1 month in and so far so good. Community is well kept and apartment was in expected conditions, very similar to the model. It is quiet and other residents are friendly. The dog park and ample grassy areas are a blessing for pet owners. Maintenance staff is friendly and quickly takes care of any issues submitted. Office staff is great and extremely helpful when they can be reached. Much easier to make the walk to the office. The mandatory parcel locker system is frustrating since we are paying for the service, but amazon, UPS, and FEDEX all still drop off packages at my doorstep (usually the whole floor's packages are left there since I am the closest to the stairs). Parking is hit or miss; come home after late and you're in for a long walk. If you need a visitor's spot for guests, good luck.

I love living in the family community! All of the staff from maintenance to the office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and genuine. The property manager Amanda is very professional. There was a situation that she went over and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met, Now that is customer service. I can also always count on Traci & Xavier to get me a good encouragement and laugh for the week when I come in the office. I feel at peace when I am here!

I'm happy with the choice I made joining this community. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents all seem to be friendly as well. I feel safe here with gates at the entrances and exits. It's also very well lit up at night my daughter works till midnight and I go to work at 4:30 in the morning. So that's also another good feature. We don't have a dog but there's dog walking areas all over with poop bags and trash cans available.

Son got cut with a nail in the floor. I asked for corporate to call. They never did..he has a permanent scar. Old appliances and the bug problem is definitely out of control. There's a liter problem. People throw trash over the staircase, into our area. Walk ways could use a good pressure washing with soap to remove stains. Teens hanging in the mail area and gym are in the way. Lawncare company sucks. They will blow over mats and not pick them up.I can't wait to move my family out of here.

There is a lot of community events that the complex puts on and the food trucks every week are absolutely wonderful in the summer. Great sense of community and the apartments are great. But the ac unit with a loft makes it very difficult to maintain a constant temperature and the windows allow you to hear everything outside

Very quiet neighborhood. Close to work and everything we need. Things that needed to be fixed were done so in a timely manner. Our neighbors are great and very welcoming. The community trash can is too far away and there is only one place to take your trash.

the community has very friendly staff at the leasing office. the apartments are very nice, and the 2 car garage is super spacious. prompt and professional maintenance. but unfortunately the car wash hose breaks too often though.

It is a friendly community. I have made friends with several of my neighbors. The apartment complex staff is awesome. There are free apartment events like a yearly pool party with music and food, a wine down Wednesday or Thursday Thursday with free beer, wine, and snacks along with cooking competitions that give you up to 200.00 off your rent. For packages, there is a parcel service to keep hold your packages until you pick them up. The complex is conveniently located near two shopping centers and is pet friendly.

The pitch the sell you here is that it is a good price for an older apartment. Which is true but the fact is that the buildings are old and have not been maintained properly to deter cockroaches from getting into a 3rd story apartment, the pre cleaning was sub par. Surfaces were clean but walls and ceiling corners are dirty.

The office staff is very helpful and quickly responds to questions or concerns. Maintenance orders are completed in a timely manner. The cardboard trash bin fills up very quickly and not all residents are good about cleaning up their pets waste.

This has been the absolute worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. Multiple maintenance issues and inspections that are extremely invasive if you work from home as I do, no valet trash, only 1 trash receptacle for the entire complex, multiple issues with deliveries, and the apartments are just patched up enough to get people in. I had to have my wash machine, dryer, dish washer, and toilet fixed within the first month of living here, and I've been here less than two years total and have had to have the dishwasher, toilet, and washing machine fixed again, and my toilet still runs, the dishwasher doesn't empty out all the water, and it took maintenance 8 visits over the summer to finally fix my air conditioner, which I can only hope is actually fixed, since it was the end of September when the problem was supposedly found and fixed, although I suspect it's just because I stopped using it around that time. For reference, I travel a lot so I am away from from home for long periods of time, and each time I came home during the summer, my air was not working. Literally the entire summer.

Filthy when I moved in. Kitchen and both bathrooms needed to be scrubbed from top to bottom dirty showers facial hair all over both bathrooms carpet wasn't vacuumed all dirt was pushed into corners of walls
