some of the time, things went well, other times during the tenancy it was much worse than other properties I've rented. noise issues, lack of interest in addressing any problems, office staff inconsistent & not very friendly or helpful

Not the best! There are these bugs that appear everyday in and out of the carpet, the bathroom, kitchen and are affecting the comfort of my home. I don't let my children get to be as mobile as the bugs are all over the place. No one seems to have a good enough answer.

    It's a good community for the most part. The location is great. The biggest issue is management drags their feet when taking care if issues and are minimally accommodating. The work orders are usually done quickly.

      The apartments and amentitities are well worth the value. The location is perfect for many Raleigh/Cary/Durham locations. The staff has been excellent so far, and they have solved a couple small issues for us with kindness and professionalism.

          It's well maintained and quiet. It is also a great commute to the vet school. They've done a good job at spraying for bugs. Most places in the south have problems with cockroaches, but they've really managed to get rid of them.

            The move in day experience was a disaster. When we showed up we got keys that did not work. An employee let us into our apartment as they worked to get keys that did work. Upon entering we noticed how disgusting the carpet was. It had not been cleaned, and honestly needed replaced. They told us that the carpet cleaners were coming, although we were ready to begin moving all of our stuff off of the rental truck into the apartment. We left the truck, and went to get coffee/lunch while they cleaned. When we came back a couple of hours later the carpet had been cleaned, but was drying. We decided to start moving anyway, however now the hallway to our apartment was shutdown because painters were working in the hall. We waited about another hour until we finally could move in. The carpet is still poor, however we had moved from Ohio and didn't have the ability to wait for a new carpet. There were still holes in the walls from where the previous occupants had hung objects and the dryer knobs were broken not allowing us to do laundry until they had been fixed.

              Great complex, safe, and for the majority the office and maintenance is on top of things. However they do not seem to want to always fix the superficial things and do what they can to cut corners sometimes.

                The people of the office are very kind and understanding but when it comes to getting maintenance completed, I have to sacrifice some happiness and patience to get quality fixes to happen. I made a conscious decision to stay one more year in hopes that things would change. So far, still the same old same old.

                  Great space for the price. Lots of amenities. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. The only downside is the carpet was not replaced just cleaned so within a couple of days there were already a couple of stains to reappear

                      Timely service repairs or spraying when roaches are seen in the apartment. The community is overall no, but if there is anything complaint about another resident the situation is not handled. Then emails get sent out to residents telling you to not handle situations on your own.

                          By far this is the worst apartment management team that I have ever seen since I being staying in Raleigh. The only two people that need to be over the property is Jason, and Ms. Joy. Kristin is a snake in the grass, Alice is just as bad as her. Nickel and dime is the name of the game of this place, the cable is a added fee, rent goes up past $125 once you renew. The apartments across the street is named Dakota, and they are ten times better and newer. Roaches will find a way inside your apartment, bug is a everyday issue that seems to be never addressed. Don't complain about your neighbors, or services that they provide, they will kick you out because you complain too much. Several people that I have ran into Walmart told me that they were kick out because of this. Kristin cannot take pressure, she will use the part of the lease where it says that they have the right to forfeit the lease. That is the part that she use. If you are moving here just be ready to deal with the attitude in the office (exclude Ms. Joy or Jason), high rent, you can hear your neighbors when they breath, etc. Overall, this place awful!!!!

                            I've had no real problems with the complex. I don't hear any neighbors through the walls which is nice. There's plenty of parking for residents but they're pretty strict on visitor parking/passes so keep that in mind if you have lots of friends over.

                              Team is nice but apartment complex charges for every little thing. Moving from one unit within the complex to the next was relatively easy, but I don't feel like we should be charged for move out expenses for our old apartment if we are just moving to a larger unit within the complex. We could have left the complex completely, no problem - but we do like the team at the office. I just wish you guys would consider how much we are actually paying vs what we are actually getting. Trash compactors are ALWAYS messed up, enforcement of leash laws and picking up after animals is not strong enough and parking permits are WAY overpriced.

                                Good location for me as a vet student which is super convenient. The complex is nice and super dog friendly (no breed restrictions). I have had very few problems with my apartment and the few things that have needed fixing were done in a timely manner. There is a food truck most Wednesdays throughout they year which is nice and several events (workouts, bootcamps, boutiques, etc) which I often enjoy. The complex is mostly quiet but when its warm many families reside here and you will hear and see kids running unattended everywhere and the trash compactors are broken most of the time.

                                        It's been a mediocre experience. There have been issues that have made the experience less than ideal, such as noisy neighbors and the condition of the apartment. Parking can also be an issue depending on the time of day.

                                                Lots of loud, unsupervised kids running around. People leave dog poop out all the time. Generally pretty unfriendly. The garbage situation is a mess - you have to carry your garbage halfway around the community to the compactors and half the time they are broken. The gym is dusty, outdated, and poorly ventilated. The only good thing is the pool and it's not even cooled.
