Beautiful property! Love the amenities; pools, yoga room, theater room, pool table in the Clubhouse, tennis courts and basketball courts. Many reasons to get out of the house to meet others in the community. The only change would be in the yoga room is to add ceiling/wall mounts for Yoga Trapeze. This would give this room another feature or option for tenants to take their yoga experience to the next level. Yoga Trapeze is really helpful for those with back problems. I recently purchased some ceiling mounts for yoga trapeze and would be willing to donate them to the club house to mount in the yoga room for the community to use. Also the bar in the yogo room is detached from the wall in the center, therefore it is not safe to use. I have submitted two requests to fix it in the last month but it still has not been repaired. Lastly, this community is such a beautiful one, I wish that all tennant's with pets would clean up after them to keep the grass area free of pet waste. I understand that it is a law with a penalty of a fine but most don't seem to take it seriously partly due to lack of enforcement. Please remind our community of this. Thank you for taking the time to address there issues.

I have lived here for 5 years. I love the location, the quietness of the property, and size of my apartment. Overall I would give this community a 5 out of 5 starts. Decent area and close to PNC Arena and the highway.

Process was absolutely seamless! From start to finish office personnel was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I totally rented sight unseen due to the care that was received by Danielle and Patricia (I believe we're the two that helped me)

Great community to live in. The staff is super nice. The location is perfect! and for the price you pay, it's a good place. My kids and I feel safe in this community and that's a huge thing for me. I would recommend this community to my friends!

It's been great besides the parking issues. Alot of the cars parked don't have passes and it is aggravating to work 12 hours a day then walk so far to get to my apartment because all of the close parking spaces are taken so cars no pass

The complex is clean. No safety concerns that I'm aware of and management does a good job with keeping residents informed of activities and upcoming maintenance to be performed. I've lived here going on three years and the landscaping is always manicured

Terrible communication issues with the office staff. I am appalled at the lack of courtesy and care towards residents concerns and or complaints. I have requested someone to call for more than TWO months now regarding my upstairs neighbor...nothing. From here on out, I'm calling the police.

Very nice area. Hidden and quite from surrounding communities. Very easy to get to the highway, airport, and shopping centers. Very friendly and helpful people in the main office. Grounds of the complex are kept very clean.

Good nice and quiet family friendly lots of ammenities. Close to downtown raleigh nc state, highway pnc arena. You would havd to crazy not to like it here plus js only 12 mnts from the rdu airport. What more would u want?

Good location and response to any issue. Very helpful staff. Quiet for the size. Just moved in in December so I have little history. Send out updates to manage complaints if they arise. Only change I would like to see is make the dog park larger and use mulch not carpet.

The leasing office is very helpful and I absolutely love the main pool in the summer. The maintenance staff is so helpful and always shows up to fix a problem very soon after the work order has been placed.

The apartments are a great deal for the location and space. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are wonderful (two pools and clubhouses, gym, a dog park, playground, basketball court, and tennis court) The best part is the staff, who are very friendly and incredibly responsive. I have never had an issue that wasn't fixed within 24 hours (and usually much faster!) As of so far, I can't recommend the complex enough.

The place is very good to live in, has a great neighborhood and good schools, quiet and calm, near the main outputs of the city,common facilities, gym, pool and play area, make your life more peaceful!

Joyce is wonderful! I would like to see that the clubhouse printer work as it is sold to be as an amenity. They say we can email it to them and they will print but sometimes they are too busy and sometimes it is personal.

I love living here. The staff is courteous and always answering all questions. I love the amenities and the privacy of the apartments. The gym is great as well. Definitely suggest this complex to all friends. Oh, and they are dog friendly!! They love all dogs and the pet perks are fantastic living here.

I have only lived in this community for a week so far. But in my current experience, it has been a very nice place to live so far and I look forward to living here for the future to come. My favorite part about the community is how nice the dog park is.

I've enjoyed my residency and anticipate staying for some time to come. I like the quiet surroundings in the evening and the landscape. Trinity commons is a safe community and a pleasant one. People are friendly and I really enjoy the two swimming pools.

I love the location, complex is nice, but experience has been tainted a bit due to the bug issue. The problem has been addressed and its getting better. I realize controlling infestations in a multi apartment dwelling can be tough. If we all do our part-take out trash regularly (I take mine out daily) & maintain our individual spaces we can get the problem under control. I'm truly hoping for the best!

This community is very clean and so quiet. The staffs are friendly. The problems, I guess are the low water pressure and roaches appear inside apartment when weather is getting warm. Also, the appartment rent fee has been increased almost $100 which is high compared to other complexes in this area.

This is a great community with seemingly wonderful people. It is extremely dog friendly, which was a major draw for my wife and I. My dog, Bailey, considers the entire complex his own personal playground. It is clean and quiet and very well located with easy access to all areas of Raleigh.

It is a beautiful complex and the management is very inviting. The pool and 24 hour gym is clean and worth the buck. I did have probelems with communication with management throughout the move-in process.
