The overall experience was great. It's just when I did get the apartment it was very dirty. The bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets,fridge , dishwasher), and the carpets were all needing to be cleaned. Staff was nice.

It's ok if you can't find anything else. Convenient location. Decent size apts. Nothing great when it comes to amenities (pool often closed / gym TVs broken / loud music in common spaces and no accountability for the management team)

I really enjoyed the community. I love the feel and layout of the home. I also love the location that it is in. The apartment itself looks like it is up to date. The amenities and community are wonderful as well.

Truly enjoying the apartment, area and staff. The grounds are well lighted. The upkeep looks well. Maybe a little paint is needed on the stairs, the railing portion. Overall the exterior is clean. Interior is nice

The apartments are fine. Pretty well priced for apartments in the area. There are some issues with people picking up their dog feces. Since I have moved here they have added valet trash which is nice, but it is picked up 90% of the time it is supposed to be. The gym and pool areas are nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys are also pretty responsive and easy to deal with.

Good service, quick resolution, fast turn around time, explained what was needed, provided best practices moving forward, went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved. And all my issues are resolved

Continued management changes have resulted in different management styles with more an emphasis on making money rather than resident well being and comfort, the our way or move mentality. Repairs to security gates sometimes takes too long.

It's been up and downs since moving into this specific building/area. up until COVID things were fine. then the during COVID the trash people were allowed to move in and tear up the community. Since current leadership she has been phenomenal as a leader!!

Excellent experience. Very pleased with the area. Seem to be very attractive to families. Not sure about older people. Love the location . Area appeared really clean. I am interested in 2 bedrooms and garage access. Hopefully that will be available after the sale of my home.

This community tries to be great but of course people will always ruin it. Some vehicle break ins here and there and a lot of smokers. My apartment smells like cigarettes and I don't even smoke. It's frustrating and I hope it changes.

Mel was very helpful and accommodating to our needs! The application process was easy and straightforward as well. The community seems well kept and apartments have a nice layout for a good price. The amenities are nice as well as the location

This community of fabulous people has been a pure pleasure. I am truly impressed by the knowledge and confidence that was presented. The atmosphere is too good to be true. The leasing team has really good communication with all the tenants that I seen with my own eyes. Quite community with prestige high standards. And I mean prestige.!!!

My time in this community has been exceptional experience. Maintenance has been excellent. Work has been completed in a timely manner and communication with all staff has been exceptional. I am happy that I selected this community to live in.

Community is fine. Pretty quiet most of the time, except for the cars racing on Glenwood Avenue, but there is nothing that can be done with that. Wish that we could be a little more insulated, because every Friday and Saturday night you hear cars racing up and down Glenwood and it's very annoying.

Parking is the worst thing about the apartment, the people at the front desk are great and friendly, the units are pretty decent and well priced, but my car got towed the first night I was there when I was unloading stuff from my car to my apartment. And the unit was a little dirty when we moved in, nothing we couldn't fix, I submitted a fix thing to the management so hopefully the things I can't fix will be fixed soon. 6.5/10 would recommend

I like it. It is a good place to live. I like that I can park my car here. I like that there is a lot of trees and bushes. I like that some people have dogs. I like that I can get mail here again now.

Very friendly & homely feeling. Apartment is very spacious. Staff is very polite and helpful. Maintenance is ver effective with requests. The community is in a very accessible area for the bus line, shopping areas & fast food restaurants.

I like it here. You can walk to the stores. People are friendly. Staff here is Great! Been here 2yrs so far we have no reason to move. This community have certain functions for the residents. I have not seen that before. They do communicate with us when something is going on.

It's been non eventful. I don't enjoy hearing barking dogs at 6am, nor do I enjoy smelling Marijuana when I walk out of the apt. There should be an indicator telling visitors where the main gate and code entry box is located. This will stop ppl from trying to enter at the wrong gate. When this happens, there is a backup of cars waiting to enter and then the visiting car has to backup or turn around unless a resident opens the gate for them. I usually open the gate to keep traffic moving.

It is a very safe and clean community. Maintenance and office staff are very friendly and cooperative. The grounds are maintained very well. The gym and basketball court are a great area for recreation.

Very nice community with spacious apartments but way OVERPRICED, especially the 3 bedrooms. May not be a great fit if you have multiple children. The staff was EXTREMELY nice and informative, especially Joselyn!

I really do love living at Ashley Park. The area is super convenient. The office staff is phenomenal especially Jocelyn. They work hard to help you. No complaints here! Ashley Park is a very nice home
