Overall good, but parking is annoying if you forget to put your tag up. Amenities can be frustrating like the quality of the tennis court (which Id love to see a new net) and it's often very loud in the apartment just because of how many maintence fixes are being done like roofing, balcony fixes, the hotel being built adjacent to the property, etc.

It has been good so far. Some issues with Spectrum service/infrastructure a few times. But otherwise comfortable living conditions. Parking could be better. Occasional noise from neighbors appliances and things. Maintenance needed usually pretty good service with the exception of this AC issue

Love it stays nice clean and secure love the area close to the grocery store and everything I need everyone in office is very polite and professional never had a problem whenever I call to office for anything

The staff was very professional and helped me fix the things that we wrong with my unit very quickly. Within the first few days they patched up all the loose ends and now I'm very happy in this unit! Great complex.

Fine! Apt is big. Older W/D in laundry. Kitchen sink fixtures old. Wish they were updated. I need to keep typing to get the required amount of characters to allow me to move on from this survey. Hope this is enough

The office staff is approachable, helpful and courteous. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are willing to help and offer guidance. The maintenance staff could be much better. I also think the amount of parking especially the amount of visitor spaces towards the back of the community should be increased.

This apartment complex sends lots of emails, but overall, a really decent place to live. Good location, especially at the price. Unfortunately, cars are frequently keyed here. Hasn't happened to me but many cars I see have key scratches.

The staff are responsive and polite. The property is picturesque and even though it's by a major road, it is quiet! Access to all things Briar Creek is the best of all. Being able to walk to the shops is a delight.

Living at Ashley Park has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is always friendly and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns or maintenance requests. My experience at Ashley Park has been good so far. Maintenance generally handles concerns fairly quickly. Front desk staff has always been accommodating. The apartments are a bit dated for the price you pay but the location is nice.

Apartments are nice certain appliances, like cabinets and kitchen or bathrooms could be modified or fix properly with the proper replacements. Outside safety needs to be more secure due to the fact of Car Thief

Poorly maintained, lack luster maintenance and do the bare minimum to fix apartments. No communication and office staff is slow to return calls if they return calls at all. Rent keeps going up and nothing is done to better apartments

This is my 2nd time living at Ashley Park. It is a nice quiet area. Located across the road from a shopping center. Have had no issues with my neighbors. The only thing is due to it being surrounded by woods, you will see water bugs occasionally. The office and maintenance staff are awesome and very accommodating.
