up or made something worse but they are nice. For the most part, this is a great community to live as far as the staff and my neighbors.

Very friendly and always ready to help staff. Jocelyn's one of their senior leasing consultants there and she always shows great work ethic and she cares. This apartment complex is just beautiful, even the garbage disposal area has been thoughtfully designed and is nicely concealed in a matching brick enclosure, so unusual these days. The grounds are luxuriant, beautifully arranged and maintained. I'm so proud to live here. Excellent pool and sunbathing deck. The apartments are elegant and spacious, my kitchen is a pleasure, nice and roomy for meal preparation, not tiny and cramped like some I've had. My balcony is generous, the largest I've had and I use it all 3 seasons. Very happy here.

I relocated here from Maryland. This was the first community I toured and I loved it immediately. From the first interaction with the staff until now they have never changed. The staff here really treats you as part of their community and not just a name in a apartment. The apartments are nice and open and the grounds are fairly clean for the most part. I have recommended this community multiple times and will continue to do so.

It's a very nice community. At times it can be a little loud with neighbors with music and kids running through the breeze ways. The pet owners don't always pick up there pets waste. I've stepped in poop twice. The inside of the apartments are well maintained and very up to date. I like the size of the balconies. And the office staff is very nice and understanding and will wrk with you on certain situations.

The property is ok. The leasing office staff is pretty great. Not sure about other parts of the complex but for me, the neighbors can be heard through the ceiling and the floor and there is almost always some noise coming from outside. Some times it's music blasting from cars or people are talking close to the buildings. I also have a smell in my unit but I was told that it's most likely from a neighbor and nothing that they can do about it. Depending on what part of the complex you are in, parking might be a nightmare but I'm OK with a short walk to the building so I've gotten used to that. If it wasn't for the smell and the noise, this would be the best place for me.

One thing is the quality of communication with personnel in the office. The amenities has gone such as coffee and donuts available in the morning.Every thing seems centered on the children of the community and not the adults

Love the area and the apartment complex. Apartment was well kept and we had minor to no issues since we've moved in. The maintenance staff is amazing, they are quick and efficient, they respond and follow up with work orders as soon as possible. The main office is always welcoming and equipped to help with any issues that may arise. Overall we have had a great first year and look forward to hopefully renewing.

It use to feel more like a community which also included the leasing office and management but not so much in the last couple of years. The only person that I found to a constant and can be depended on to assist is someone who should be management of the leasing office is Mrs. Traci.

It is very well located, it has a swimming pool, gym, party room, it is safe, the appliances must be modernized, the staff that attends is very friendly.The school bus passes by the front of the urbanization, it is 0 tolerance for drugs, it has barbecues.

It has been ok but not the best for the price I would have expected a more updated property not being able to hear everything outside because of Cheap windows the towing is selective and not realistic because they don't get the broken down cars like stated they get fresh parked cars just to make money has nothing to do with keeping parking for tenants

Ashley Park Apartments is a great place to live and I love the spacious rooms. It is very family friendly and has many amenities and I love the calling this home. You can walk to the out door malls. You should move here if you like roaches, house centipedes, garbage on the ground (including broken bottles and shards of glass) , loud neighbors that move in at 2 in the morning, large rent increases, large number of car break-ins ,and incompetent office staff.

convenient location for shopping, commute, park and more, but I don't feel secure anymore in this particular community due to lots of violation occurred in neighborhood such as drugs, fights, car break-in and more. Quality of my residency decreased and I am going to move out as soon as my lease expires.

Overall my move in was ok besides severals issues with the apartment but most of the issues have been handled thanks. In the future please make sure apartments are move in ready before moving someone in.
