Management is friendly and overall accommodating. However, crime has increased in our community alone. Break ins and muggings every other week in the warmer months. No visible actions seem to prevent these crimes either. You can spend the same amount of money for more luxurious apartments with better ammenities in the area. My overall satisfaction of the community has steadily declined since I have lived here.

My experience at this community has been positive. It is a great location and the people in the community are friendly. A pet friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood is generally quiet. The only negative would be the amount of traffic as a result of the arena that is next door and the parking arrangements are not so good.

Decent community for the price but live elsewhere if you're able. Noise travels through the floors so easily we can hear our neighbors conversations and sinks when they wash their hands/brush their teeth and everything in between. Walkways to the front doors are not well lit, and the parking lots are dark. They will tow randomly, even if you have appropriate passes in view. The office staff are unable to help in any situation.

Decently priced apartments, community benefits (food trucks, gym, two pools, tennis court, dog park etc.) makes the apartment complex a good place to live at. Staff responds quickly to any requests and the community is safe area.

only issue i have is people dont pick up after their dogs! even tho its a rule in the lease! but other then that the neighborhood is very pet friendly ( never seen this many pits in one spot) . great neighbors and real quiet!

First, I love this place. I really enjoy the location between Cary & Raleigh. There are so many grocery, fast food, casual eating places, and restaurants within 10 minutes.The apartment was clean and smelled great. There is easy access to 40 and 440.

I love living at Trinity Commons. Very quite, friendly neighbors, a feeling of safety. Staff is very nice and are eager to help you. Staff always smile and greet you when they see you out and about. I love their staff member (Ms. Joy) very pleasant person and very easy to talk to. She always has an encouraging word.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! We have been living here for a year and I can't count the number of things wrong with this place!!! Staff is rude, PAPER THIN WALLS!!! You can hear everything!!!! Sleeping outside would be quieter than sleeping in the bedroom. The apartments are OLD and look OLD!! The apartments are not kept. There are roaches and ants all the time. Windows are always fogged up (bc they are old). Plumbing is terrible. You'll have to buy some type of liquid plumber every other month. Maintenance people just talk outside and mess around and yell all sorts of faul stuff. Way too pricey. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. They don't tell you about the hidden fees when you move out. If you are looking to sleep at night without any noise, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I gave this apartment complex the benefit of the doubt and I regret it everyday. They look like they were build in the 70's. Kitchen cabinets are SUPER old. No kitchen space at all!!! They lay outs are all type of wrong. An 800 sq ft apartment will seem like 700 sq ft bc of the lay out. A lady got her purse snatched from her while walking to her car. People have tried to break into cars. This is by far the worst apartment I have EVER lived in.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful with questions and services answered/performed in a timely manner. The apartments are nice, and I love that they have washer and dryers in them. The apartment complex is fairly quite and the amenities are always in fantastic condition.

I love living here. The kind and fast response from the office team is amazing. Maintenance request are completed in record timing. Many children and families, which is great for some but leads to increased noise. As a whole, people have been relatively disrespectful of their noise at all hours. Maintenance is quick to respond to personal complaints, however the amenities could be better maintained (dog park, gym, pools).

Terrible experience. Lived here for 2 months and have already had more problems with the unit they rented me than over the course of 5 years living at other rental properties combined! The whole while they act like it isn't their problem and that I just need to deal with it and be okay having my clothes ruined. Absolutely terrible apartment complex.
