The only reason I'm still here is that I'm still getting settled in the area, and learning where I would like to buy. Otherwise, I would have broken my lease 3 months in. Anything I say will be readily identifiable, and I don't want to experience any blow back before my lease is up.

    **Beware**

    Lived in a different MAA community for years, MAA trinity is definitely not the same experience. The appliances are old, units are dirty and need of repair, staff is rude and pretentious. Additionally beware their lease will not allow you to have anyone take over your lease no matter your concerns (refer to yelp reviews)!!!

      Property kept well maintained, leasing and maintenance staff helpful and nice. Community events put on that is also nice. Pet friendly is a plus, but wish didn't have to pay pet rent since I paid a pet deposit.

        My only complaint is parking and maintenance. They have a towing policy that they loosely/unfairly follow. There will be no visitor spaces and entire lots of pass parking only spots empty. Visitor spots are 24hr only but commercial vehicles park there for weeks at a time. There's only maybe 18 visitor spots for over 460 apartments. If you complain about the parking they brush you off and don't care. Maintenance is okay at best. They bandaid problems causing multiple call backs. The maintenance team seems to work on their cars in the parking lot more than they actually fix anything.

          There have been quite a bit of cons. Starting out with the washer and dryer. These appliances need to be replaced. I am unable to use these appliances due to the lint accumulation due to the design of the appliance. I was charged a $35 fee even thought I had contacted the property before the 5th of the month letting them know that my bank account had been compromised and that my bank stated the rent payment for April failed. The leasing office (------) assured me that it went through. One of the leasing employees stated before I moved in that I wouldn't be able to hear my upstairs neighbor. That was a lie. These walls are thin and I can hear everything. I have seen a few roaches pop up in the unit, very unhappy with that. Landscaping out here is well kept but tenants leave their dog feces everywhere. The dumpster trash piles up all the time and there's bags of garbage sitting outside of the dumpster prevent me from using it from time to time.

            All is well, except bugs. Large water bugs/cockroaches, largely not an issue once I coated door jams with raid. Maybe proximity to dumpsters has exacerbated this issue. Havent noticed them when I have used the dumpsters.

              My dog and I have had a great experience. It is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are answered fast. My only complaint is I wish I could host a Bible study but we only get one space and visitor parking is full.

                I've had a positive experience living in this community. Maintenance is quick to respond and efficiently resolves any issues. The grounds are well-maintained and kept clean, creating a pleasant environment. Most amenities are in great condition, with about 95% in working order at any given time. The neighborhood feels safe and is generally quiet, making it a comfortable place to live. Parking is convenient, with plenty of spaces available. Overall, it's a great place to call home, and I would recommend it to others looking for a well-managed and peaceful community

                  Great so far. Team is very responsive and professional. The major issue is that the walls seem pretty thin and hear a lot of noise from surrounding apartments. Especially in bathroom. Upstairs neighbor does a lot of banging on a regular basis

                    Floors and walls are very thin. I am on the bottom floor and I can hear every move that my upstairs neighbors make all hours of the day. From closing the cabinets to walking across the floor to flushing the toilets.

                        Community is nice and quiet with a good amount of amenities.The grounds are kept pretty neat with the exception of residents who do not always clean up after their dogs but otherwise pretty clean overall.

                          Please see previous statement. This reminds me that if you have a problem MAA send you into a loop of trying to find the answer. I already spent 20 minutes writing a review and now they are asking for a new review. It’s like the Clare they charge for insurance . It’s has been 2 months and they won’t accept my declaration page with MAa listed as additional insured. Cost me $80 so far

                            This community is ok but I will not be returning next year because the rent keeps getting raised we pay $1700 plus and in the hallway the ceiling is peeling and hanging.. when I walk up the stairs IT'S ANNOYING

                                  The people above me are super loud floors are so thin I can hear everybody walk, I can hear people peeing in the toilet, they slammed the doors in the kitchen constantly. People don't clean up after their dog I've stepped in dog crap several times outfront on the lawn

                                    This apartment came at the right time, and has been good for almost 8 years. The maintenance team is responsive and makes all attempts to address any concerns within the apartment. The only issue I have is the process for switching apartments. There are certain situations where a tenant, especially a long term faithful tenant, should be able to switch to another apartment. One reason would be an issue with loud stomping noises from an upstairs neighbor. The way that this concern has been handled when it is time for lease renewal has not been satisfactory. Not being able to move from a 1-bdrm to another 1-bdrm, and being told that I must go up to a 2-bdrm, when this is not what is needed makes no sense, and seems like there are other motives behind this process. This would be the reason that the time spent at this apartment complex would come to an end.

                                      Everything in the apartment is as old as dirt. The ceiling fan looks like the 1st one to ever be built and full of dust.. But I have a top floor apartment so I'm "lucky" to have one as the others don't. The fridge was dirty inside. The freezer has no shelf (you don't realize how important that is until you don't have one) and they refuse to get me one. Dirt & scum all over the kitchen sink, & tub drains. The kitchen sink handles leak water & grow mold. The toilet seats are OLD, USED, & DIRTY. Kitchen cabinets chipping. Dirty/missing shelves in the bathroom. On top of everything; there is 100% a bug problem even though they deny it. Ants and roaches infest this place. Even in their own leasing building. Ants everywhere! The gym is nothing to brag about. The movie room isn't even in use. When there are crime incidents in the community, they don't even tell you.

                                        It is pretty quiet and they keep the property clean and well manicured. The office staff is always accommodating. It is in a great location. It is accessible to almost every venture. The only issue I had in the past was packages being stolen that were left at my door. They need a secure box for packages being received. The office does not accept packages. Other apartment complexes have secure locations for packages.

                                          It's been okay. The walls are very very thing so i can hear my neighbors walking, playing music, talking on the phone. There have been a lot of bugs crawling in from the vents. I wish it was quieter and i wish there wasn't such a bug problem. I also had an issue with my door fob not working on a Sunday, my phone was locked inside, and when i called maintenance they said i was going to have to wait until Monday since they were "closed." When i told them i had an animal inside and i needed to get it in, it was an emergency, they said "so you want to move this to an emergency? Okay we can send someone." I shouldn't have to say it's an emergency to get into the apartment i pay for, especially w an animal inside. That was ridiculous.

                                            Lots of roaches but I found a good spray solution so otherwise good. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been taken care of within 24 hours. The leasing office has been very responsive even if they may not have all the answers, they try. I do wish there were more dumpsters closer to each building along with visitor paring which is scarce and I think residents park in leaving nothing for guests. But it's also literally far and few in between. That aside, the area is safe and close to everything you need. The space is what you make of it.

                                              My experience has been good. I just wish they had a pest control service. I found a lot of cockroaches on my move in day, and despite my best I still can't get rid of them. I also wished it was smoke free.
