The community itself is nice, however the office staff doesn't seem to be as on top of things as they should. In the few weeks since I've moved, I've had to go to the office several times for various issues. One issue I felt was very serious, as I had seen a few roaches in the apartment, after I had just moved in. They seem to have taken care of this for now. The other issue is with my entry card for the community fitness center, etc., which doesn't work. They've switched the card and it still doesn't work. They have taken no other actions on this issue.

The experience here is great, I love the close environment to the shopping center and home good stores. I also, am walking distance to my job, so the experience is great. I also, enjoy the basketball court and the fitness center.

The location of Ashley Park is extremely convenient in the heart of Brier Creek. You have a grocery store 100 feet away. Other shopping and restaurants are right around the corner. The staff are wonderful, handling all requests efficiently. Maintenance requests are handled nearly immediately, and efficiently. Apartments are nearly sound proof. You would hardly know that you have neighbors. Neighborhood is quiet and safe; parking is convenient. Price of apartments is on par with all other apartment complexes in the Brier Creek area of Raleigh, NC. Many retired folks choose to live here, a mark of high quality service.

The staff were wonderful at all times when I was applying. I was relocating from another state and I must say they helped me in every way possible and made everything so much easier for me With the transaction and so many other things and I'm so grateful. I have no complaints, whenever I call they are always very nice and act promptly to any requests. I love it here is always peaceful and very quiet.

I have lived at Ashley Park for about a month now. The area is relatively quiet and peaceful. The staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues (such as summer attacking the AC!) Ashley Park's location is fantastic, and I love the apartment. It has lots of light, a cute little kitchen, and is pet friendly. The only complaint I have is some nearby construction work, but that is infrequent at best and does not reflect upon the community as a whole.

Great so far and the staff is very nice. Also the maintenance team are very fast and knowledgeable. Very convenient shopping area. We love the private parking and the car wash station. Neighbors seems to be very nice as well.

Move in was okay. We did have to wait about 2 hours to sign our lease. But the appointment time had gotten mixed up. The staff is great here. I like the gated entrance as well. It's close to shopping and highways.

The community is well kept and the 2 bedroom apartment I moved into was in good condition, however the price continues to increase each year. You do not get what you pay for, neighbors are loud and disrespectful and parking is an absolute nightmare. My car was broken into during the time I've lived here and the sense of safety has decreased tremendously.

Overall, my experience has been good. The location is great. The people in the office are nice. The maintenance staff generally do a good job, although sometimes they have to come back a second time to get things right. I suppose this is to be expected.

Love the apartment and the entire community. Close to everything. Sales staff is extremely nice and helpful. They go out of the way for you. Love all the food trucks an community events held most months. Pool party in summer was really nice.

Ashley Apartments are located in a great place of Brier Creek, lease price is under the average, place is calm and cleaned. The 2 bedrooms apartment has a big space and good structure. I had just moved to it and we are liking a lot!!!

The office staff is great. The office being able to accept packages on my behalf is a very nice perk, especially when I'm traveling. I think they could do better with the pricing for current residents. The fact that I c oui old rent a 3 bedroom apt. for $200 less than my current 2 bedroom and management wasn't willing to bring my current rent in line with the current market price is a concern. Other than that I would highly recommend them.

So far, I love Ashley Park. By far, the best apartment complex. I am more than satisfied with my living condition. My only concern was just the stepping stones/ pavement on the ground near my building. Other than that, I'm very happy living here.

A very nice community with decent amenities and helpful staff. Good value for the money. Only real problem I've experienced with my apartment is that it's not insulated very well, particularly, the living room which is separated from an outdoor deck by a very large sliding glass door.

This is a really great community to live in being in the heart of Briar Creek and surrounded by everything. The staff is always been really friendly and some go out of their way to know who you are each time you go into the office. They offer different things throughout the month to encourage community at people getting to know their neighbors. I really love the new system for receiving packages. It's super easy and you have plenty of time to go and pick them up without worrying about the office closing at 6. Only thing I don't like are the cheap windows and blinds. They are drafty and I can't keep them open because it allows the bugs in. The property is basically in the woods so I understand that there will be bugs around I just don't like it when the crawlin on my furniture. If I don't open the windows it's fine but during the Spring and Fall it would be nice to not have to turn on my air, just open the windows. My apartment has a total of 12 windows, lots of natural lighting but I can't open a single one or I have to do with the bugs.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The area includes any and every store yo could imagine right across the street. The neighbors are very friendly as well. Once I left my keys in the door and about 1 am someone just happened to be walking by and knocked on my door to let me know my keys where still in it. At that point, I felt very safe in my community. They could have easily taken my keys and had access to my apartment and car. Great to know that there are still good, honest people in the world.

Very positive experience living at Ashley Park. I would recommend Ashley Park to others. Excellent service and professionalism of staff. Helpful and courteous parking can be a concern at times. If you arrive home after 9:30 pm spaces near your building are minimal if any
