Ahhhmazing welcoming friendly staff provide lots of information and have patience. Beautiful area with lots of options without being in craziness of downtown. Added security of being a gated community and I've seen 3 law enforcement vehicles already (possible tenants, but still nice). Quiet and friendly neighbors as well. And the amenities, oh my ?? ??

I like living here. The staff is professional, maintenance is fast and knowledgeable. I do wish they would put money back into the units, but they do invest in the community with activities, amenities, etc. The grounds are always clean and kept.

Great location - Brier Creek has so much to offer! Shopping, restaurants, entertainment - it is all here. Ashley Park is conveniently location to 540, 40, & RDU?very easy to find anything you need, or get to anywhere you want to go!

Great safe community. Staff are polite and respectable. I like that it has a gym to workout in and a basketball ball court. I like how my kids bus is close by the apartment. This apartment is old looking

Great place, move in ready, parking is not easy to come by, especially if you have odd hours. The front office staff was very nice and helpful through the whole movein process, very patient with all my questions.

The apartment's location is excellent, and I believe you'll be able to live comfortably there. It's disappointing that even when I put the trash out at the designated spot on time, sometimes it doesn't get collected. Since we can take it out ourselves, I guess you'll just have to handle it yourself.

Just moved in and so far everything is great. Perfect location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to Durham or downtown Raleigh. Staff is super helpful and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.

The location and pricing is great for this area and the convenience you receive. Although the maintenance personnel has changed frequently, the level of service remained positive. Best maintenance team I've had ever.

My stay at this community has been pleasant for the most part. I've been here a few years and have pretty much all I need within the community. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is professional.

Ashley Park is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I've not had any issues with neighbors since moving in. I wish access to the parcel pick up was extended because my work schedule doesn't always allow me to get packages on time.

Love my apartment and the grounds. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. They are super inclusive and I love that they put together get togethers for all the neighbors. I moved from our of State and couldn't of found a better, safer place.

I've enjoyed living in this community so far. It's been almost a year and I have no major complaints. Some buildings are closer to the highway, which may have elevated sound at times but it's not too disruptive. It's a great area with a lot of options around to shop and eat at. They put on events pretty frequently so you can get out and meet your neighbors if you'd like. The office staff is personable and always have a smile when I walk in.

I like living here so far. I've been here for a couple months. But people like to hear the complaints. Here are my issues: I don't like the sink in the kitchen. I don't like the lights in the kitchen. They work fine, I just don't like them. Also one of the toilets isn't great but it works.

Ashley Park has been a wonderful move for me. The attention and professionalism of the office staff and the way they welcome everyone with such a positive attitude is truly outstanding. I have always had a positive experience with the staff and always a timely response to any maintenance issue. Everything has been fixed that needed to be and i am very grateful to live in a community that you can tell the people take pride in. Best move I have made! Thank you to you all!

Beautiful community in the perfect location. Apartments are super spacious, ceilings are tall. Neighbors are wonderful, staff is always helpful and so nice! Maintenance team handles issues quickly. Highly recommend Ashley Park!

The location is very convenience . The apartment is cross from a shopping center and there are lots of restaurants, places to shops and things to do, such as a movie theater and the Frankie. However, it's located to next to the highway, so it's noisy especially if your apartment unit building is next to it. Also, cars get broken in often.
