The layout of the property is great, fitness equipment benches padding needs to be replaced, some of the free weights are missing. The basketball and tennis court is a plus. the surrounding area is quit.

The property is well-maintained and served by a very professional and accommodating staff. The neighbors are very respectful of each other. Parking in the community is *very* tight, and there is frequently low-level noise from traffic on the highway and from planes at the airport.

Nice staff, but.... Not happy with move in process. Given a map to unit, no personal welcome. No supervision of contract work, ie, gardners, pest control, trash, carpet layers,.... ect. Would love to see better supervision of outside contractors

There were many different apartments to choose from in Brier Creek but immediately Ashley Park stood out . The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The complex is extremely well-maintained, very clean and the residents are a nice mix of white-collar and blue-collar professionals. The complex staff also goes out of their way to hold functions at the clubhouse so that residents can meet each other and also voiced any concerns they may have . Ashley Park makes me feel like I have my own private home in the middle of RTP and RDU.

We have been very disappointed with our stay at Ashley Park. The noise here is horrendous. We have sent in multiple complaints in regards to noisy neighbors (music, yelling, screaming) and called the courtesy line officer, but it is something that hasn't gotten resolved. There is almost always dog poop, food scraps, and trash on the grounds when we're outside. Parking is limited, and truly I don't mind having to walk a little bit at all, but I find it very frustrating when neighbors park their cars on the curb or wherever they please while the rest of us just have to work around their vehicle that's in the way. On a positive note, I do think the front office staff is incredibly friendly and I like the food trucks and activities they plan for the complex. Unfortunately, for us the bad overshadows the good. We do not intend to renew our lease here due to these issues.

I have lived in Ashley Park for over 5 years. The staff members that work in the office are very friendly. Service request are answered in a timely manner and the maintenance crew are very helpful. This is a great community.

Great location and really nice community. Safety was a big concern for me and I feel safe here. It's also the quietest apartment community I've ever lived in (granted this is the first time I've been on the third floor). My main complaint is that parking is a nightmare. I consistently have to parking very far from my building because there aren't enough spaces close to my building.

The new Management team has been great to work with and it is in a great location and I have not experienced any problems. They are very responsive and even though I travel a lot, they always host a lot of social events.

Ashley Park is nice. My personal move-in experience was frustrating because the apartment wasn't appropriately cleaned and painted. But once the staff was notified of these issues they rectified the matter.

Serious trouble in being able to find parking spots near the apartment where I live. Besides, it has been an excellent experience living here. Nice fitness center, pool area and view from patio. Happy home.

I just moved in. I can't say too much about it but the service I received was terrible. the first day she wrote the special and gave it to me when I come in to sign lease everything she said was (wrote) was changed. even the unit she told us was first and second floor changed to basement. The deal collapsed. After all the unit i am assigned was not ready to move in

It's been good fit the most part. It has become a bit more noisy since we moved in. A great deal more children than before. The kids play in the streets and will barely move when cars come through. There could be more maintenance done to the exterior of the buildings to keep the cobwebs down.

My boyfriend and I have been living here at Ashley Park for nearly 5 months now, and so far we have enjoyed every minute of it! The front office staff was very helpful and accommodating as we coordinated our multi-state move and they have made us feel so at home here. The staff organizes monthly get-togethers for the community, which has been a great way to meet the neighbors. My favorites so far have been the chili cook-off and the Halloween costume contest! They also hold smaller events, like food trucks or film screenings, on a weekly basis; so there is always something to look forward to! Especially with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance (Brier Creek has it all) we are certainly never bored. Though when we do feel like a quiet night in, our cozy apartment never disappoints! Everything about this apartment complex is convenient - from the parking (a breeze compared to our previous apartment complex), to the free gym, to online rent payment, to even the physical location - grocery store and shopping across the street, and an easy drive to both Raleigh and Durham - Ashley Park has been everything we wanted out of our new home. I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews on this website, so I felt I should set the record straight a bit. All the interactions I have had with maintenance have been professional and simple, the apartment was spotless when we moved in, and our neighbors are very quiet and friendly. I truly feel this complex is a great place to live and I love bragging about it to all my friends! If you are considering this community, come take a look for yourself; I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I was overcharged upon moving in & not happy about it. The staff took advantage of the point that I had a deadline to move in. That is not a way to build a relationship with your customers.

