So far, We've only been living here at Ashley Park Apartments for a couple months. But it's been wonderful. Any time we have any problem at all, maintenance staff promptly comes and swiftly fixes the issue. The apartment is very spacious with its high ceilings and wide open patios. The amenities are also a great plus as well.

I am not very impressed with the apartment home or the community so far but I've only been here a couple of weeks. It seems like no one cares about the outdoors. There is always trash in the parking lot, poop in the grasses and pinestraw and not enough parking.

I've really being a resident of Ashley Park. All staff members I've met have been friendly and eager to help. The community is very diverse and the amenities are excellent!!! I am so glad to be apart of the Ashley Park Community!!

It has been amazing the apartment is spacious and it's an amazing community I love the brier creek area the maintainer staff has handlers any issue that has happened in my unit. The communication is great and quality of work is great as well.

The community has been ok so far. There are roaches around, but that's just north Carolina. A bit of petty crime in the area too, mostly car break-ins. A fair amount of public drug use too (weed etc) which is a bit off-putting. But the walls are somewhat quiet, don't really hear neighbors unless they're screaming or banging on walls. And most of the people in my building have been very nice. Maintenance handles stuff super quick, but the overall quality of the appliances and construction of the apartment is pretty shoddy. Not the worst, but not the best.

Very clean and quiet community. Apartments are spacious. Maintenance takes care of matters as quickly as possible. Office staff are friendly and prompt. The amenities are great as well. Love that my packages are left in a locker for safe keeping.

My time here has been really nice. My apartment is so spacious I love the office staff even when I am upset they always know what to say and I also can vent to them about anything it’s nice to be heard. I would say appliances need upgrading but other then that it’s nice.

We had some issues before move in with the internet glitching and letting us apply for an apartment that was not actually available for move in. However, the staff (specifically Dianna Read) was very helpful and accommodating with our move in needs before and day of move in. We are pleased with this community. :)

Office staff and maintenance are always super nice and friendly. Apartments are a great value for the area. Wish there was more storage in the apartment, but with the money you are saving you can easily get a self storage unit.

First year was great. Second lease term has been very under par. Complaints to management go unhandled. Management doesn't seem to care about issues from residents at all. Management is rude and unapproachable.

Great location, pretty good bang for your buck. Right in the middle of brier creek, so you can walk to dinner or drinks if you want. There a two things though that I don't like about Ashley park: 1. The amenities are pretty outdated. Very cheap looking countertops and appliances. I'm also in a one bedroom apartment and there isn't any kind of designated storage area (such as a linen closet or hallway closet) which is very inconvenient 2. They seem to care more about making money with their towing company than keeping their residents happy. You better follow the towing rules to a T or else you'll be stuck with a $200 towing fee

They did not handle COVID correctly. The maintenance staff often came in with no PPE. Also there is hardly any storage/closet space in the apartment. Very old style apartments. Rent is too high and for some reason the water Bill and electric Bill here is the highest I've ever seen. The gate is broken majority of the time so I rarely feel safe. Neighbors in multiple buildings are loud and it reminds me of college apartments.

When I moved in, my apartment was absolutely disgusting. Like the cleaning company hadn't done anything. I voiced my concerns to the office staff and they immediately took care of it. It wasn't really cleaned the second time either, but with a different cleaning company, they got it right the 3rd time. All the staff are super friendly, very kind, and helpful. I'm looking forward to living here.

I am very satisfied. I am very relieved because he / she responds promptly even if a problem occurs in any apartment. I am very happy because it is within 30 minutes drive from my company and the commuting route is easy. However, there are places where the voices of people in the parking lot and the sounds of cars are a little worrisome. If it's a little quieter, I think it's the best place to live

I've been living in the apartment community for seven years and never had any issue until I decided to downsize and move into a smaller apartment. After moving in to the new apartment two days later I realized it was the wrong thing to do the lady above made so much noise as if she was adding on a new apartment. Then this year some tenants move in the apartment underneath me and was playing music so loud as if they were at the club and screaming and hollering slamming doors it was totally ridiculous to the point I would leave some weekends and go and stay with my sister who lives a hour and a half away just so I could get some sleep.Which was crazy because I was paying all this money a month for an apartment that I couldn't even enjoy

Moved in a few weeks ago, love it so far! The application process was smooth and quick! Community and apartment is beautiful. It's quite, clean and plenty of parking. It's also a gated community, with a indoor basketball court, gym, pool, and grilling area. Staff is friendly and professional. Absolutely love it here so far!

Wonderful so far and my neighbors are nice. Shopping is close and in walking distance. Everything that I need from retail, groceries, to salons are 5 min. away. Even close the multiple bus routes. Perfect location

A space in this little box for me to express why you should not move here. The office staff is rude especially when it come ask them a question. If you have dogs you can't take your dog to the dog park. Why you might ask? Because it's covered in dog poop due to people not cleaning up after their pet, they do nothing at all to clean it up. It took us two months to get our new lease and this was after we told them if we didn't get it we were moving out. When it comes to pay do not use the portal I paid rent every month that way and then one of my payment did not go through and I went to them and told them that it didn't go through and told me it did. So I asked them to check and they did and then tried to make me a pay a late fee. I told them I was not going to pay a late fee for something that wasn't my fault. It was mess. It's absolutely horrible here and I can't wait to move.
