The apartment and the maintenance team are great. Any issues are quickly handled. Management is quick to address building issues and make arrangements to fix concerns. No problems with management or the apartment itself

Our Move-In experience was so smooth . Erica was there for us every step of the way . We relocated from another state which was already stressful enough . Erica took some weight off our shoulders with the moving process. We love our beautiful home ! The community is clean and peaceful.

I liked the over complex the grounds the management most of all Aleise was wonderful and patient and very understanding. I want to say a big thank you to her. The apartment was clean and just as she described it to be.

Tons of dog owners. The parking lot does not seem to be packed. There is always a spot to park in front of your building. A lot of amenities with recycling and a trash compactor. It's a great place to live.

It was good. I really like the setup of the community and all the amenities. It has so much more than my old complex. I also like the apartment design overall. The only thing that bothers me a bit is people not cleaning up after their dogs.

This is a quiet and private apartment. I don't hear any of my neighbors and there is never a lot of noise outside. Appliances are not top notch but are nice and work well. The one maintenance request I had to make so far was completed within a day

Community is very lovely, peaceful and just overall quiet and fun to be in. The people are very friendly and mindful of others around them and will speak no matter what. The pets that the residents have are friendly as well the community is just lovely.

Just moved in this apartment. Haven't been here longer than 4 days how can I write 200 words if I just moved in. Well let's see. Wish there was a stronger door to my apartment and wish there were two Kong's on the door. Door seems flimsy.

Experience was nice. I didn't have many issues. Not many complaints. Just a simple man who comes and goes. Apartment met my needs which wasn't much. It was close my job. Amenities were great, I utilized the gym as much as I could. Wished I would have used the pool more.

Coming from a dreadful experience with a previous apartment complex, the relief of feeling like I can trust the management team here to do the best job they can is really reassuring. They make you feel like a priority for them and they respect the fact that you have trusted them to take care of a really crucial part of you life. What you pay is what you get an more. Maintenance team are truly great and take care of you within record time. Call out to Alice, Danielle, Erica and Tyler! You have been the best apartment management team I've ever worked with! Thank you for making sure I never have to worry about the quality and safety of where I live.

Unless you are desperate, look else where. I lived in this community for 3 years and watched the quality of this community diminish. Rent does not include any utilities but it is all added to your rent. I paid for "pest control" and had major bug issues. Ants were crawling in from under the walls from another apartment. They came in through the windows. Roaches everywhere. They crawl all over the side of the building, sidewalks, and grass. Minimum maintenance was completed. No notice about changes or mandatory maintenance. I had maintenance waltz into my home while I was home. They even came for a work order I didn't need or ask for. It was for another apartment. Total invasion of privacy. The community sent out 1 email about changing parking passes. The next day, my vehicle was towed. I paid a pretty penny to get my vehicle back and the office refused to verify my residence so the fees could be waived. I called the office multiple times to find where my car was towed and kept getting the voicemail. When she finally answer she said "(calling me by name), we will call you when we can. Stop calling" and then hung up. They were ignoring my call intentionally. I was furious. I just needed to know where my vehicle was. When I stated that my other vehicle was not towed with the same pass, her reply was "I guess you got lucky!" Are you serious?!?! Even with passes parking is horrible. I would have to park 3 building away almost daily. Residents constantly parked behind my vehicle, blocked me in. Some of the apartments have been remodeled but my apartment had the most basic features. It was far from "luxury" as they claim. Please save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live.

I've already described my experiences. I've had several issues and I had to pay extra money. I also feel harassed when I come home to find notes on my door. I had my vehicle towed and I received little sympathy froM the staff to help me get it back.

This apartment complex is very clean and it is a quiet community. Maintenance responds within a day and resolved issues quickly. The pool, clubhouse, and amenities are very nice and kept clean. All the office staff are super friendly.

Front office is extremely nice and accommodating. Grounds are kept neat and clean. Garbage bins are emptied regularly. COVID-19 measures were clear and understandable, and executed well. All in all, we are happy.

I still very new here, but everyone I've met or have come here to do work have been very nice. Some landscaping issues I've had are being attended to. I would like to have the exterminator here come more often, I'm seeing too many bugs in my apt. I'd like to see the gym open soon.

We like the community and its proximity to important things for us as we are disabled. But the rent is much to high for a one bedroom apartment. Our rent has been raised from 863 in 2017 to 1114 in 2019. A lot of money

The rent increases every time you renew your rent. Trash is left outside the apartments and dog waste is everywhere. The pool area has dirty furniture that you don't want to sit on. At times the office doesn't have an answer for you so they will make things up or get upset with you. I've also seen and reported Danielle in the office talking to kids in an unfriendly way.

I have nothing nice to say right now. My move in experience was horrible due to Danielle Johnson. She was incredibly unprofessional. She wasn't helpful. She was combative with me. She lacks understanding deeply. Very disappointing

It has been great, I have no issues at this time. The staff are quick to take care of any problems you may have and are very friendly and the amenities are great as well. Plus it's a dog friendly community and they have no limit on breed or size.

The community is very nice. Some neighbors are more friendly than others, but we've never had a problem with anyone and everyone is our building is nice enough. The amenities are nice, especially in the warmer months. From time to time it can get a bit messy around the community, but the staff does a good job being prompt about notifying the community and getting it sorted out

My experience here has been very positive. The office staff are always responsive, the maintenance is always completed quickly and efficiently, the amenities are nice and well-maintained. Anytime I've had an issue it has been resolved very quickly
