Great community. Quiet and secure. I haven't had any issues. Close to lots of dining and entertainment. Wal mart within walking distance. Close to the aorport. Office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love my apartment, not happy with parking not enough and to many and Unaccompanied kids running around tearing up community, I will be resigning lease Tracy and David are very good leasing consultants

Overall it's one of the better apartment communities I've lived in. The office staff seem to have finally stabilized and are pleasant to deal with. The biggest problem is that the units are astonishingly energy-inefficient - electric bills in the summer can hit over $180 per month for a 1bdr loft.

Excellent service and assistance during the leasing and move-in process. The staff then promptly assisted with a couple of minor cosmetic issues. I have very pleased with my experience. I would recommend moving into this community. It is very kid friendly as well.

Apartment itself is fine as a whole. There are structural issues that should be addressed but I'm sure they are deemed not necessary to look at for a while. The office staff doesn't pay attention to the emails they send out. They are unclear and do not follow up properly. There seems to be major issues with the garbage area but that may be attributed to the lack of workers. I like my apartment itself, but the community has no respect for others around them.

The entire experience here has been great, even through a change in management and the challenges we are all going through with staffing, communication has been awesome through every process with Ashley Park. Great place to live.

The tenants are wonderful. Very willing to help when you need it. Be cautious of children on bikes and scooters as lighting is poor within the center of AP. I would also say that trash and poop are an issue.

Easy to schedule appointment to tour apartment options. Application process was online and straight forward. Picking up keys and getting settled in went smoothly. Great location to shops and restaurants. Office staff is responsive and easy to engage for any questions.

Between the a/c that they didn't fix for over a month, freezer that took more than three months to fix, and having my wife's car towed at 5am because the decal fell off the rearview mirror, it's hard to believe these people care about their residents in the least. Cannot recommend less. Was also sent a floorplan for a unit with a loft but the lease they had me sign was for a unit that did not have a loft. Unfortunately didn't find out until move-in. Be wary of these people.

We are renting this apartment until we find another home to buy and live in. We have enjoyed this apartment (have lived in a single-family home for 35+ years) and have appreciated maintenance free living. We recently found a home in the development stages that we plan to buy and move into next summer. This left us with going month to month for 4 months for much higher rent or signing a 12-month lease. The apartment office gladly did a 4-month lease that saved us a lot of money. Thank you!!

Something is wrong with this locations. They can't keep staff at all. Staff has rotated completely every 3-4 months. Fixes don't happen. Multiple units report my issue with airflow and/or ac not working at all. No resolutions. They don't keep promises or follow through with what they say they will.

It's not too bad of a community, it's just very outdated and upkeep on our apartment really wasn't all that great considering the price of rent. Location is great. Staff, while friendly at times, didn't seem to be as helpful as could be, but it's gone through some changes and seems to be on a good path from what I've experienced of the most recent change. I'd still recommend living here, but with a bit of caution knowing what we've been through.

My experience in staying in the Apartment has been a "wonderful" experience thus far. The management staff are kind, and reflect concern towards living in their Apartment establishments. I am completely satisfied with my. Apartment, the stall and all of the facilities that are here for the renters. An "awesome" experience and I rate this Apartment establishment " Best!! I would recommend it to anyone?

The location is great but the price you pay isn't worth living out here. I've had my car towed, my car keyed by the kids in the neighborhood, and maintenance staff that doesn't complete the job. Don't recommend

No complaints. Absolutely love it here! The office staff and maintenance crew are amazing. I would recommend anyone to move here and become a part of this community. Shops, restaurants, dental and doctors offices are all at your fingertips ??

So far a great experience in this community. Would ask that in the summer, the pool is a bit more regulated in terms of teenagers playing very loud and explicit music regardless of who else is there. Also, main thing is the mail system and our packaged being lost or misplaced. Outside of these two things, we absolutely love living here.

Nice. Great place to live. I just moved here in October of 2021. The neighbors upstairs are very noisy, but after complaints made to the office, they calmed down. The insulation between ceilings and floors are minimal.

When I originally moved in there seemed to be more of a higher standard in regard to overall quality and customer service . The children within the complex are somewhat out of control. Standing in the path of cars, throwing rocks in the parking lots, ringing doorbells/ blacking cameras etc

I've lived in Ashley Park for a very long time and to be honest this property has changed for the worst in the past 5 years from several staff changes to the way that the property hasn't been kept up. I am hoping that this new team from the front office to the maintenance team remain will provide some stability and positive change.

I love Ashley Park, beautiful amazing community. Nice office staff. No one bothers you. Every once in a while we have food trucks come by. The community is kept very nice and clean. Office staff is very helpful

Office staff is very helpful and friendly. From the moment we toured the grounds to the moment we moved in, they have been wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the gate makes us all feel that much more safe. The location is great. It's close to many shopping options and easy access to highways.

So far it's been great. The staff is very friendly. However, being forced to used a minimum of 200 characters in a survey isn't a good requirement, you should remove that from your sections in the future.

So far so good. The leasing agents have done really well answering my questions regarding the move-in process and about the community in general. Some things are not perfect, but (so far) management has impressed with facilitation.