The first year I lived here, it was great. The community management group at the time was involved with the community, the quality of the tenants and the neighborhood was better, trash was not dumped outside the dumpster, and drugs and crime were not a problem. Since then, a different management group has taken over the apartment complex, trash is everywhere, vehicles have been broken into enough for the office to post a letter saying, "It's your fault for leaving items in your car." People simply walk into the community and loiter in front of buildings and on the playground. Even more, people simply stand outside and smoke marijuana in front of the stairs of their building without consideration of anyone else who lives there. This place has become a wreck.

My wife and I lived at this property for 10 months. We had an awesome experience! I met a lot of cool people at the gym (especially at the basketball court!) It was so convenient to have a basketball court right where I live. Speaking of convenience, you can literally walk to the shopping center (Lowes Food, nail place, Firehouse Subs, Pei Wei, etc). As far as the living experience goes, I loved the raised ceilings, and the open floor plan. The garden tub was very roomy. We occupied the 1 bedroom with the sun room. With so much open space we were able to reorganize our living room twice within 10 months to give our place a different feel. Maintenance was timely and often repaired things quickly (replace light bulbs, repair garbage disposal, etc.). I lived on the second floor, so I had someone above me and I rarely heard my neighbors (unless they deliberately slammed drawers or stomped on the floor). For such an affordable price, the location can't be beat! We wouldn't have moved, but my wife got a promotion at a new location two towns over. To avoid a 1 1/2 hour commute everyday, we had to bite the bullet and move closer to her job. As far as Ashley Park staff they are excellent. Stefani Link is hands down the most exceptional. She gave me the tour of the property and made the application process as convenient as she possibly could.

This complex draws you in by the pictures and being spoken to by office staff about all the great things but you will then learn that there was a lot of important information left out. Within the first 4 months of me living in the complex I have had a handful of issues with just my apartment alone. I have asked to have certain things done (locks, fix sinks, set up FREE alarm they told me about, etc) more than once and it has never got done. I have read a few of the other reviews and I find alot of them hard to believe but I will make it a point that I will not re-new my contract due to the lack of care for the tenants. They only care about reminding you your rent is due/getting paid and raising the rent on everyone.

I had things done to my apartment like the locks on the apartment and the storage room and also the garage with out my permission and my mail box, this should have not been done without permission or with out letting me be aware of changes to my apartment

My experience at Ashley Park Apt Homes has been very enjoyable. The management is very efficient , courtesy , timely if you have an issue with your apt and need service. They always inquire about your satisfaction regarding the work rendered. Staff is very professional at all times. I look forward to a long relationship with this development in the future.

the apt is nice as in this is at a very good location and not too old. however, I would rather move to a diff apt in the area where they care more about tenants rather than one keeps increasing the rent price. I used to live in a diff apt complex in the area and moved to here because one of my friends lived here at that time. When I lived in a diff place, they didn't increase my apt rent price every year. but my rent price increases every year to renew my contract here. I'm not very happy with that. I'm considering not renewing my contract.

A wonderful community! The staff and facilities teams are awesome! It doesn't matter who you receive service from; it's consistently top notch device! The Community itself is beautifully maintained! The atomoshere is pleasant! We have no complaints; it's truly home for our family!

We have a big loft appartment on the 3-rd floor. And we have a problem with AC. Maintenance staff and managers did what they could and we understand that they cannot do more, but AC is still poor. It's poor by design. We have 82-84F in the master bedroom at the end of a hot day with AC working at full power from morning. I do not think that it is okay to not inform people that are moving in about issues like that. We would not move in if we knew about this issue.

The experience has been horrible since the change in management. I am sick of feeling like every time I need to speak with the front office I am entering into a war zone and I need to prepare for battle. It gets draining dealing with ------- I believe her name is.
